I really loved working with this company, they are very welcoming, they are very responsive, their communication system is absolutely amazing.One day I cut my hand while I was washing dishes at home when I told them they were very accepting and kept checking on me how I’m doing, I never had any problems with them, I would DEFINITELY go back to work for them if I wasn’t going to school.

The staff is pleasant and they are the best temp agency.The clients are not always so nice and there is a lot of deceptive behavior around going full time. Often you are not in the loop and all conditions of your employment are not disclosed. The temp agenct asks for a good review when things are going well so that is why they have such a high rating. If you asked when you are done and have figure out how you where played they get much lower.

Top notch! Daynia is awesome. She will send over backwards to try to find the right now for you. She is not only there to Steve the companies that she works with but also the employees. She does her best to find the best overall match for everybody.

I have been signed on as a supplemental employee with Leddy Group for 6 months and so far they have proved to be honest and accurate regarding the job descriptions and compensation. They also try to fill assignments with the emphasis on the arrangement being a good fit for both the employee and the client. I only rated them 4 stars because they do not use electronic time reporting which would make the process of reporting the hours worked and having it approved much easier for the client and the employee.

I received administrative assignments from Leddy Group that were usually several months in duration. My work was always rated as top notch by their clients, and accordingly they treated me with courtesy and repeatedly dispatched me to jobs. That is, until I had a personality clash with one of the individuals I was sent to work for, who terminated the assignment prematurely after I had been there for 11 weeks. Despite my previous record of good work and Leddy Group’s assurances of support as the situation with the client deteriorated, they dropped me immediately afterwards, telling me they would “no longer be a resource” for me, meaning that they would be offering me no further work. They had absolutely no interest in my side of the story, despite my having told them over the course of the engagement that the client was acting unprofessionally and abusively. If you go to work for Leddy Group and run afoul of a client, you are history, no matter what.

First and foremost I do not like to do surveys. However in this case I have to do a shout to Daynia Langlois. She has single handily gone above and beyond! I owe all of these gold stars to Daynia Langlois of the Lebanon Branch. I have been with Leddy Group since you all bought “Top Employment” which for some, you may of never of heard of them. I have seen and dealt with many recruiters since 2001/2005 to the present year of 2017. Of all the recruiters and I say this professionally of course but out of “any” of them Daynia has done the most for me. Leddy Group has a reputation or has lacking quality of not doing follow-up calls.. - Sure; your great at telling about the opportunities and telling us we will put your name in for it and then... You would never hear back. You call in a day and your told “We filled that”. It’s like... What happened to getting back to me?”UNTIL Daynia. She’s on the BALL!!! I have had more “Great Jobs” pass under my nose with fantastic Pay in the last 3 months than I’ve had in the 16 years I have been with this company!!! Over the years I always had to take less because for whatever reason I was never offered any Great Jobs. I will say Juliann helped me quite a bit and Emma but I always seemed to get the jobs that just needed you for a month or hey it pays $10 and even though your folio says min $13... I finally went to a different temp agency... I never could understand how I had all this experience and no one could find me a decent job...Then out of the Blue Daynia took over and after working with Juliann I was apprehensive. Daynia always greeted me with an upbeat attitude. You could tell even though I was on the phone I could tell her smile reached her eyes. She was not just the recruiter to me; she was also the nudge of confidence when I was feeling scared about a position. Yes in my book Daynia is an asset to Leddy Group!!!I wish I could give more than my thanks and gratitude.
