I was in town visiting family from California my car started leaking oil I called 5 shops got ranges from $60-155 to get a visual diagnostic I called Russels He didnt charge me anything to look at it and was able to work me in a very busy schedule to accommodate our travel schedule Everyone we worked with was Amazing!!!

My sons alternator failed enroute home to Indianapolis over the weekend. On Monday we called Russells around noon, and he said he could have it replaced same day, which he did... and for a reasonable price. I would recommend Russells. Got us back on the road quickly and fairly.

As far as I know the work was good quality, but the customer service was awful. They took five days to get to my car when they said it would be the next day. Every time I called I was told it would be later that day. Eventually I called and was told they were waiting on parts. I still had no idea what was wrong, was never given an estimate, and was treated rudely for asking these questions. Im glad it was fixed, but I wouldnt recommend this shop to anyone who isnt willing to be completely removed from the entire experience until the bill comes due.

Was told this was the place to go to for classic cars. Called and the person who answered was curt and rude. They flat out refused to even look at the car. Then they just hung up on me.I cannot speak to their quality of work, but I certainly can speak to their customer service, which is absolutely terrible.
