I will never return to this place took my Autistic son here to get his haircut walked in had to wait until someone finally came up to us and told us we had to sign in the women took him back to wash his hair then cut his hair I proceeded to pay with cash the women said oh your paying with cash I only had a fifty dollar bill on me she went to the back to get chang came back out it looked like she tested the bill with the marker witch I understand then she proceeded to walk over to a costumer in the chair getting his haircut if the bill was real after testing it her self Ive never felt more out of place in my life it made my son felt like we were doing something wrong they finally gave me my chang I paid for the hair cut and even tiped her even after being treated the way we were because I hade my son with me after we got in the car my son was so overwhelmed with the situation after calming him down I hope this is not the way they treat people with special needs because if so this is not the place very unprofessional service I will let all my family and friends know never to go here and will let other families with children will special needs never to go here for anything I emailed the company and still havent heard back from them I waited to write this review but Ive waited enough they will never get anymore Business from me ever again 1st experience last experience stay away from this place

I have had a few different girls cut my hair there and I am now with Carla and she is the best. Not only does she give me a great cut every single time, she has a great personality and brings life to the store. Hope she is there for many more Saturdays going forward

For a chain, the haircuts here are really consistent. Even if you dont mesh with the sports theme of it, the quality of the service is solid. I usually just get my haircut from the first available person and Ive never had an issue.

I have been to many places since relocating to the area. I first brought my son in to get a haircut and was amazed with how well Shari took care of him. Every time I come here, somehow I get cut in line. I always check in online. Last time I was here they made me wait so long it took me out of the queue. Then I was cut. This time I showed up a half hour before they opened and couldn’t check in online. Someone called the store and checked in before me. The check in system has too many holes to provide poor service to the customers. Probably my last visit.

Danielle is AMAZING. Prior to sitting down in the chair she makes sure all equipment is clean and sanitized. She has an awesome personality and makes sure you leave feeling and looking like a million bucks. Would highly recommend this location as well as Danielle specifically. Absolutely WORST experience. Checked in online. Made it to the store with 10 minutes before my son was supposed to be “on deck”. Waited an additional 30 minutes. Received a notification on my phone that said that my check in was CANCELED. I told the lady and she was beyond rude. Her name was Karla I think. Did not give me a reason to why it was cancelled in fact she insinuated that I was lying I checked in. The other lady said “oh we had to bypass him, check in again”. Are you SERIOUS?! The lady went ahead and took someone else even after the guy was going to let us go before him. She told him No it’s fine they can wait. My son is FIVE and we had to go through this. I will NEVER come back here and I will tell EVERYONE not to go to this location. How unbelievably rude and unprofessional. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!! This rating is zero stars

I always use Beatriz. She says to me the usual and I nod yes and she gives me a great cut for a good price. I usually get the MVP package and love when she shampoos my hair -- the head massage and Hot towel is awesome. I have been going here since I moved to Florida from NYC. Beatriz is awesome = if she is available request her......

Danielle was so friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me decide what would be best for the style I wanted. Im in LOVE with my new cut and will definitely be seeing her again! (Yes, my hair is dyed grey, and yes its been long for a while and needs some training, but all of that was taken into consideration and she cut it just right. 😍)

Website and door says it’s open until 8pm ... I arrived at 7p and was promptly met in the lobby and told by an employee the place was closed.As I write this sitting out front of the store - at 7:06 - another two people are told it’s closed and turned away.

Went to the Boynton Beach location to get a new style of cut. I was in a rush so I took the first available stylist who ended up being Shari. She did an amazing job. Even though they were extremely busy she took her time and made sure I was satisfied and got exactly what I wanted. She had no problem stopping multiple times for me to check the length etc. I wont be seeing any other stylist at sports clips from here on out. If you go, ask for SHARI. You will not be disappointed ! Five *****

No. Just no. Cookie cutter baseball dad and son haircut. She said 20 years experience and my head looks like. I had to keep correcting her, I told her I don’t like product she puts it in my hair anyway.. the fade is non existent, choppy parts of hair sticking out, no flow. I should’ve known better.For people serious about their hair and style this is not the place to waste 30$

This place is great! Great location, never horribly busy. The entire staff is friendly and helpful but in my opinion Shari is by far the best. She always goes out of her way to make sure I leave satisfied, which I do each and every time. Shes always in a great mood and always willing to chat about whatever I might feel like. Throw in the fact that she is very good at what she does and this location has found a hidden gem of an employee. I hope the store management realizes this. The MVP treatment is also fantastic. Love the hot towel treatment. To top it off, they ALWAYS have sports on. I will be back very soon.

This location is a great place to go. I am a regular, and my stylist is excellent. Shari is excellent at her profession, and is fun to talk to as well.

You check in on the app and you select the person you want to cut your hair, you get there and the person you selected is not there. Apparently she called in sick... wait I just saw she had a 31 minute wait...good job sport clips.

Ive been a client of Sharis for many years now. Shes truly the best stylist Ive ever had. Always great conversation, takes her time and is extremely meticulous. I drive out of my way to the Boynton location, solely for Shari.

Do not buy products there. The woman cut my hair recommended a leave in conditioner. She said if I dont like it to bring it back. Didnt like it 7 days later to return but all 4 girls there said no manager and know one ever gets trained by owner to do returns. I said to then do owners train you for hair or for customer service issues? No they said.So, I wont be back.

Felt very safe while getting my haircut

Cudos to the place, the atmosphere, the welcoming way they have that made me feel comfortable my first time there!The pricing is fine and even though they dont do appointments the old traditional way,, Ive never had to wait more than just a few minutes...My stylist was Kelly who is a consumate professional and knows her job well and I am liking that cuz you know how hard it can be to find that barber or stylist who gives you exactly the cut you want....Let me just tell you,,,This is the second time that Kelly has cut my hair...She remembered me and my No Layers please. She does a great job...I gotta admit after my 1st time there,, I was looking forward to my hair growing out so I could go back again and talk with this beautiful woman!!. SO,,,this is important,,,, I say this with the Up Most Respect,,,Kelly is a gentle lady and so very nice to talk with...Kelly is from Columbia,,, Very attractive and really interesting I would love to know her outside of her job,,. I came in for a very simple haircut. I wanted a 1 on the sides and finger length on top(crew cut). My sideburns were cockeyed and the top was beyond uneven. The woman was cutting my hair like she was in a race or something. I didnt know what to say. She messed me up good. I had to go to another shop the next day to fix it which ended me up with very short hair.

A little disappointed in the new online check in. I have been using it for several months with no issues but today was a different story. Made an appointment because I was on my lunch break. Checked in when I arrived and the screen said I was on deck, which I would assume means next. The next stylist came up took the person underneath me and it moved my appointment to 10 min wait time. On my 30 min lunchtime this is not acceptable.

Shari is fantastic. I’ve been seeing her for over two years and every time I walk out of the salon, people on the street stop me and ask if I’m Johnny Depp or Tom Cruise. As the weeks go on and I start looking more like Steve Buscemi, I desperately try my best to figure out how I can get back to my wizard of a stylist for my monthly transformation. When I’m in the chair she is the consummate professional - conversational but not intrusive. For as long as Shari is working her magic at Sport Clips, you can count on me forking over the modest fee to go from sloppy to slick in just 15 minutes!

Girls are trained somewhat specific so consistency is important. It would be nice if you put hair style information about your customer in the system so when they come in, check in you can print out their info and give it to the stylist and they can cut the same way without asking without trying to find the newest stylist.

Went for their precision haircut, had a very good experience at Delray location. Because I am a senior and did not want the MVP add on I got a rush chop haircut. It was fair but not worth the price paid. Never will go here again.

Ok haircutting place but I always wonder why stylists do not last too long here...

I dont think you can review the place, like every haircut, it is the person who cuts your hair. I have always had a decent cut there. Only negative is, there seems to be a high turnover rate with stylists but for a $20 haircut it beats the competitors.

This is the third time I have gone here. They have all the glamour but no actual skill. Stay away. I went in for a simple haircut. 3 on the back and sides blend up and trim on top. I got a hair cut that resembles swiss cheese. I think they hire anyone who is looking for a job, not even sure if they are hiring people with any hair cutting experience or schooling.

Been 3 times the first two times it was a pretty not great haricut, they dont understand leave it long, but its close and a half month or so of growing it back out fixes it so i went back. the third time i got literally the worst haircut ive ever gotten. I will never go here again, i had to go to a different place to get it fixed and all that they could do is buzz it. Avoid this place no matter how convenient it is for you. It isnt even THAT cheap.
