I called to ask for an estimate, I was looking for a good price, because Im a little straped for cash and needed something that wasnt going to leave me without food for a month. Well they gave me the best price, but when I called back to ask to make an appointment he told me he doesnt want to help me. Which is fine, thats their choice. I just dont see how asking around for an estimate can lead you to telling me you wont work on my car. I cant get back and forth from work with my car not running properly and uninspected, but thats not your concern is it?

I have never lived a day in my life without a mechanic in my family, my father, stepfather, and brother all worked in garages. Moving from home to Lebanon made it tough because I knew Id have to find a reliable mechanic, and a trustworthy place for any of my vehicle needs. Chris has been nothing but kind, wonderful, and easy to talk to through any experience Ive had bringing my car in, and hes now serviced my Jeep after an overheating emergency. I could not be happier with the entire experience here. If you want to pay dealership prices go ahead, or you could go to Pitts and feel like youre not being talked down on and receive great customer service. Thanks you guys!!!

My experience at Pitts garage has been wonderful they are inexpensive they dont rob you like other garages do they are courteous and they also do this job the right way and they dont rob you as in putting up prices on parts they may put the prices up like 5% according to my calculations and their labor is not outrageous either

Had to get my vehicle inspected. I dropped it off and was called about 2 hours later to come pick it up. Great service, friendly and honest people. Will now be who I take my vehicles to whenever they need serviced!

Took my car here to get it inspected, they got me in and out fast. The guys are super friendly and know what theyre doing.

I was from out-of-town and of course it was on a Saturday with no luck finding a garage with a problem with my SUV. I remember from my many years growing up in Lebanon about Pitts. I looked them up and called them. They told me to come right in. They had me in and out in a matter of less than 15 minutes! Pitts Automotive to the rescue!!!! Great service and low costs. Cant thank them enough to being there and providing me excellent service.

Take our cars here for inspection every year. Very fast service and unlikeother garages they dont fale issues to inflate the bill!

Recently brought two cars in for some work and inspection (ford focus and Chevy trailblazer). They not only did a great job, but were very honest and fair, fast, and friendly. I will be bringing my vehicles to them from now on.
