If I could give this grumpy old guy -stars, I would. Dude is miserable. Also didnt do what I asked; I took him a 5-core oil to water heat exchanger that was leaking in one of the cores and asked him to just eliminate and seal off that core. Someone had already tried previously to seal it off and messed it up, so it was beyond repair, but he tried unsuccessfully to repair that coil then treated me like an idiot when I called him on it. Long story short, I wound up paying him to attempt to fix it and also to just do what I asked in the beginning. -5 stars for this old grouch.
