Dropped my car off on a Thursday and fully explained the differential leak and mentioned that when they finish fixing the leak I would consider changing the transmission fluid if the leak wasnt too expensive. They call Monday to tell me there is no leak. However, they did not look where I said the leak was. Scott tells me hell put it back on the lift and call me that afternoon. Never looked at it. Calls me the next day on Tuesday to say its not leaking.. Though I know it is. Tells me to drive it around and if it leaks he can look at it Friday but would start work the next Monday. Naturally, I call back later to say its leaking. Then he tells me well I wont be able to work on it for til the 8th more than two weeks from me bringing it in for this problem. On top of that I had to pay $145 for a fluid change but still have the same problem I brought the car in for. If you need you car and dont want the run around go somewhere else.

Saved me thousands of dollars. Had a 2002 Saturn SL2 and took it to a local transmission shop of mine and they said the whole transmission needed rebuilt, which would cost around $3000. Then I drove over an hour to Scotts Transmission shop due to a recommendation from my uncle, and they knew exactly what was wrong with my transmission & the repair only cost $800 (compared to 3000). They fixed it quickly as well. A year & a half later & the car is still running/shifting perfectly. Recommended!

Not satisfied with this place at all.When my Mom took her car in he said it would be done by a certain time and he would flush out the transmission and put in a new filter. He did not do a thing and now a week after charging her over $200 saying what he did do, would make it run, it is now not working at all and needs a transmission.I will never recommend people to this place and never go here personally.Unfortunately, this is not the only person I hear of having a bad experience at this place.

NEVER take your car here. My car was there for two weeks before being told what was wrong. After deciding not to do the $5,000 fix on my old car with over 150k miles, I was yelled at over the phone and told to get my car out of their shop ASAP. When I sent for a tow truck the next morning, my car was still in pieces and unable to be towed. He didn’t even put the transmission back in the vehicle. I paid for the tow, but was charged by the shop a $125 “could be towed” fee on my invoice. I ended up paying substantially more than what I was quoted and was treated so horribly over the phone. Even my tow driver told me he’s seen this over and over from Scott’s. Please, find somewhere else to service your car.

Very customer freindly

$4500 for differential and housing . Had car 3 weeks and had to take it back. Price was outrageous but the already had it apart and said it needed new housing. Owner was condescending. When I said after they had the car 2 weeks that I need it, he said yeah you and everyone else. My recommendation is GO ELSEWHERE.

I am nothing but impressed with Scotts Transmissions. I am stationed in Tucson, AZ, but was driving into Lebanon on leave when a transfer case seal blew out on me. Not only did Scotts do the job promptly, but also for several hundred dollars less than the competition. 6 months later back in Tucson, my transfer case sprung another leak on me and I called Scotts. They found a transmission shop 1.5 miles from my house and covered all the expenses! Scotts is the transmission shop to go to in Lebanon County!

Let me first say I have used this facility in the past with no complaints. This most recent time I was very unsatisfied. My 2000 Astro van would not go into AWD. They worked on vehicle for 5 days and replaced one part that cost $386. ( the part could be purchased for around $150 ) and still no AWD. I picked up vehicle and they stated they are not familiar with this vehicle system and they are not sure why it does not work. So total bill was $614 and I still do not have AWD. Sad to say I can not recommend this shop in the future.
