Wentto them with my car overheating and told them to check my thermostat. Ended up putting a new fan assembly in. Came for my car it was still overheating! Didnt even check my thermostat! Got tires rotars brakes and wanted my car fixed!! SMH! Hoping this time they get it right!! Shouldve been right the first time when spending that kind of money! If it werent for that they WOULD have gotten 5 stars from me!

I give them 5 stars. Excellent service, quick, friendly and a value. I have had 2 different vehicles with slow leak tires. They have gotten me right in and taken care of the issue. Comfortable sitting area. Coffee and popcorn when covid silliness isn’t happening.

I have an appointment next week for an estimate but so far my experience has been pleasant. The staff has been very friendly and attentive and I was acknowledged as soon as I walked through the door. The place was exceptionally clean and bright and welcoming.

We took our Ford Ranger to them and they exceeded our expectations. There were multiple issues that were addressed, We cannot express how pleased we were. The entire staff, from the check-in through mechanics, and pick-up. They kept us informed throughout.

Pughs Five Star is hands down the best service center Ive ever been to. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and reasonably priced.I do most of the work on my fleet of vehicles. With a background in heavy equipment and industrial plant maintenance I know good work when I see it and I can smell B.S. from a mile away. When I dont have time to do the work myself, I go to Pughs. Josh and David specialize in automotive maintenance and repair and customer service. They have a great staff, are better people, and it shows.

My buddy had his mustang towed to this shop, and come to find out his toolbox crushed his fuel pump module. After he got it back from Pughs, and we looked at it, they left exposed wires out, and showing with some sloppy electrical tape job to go with it.

Hit a deer and insurance recommends these guys. Truck was restored to almost perfect condition ( few parts were to expensive to be oem, but thats insurance not these guys). Took about 3 weeks, but quality of work was worth the time. They called and updated me weekly and asked questions as nessecary to help get it back to as close to original condition as possible. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
