Needed to get car inspected and prior trusted mechanic retired, so stopped by and he was able to get me in right then and there for inspection without an appointment whereas all other garages were booked until next week. Had a long chat with owner and chatted about the 1956 F100 thats been parked outside the Sunoco for last 20+ years. Great guy, great friendly mechanics, and I will definitely go back to this garage for my service and state inspection needs!

This place is very pleasing and Lee is a very professional guy. Very accommodating and upfront staff. I had my wheel lug broken by a Tire Shop when I went to get a leaky tire fixed (bummer!!) and was sent to Dougs Sunoco for repair. I was delighted by their professionalism (especially after dealing with the lunatics at the tire repair shop) and willingness to help. Got an appointment for a week later but it was understandable. On the day of appointment, the lug was replaced within 30 minutes. Trustworthy people and workers, highly recommended and thumbs up!!

So grateful to these guys. I got caught in a pinch when my alternator died and they were quick to step in and help me right away so I was able to get back on the road. Very helpful and reasonable. Even helped me get to work at the hospital when I couldn’t get a ride. Thanks so much! It was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Doug’s to anyone.

As so many reviews indicate, Lee is great. He is very professional, will try to fit you in if need something done quickly, and keeps you updated when things dont go as planned. His prices are competive and the quality of his work is great. This is where I typically refer people for repairs in the Upper Valley.

Convenient (off 89) local car shop offering state inspection and other services. Scheduling the an appointment was easy and within a reasonable time frame. Service was prompt and courteous too.

These guys are great. My go to family owned mechanic business closed down last year for the owner’s unexpected health issues.I was recommended to Doug’s Sunoco.I’m glad for the recommendation. They’re honest and accommodating.They offered to drive me where I might need to go. No need. I live in Lebanon and work in Windsor. I was offered coffee or water. I was happy to sit at the picnic table and see the pretty apple tree in all its beauty.

During this 2nd wave of covid-19, employees did not wear masks or gloves while indoors, did not have hand sanitizer available, and did not sanitizer their hands before and after performing the state inspection for my car. This is simply unsafe and inconsiderate practice during this time.
