They found me a job that fits my schedule where I can take care of my mother at home through the week and placed me in a job I absolutely love. So I went into onin staffing about two weeks ago, a worker Ms. Megan greeted me as I entered we spoke for a few minutes and since I applied online it was even quicker with getting myself back into work. Ms. Megan put me on assignment and two weeks strong. Onin offers great commutation cares about their employees I recommend everyone to go up to onin staffing in Lebanon TN for a job of any assortment, they are the best of the few I have tried for a temporary service. I had contacted the local office and spoke with JoMegan on a Wednesday morning to see what jobs and pay scale they had, She replied she had a number of job’s and and ask me what my skill set was after a few mins of speaking with her she named off a position and the pay was very reasonable.She told me the steps I needed to follow very patiently walked me through everything explained everything in detail.I then got started doing my part and gotten her all the information she had requested. I figured it would be a few days before I was to hear anything back, but that afternoon I received a phone call from a number I didn’t recognize and thinking it was a phone call about my extended warranty... So I Took the call and boy I was ready to play around with this telemarketer right..Wrong.....It was JoMegan from the staffing agency, she had reviewed all my information and asked me if I could come into the office the next morning around 8:30 or so and fill out some other documentation and that at 10 am there would be a orientation I would need to attend.. I was completely blowed away With how fast she had worked on getting me A job and it again was a great fit according to my skill set and the pay range I was needing. I highly recommend JoMegan if your needing a job and are serious about work cause she is serious about her work and the people she comes in contact with.

Great Place To Go For A Great Job

I was recently hired from onin to go to nissan to drive a forklift. Upon arival, I was told that there were no forklifts availible, due to breakdowns. I was put on the floor. My back is not the best, so after 4 days, I asked about driving again. Matt, my boss said there were none availible. I called Lisa at Onin in Lebanon, and she told me that I would only get 7.50 an hour for my hours already worked if I couldnt give a 24 hour notice. I spoke to Matt after telling him about this, and his comment was,we could actually keep people if we had better equipmentSo, instead of 12.50, Im making 7.50 an hour, and its not right. I was told I was being hired for a forklift position, and had been sent to nissan to take the forklift test.Im thinking seriously about filing a claim with the labor board!

Dont accept the palet jack or starbucks warehouse positions amanda tells every one they start $13 and $15 after the two week training period wich is completely flase its 3-6month depending on the supervisors mood wich is also a joke management comes and goes just like mc donald employees. Here is mood killer, you are doing a $16 job for $13 picking in a over crowded place with no more then 35 hour week. Big tip your onsite for calling out and hour discrepancies james has an ego bigger then his belly.
