Sam an his crew do a great job. They fixed my car and after I picked it up I took it straight back to work and parked it. On the way home, I guess the upper air intake manifold gasket rolled on the back left corner and it spit all my oil out in less then 20 minutes. I live in Adair village! Sam an his tech came straight out to my house that night. Had it towed back to the shop fixed it and he went ahead and did my oil change. Got it back the following Monday morning. Works great.

Great service. The techs were very knowledgeable and you can tell they love cars. There was a race car in the parking lot and we spent a few minutes just chatting about that, plus they gave me some tips for how to work more effectively in my own garage.

Wow what can I say but be very careful and major warning!!!!!!.. I took my be an in for new leifsprings.... of course had to take 2 days off work(exceptable). Next afternoon. They called said it was done.....I walked 2 miles(exceptable)to get my van..... paid it in full and took off......went home and looked under my van to see the new leifsprings....they were the same ones!!!!!!!! Luckily I took pictures of them prior to bringing it in.....took it back.....they apologized and took it for another 2 days(unexpectable) because my van is my office.....had to take 2 more days off......got the truck back(had to walk 2 more miles...unexceptable)the owner blamed it on his new mechanic that came from all star in sweet home. Disappointed I took off. Next day I was travelling near stayton and my axle came loose and I almost wrecked, thus was bc the same mechanic d idnt use a torque wrench on the nuts that held the leifsprings(this is what the owner said).....they finally fixed them after 2 weeks of a nightmare. I lost a weeks worth of income and asked the owner for compensation which he answered jokingly you can have the keys to the shop. Wow!!!! I thought. I still have a dent in my fender from the accident they caused from their insubordination. Consumers pleased be warned and be carefull!!!!!!!!

Dropped wifes car off without an appointment. Sams diagnosed the problem within a couple of hours and gave me a quote. He ordered the parts and had some of the order the next day. He had to run down to Eugene to pick up the rest of the order! The car was ready to pick up the next day!
