Need proper info and engine work along with speed equipment this is the place to go.

Bob is a giant ****. He will give you a time and an estimate. String you along for weeks after and then charge you twice the amount and storage fees. You can do better than a guy named bob.

This review is long overdue, but I still need to write it anyhow. Trims Automotive is phenomenal! I went there, looking to have my cylinder head resurfaced, I know a little bit about engines, not a lot but enough, I was explained the condition of my cylinder head including the condition of the valve seats, I was given all the details of the true condition of my cylinder head and they had gone out of their way to show me the results of the tests as they were performing them, they had many great recommendations, their pricing is not bad considering the great quality service you get, they are very helpful and offer such great detailed information, even for the people who just wanna do it themselves they dont mind helping. You can tell they truly love what they do, and they care about the people who walk through their doors. Awesome place to go! Ive never been to another place like it.

This place is great the owner so great individual I forgot his name but I spoke to him personally he made sure everything was done as needed to be done everything worked perfectly

The mechanics and owners are fantastic! They are very personable and make you feel comfortable if you are waiting for your car. They don’t charge you for unnecessary things and always put the customer first always. I love that they are open later so I can get my car inspected after work. They are fast and efficient. This is the best repair shop I have ever been to and it deserves more than 5 stars!

Good food friendly atmosphere

I’m not sure how to begin this review other than BUYER BEWARE.Trim’s came highly recommended as a reputable speed shop with years of experience and fair pricing for specialty vehicles. Unfortunately, I received nothing close to professionalism or value.My vehicle was there for 2.5 months to diagnose an issue that remains unresolved. After a few calls to check on its status during this course of time, the owner bluntly said to pick it up yesterday and take it elsewhere.The first attempt ended in a stalemate because no one could confirm if the vehicle had gear oil in it — despite earlier being moved out of the bay at the shop. This coincidentally occurred after voicing some frustrations that resulted in the owner stating he’d now only accept cash. Why? Most likely because his word about not price gouging for diagnostics was originally believable, but he quickly changed his tune. He couldn’t produce an RO because nothing was ever signed. He then proceeded to make up numbers on the spot.Came back the next day to an outrageous bill for $913.72, of which $126 was for 28 gallons of gas that was charged at $4.50. The odometer difference between drop-off and receipt was 100 miles give or take...how that costs $126 in fuel on top of an hourly rate is beyond me... as is 10 hours to tell me I’m out of luck.Throughout this entire ordeal, I was also told on several occasions that my input was invalid because my father had generally been the main point of contact... weird considering my name is on the title.At the end of the day, I guess Bob (the owner) needed money more than a new client. I just wish I could write him off with next year’s taxes as a charity case.There are obviously 2 sides to every story so I look forward to Trim’s response — aside from stating that other businesses sometimes get 1-star reviews.

Less than 2 years ago I took my 2003 Honda Accord for head work. Spent over 3,500.00 in repairs didnt last 1 year same exhaust valve is leaking again. So disappointed in the cost and quality of repairs that the cars is not running. I was told that the warranty was only good for 90 days.

Ive been going to this establishment for 10+ years now. My vehicles are anywhere from 8 - 25 years old. They have been able to handle anything that has come up. I dont go to dealer garages because Ive had few if any good experiences. I have always sought out local garages and Trims is one of the best so far. These guys know what they are doing and are always courteous. They explain everything about what a problem is and any options there are to fix it. They dont take shortcuts. Their pricing is reasonable.

Took my jet ski cylinders here to get bored over for bigger pistons and ported on the exhaust. He was unsure of how far he could go on the ports until he looked back through his files. Had gotten a phone call later that night, said he could do pretty extensive port work and talked about my budget that I had. Next afternoon he called again and said they were done. Very professional and honest with what he tells you. Will definitely be going back to him for jet ski work as I plan to build a big motor

I had the pleasure to deal with Bob at Trim’s on two occasions. I highly recommend you give Trim’s a try - you won’t be disappointed. Extremely personable, highly professional, HONEST, and top notch work...you can’t ask for anything more from a local business owner.

Over the top customer service. I had a leveling kit that I wanted installed on my Silverado. When the OWNER called to give me a quote he gave me a heads up that if there were any issues it may cost a bit more...most of the time mechanics just throw it on the bill hoping you wont notice...he told me ahead of time. Those ethics are so rare nowadays!! Cost efficient pricing and really great customer service when picking ip..I dont have a regular mechanic, but Ill be making this my spot!

Lets face it. No one ever wants to dish out money to fix their car, whether its $20 or $2000. As much as I hate paying to have my car worked on, I wouldnt go to anywhere else. Id highly recommend Trims to anyone! Very fair, very honest. They always work with my hectic schedule and they keep MY safety and my wallet in mind when looking at repairing my car. Wonderful shop, wonderful guys, great environment. If I could rate them more than a 5 star review I definitely would.
