I recently purchased a 2018 Cadillac from Jake Sweeney Chevrolet and the AC did not work. I spoke with the manager and he admitted “they never check ACs in the colder months.” I brought it to Jake Sweeney Cadillac to get it serviced-my AC worked for 1 day and had to bring back to get it fixed. This is truly an inconvenience! I spoke with Nate who provided me with a loaner car.. 3 weeks later, my vehicle is ready. I had to call the Corporate headquarters to have my service expedited. Every week was an excuse-“we have to order a part, we don’t have enough staff to service your car, there is a delicate piece that was dropped that we have to replace.” This experience from sales to services has been a true disappointment. Cadillac is a luxury brand and I expect a higher standard of service-no excuses. If you can’t execute this standard-don’t sell or service Cadillacs!

This is for the parts department.Specifically Marvin and Dave. Due to Covid 19 and lack of parts, I had multiple issues from other dealerships providing the wrong parts in effort to string me along hoping the part would come in for them. I also had issues where other dealerships didn’t go into depth in figuring out part number inconsistencies.Both of these gentleman were extremely knowledgeable and informative. The level of customer support I received from them is well above and beyond their competitors. Moving forward I will call Jake Sweeney Cadillac in Lebanon Ohio first!Thank you gentlemen.

Someone backed into my Cadillac DTS in a parking lot. I wanted to get my car fixed by DeLord Cadillac but when I called for an appointment and to ask for guidance in navigating the world of insurance claims they told me Im on my own. Im not going to give a bad review since I didnt use them for the repair, but Im not giving a good review either. If you buy a $70k car I guess you expect a little more care and patience.

We just leased our third car from Bill Delord. Weve had people ask us why we lease our cars from a dealer all the way in Lebanon. My answer is always CUSTOMER SERVICE. Whether youre working with someone in Sales or Service, everyone takes the time to answer your questions. Ron Morris was our salesman on our last 2 leases. He made sure we were aware of all the features on our new cars before we drove them off the lot and made sure we knew we could contact him if we had any questions. Everyone at Bill Delord wants to make sure youre happy with your decision to purchase/lease from them and that means a lot!

Odd experience. We walked in today to check out a few vehicles. We explained that we were not buying this month, but comparing vehicles at several dealerships.After looking at one car in the showroom, we asked about another model. The salesman said they had some on the lot and asked us to follow him. He led us to his desk and pulled out a contract! He asked my name, which I provided. Then he asked my home address as he started to fill out the contract .I asked him why he needed this info to just show us what was on the lot. He started stammering and would not answer. We decided to leave.I have no idea what kind of sales practices are done here, but Id advise anyone to stay away. These are not honest people.

I wont air dirty laundry on here. I just dont deal with your service shop anymore. Mechanics are AWESOME! Customer Service is TERRIBLE! So much closer...but I dont deal well with sarcastic, dry, too busy and rude people Im paying. Im just another customer there. First impressions are lasting impressions...always remember that! So I fully recommend driving a few more miles to Holman GMC. A 180° on customer service at Holman!!!

I assume every dealership is crook whose only goal is to separate me from my money. I can honestly say I have not had a bad experience here other than the car wash took my money and didnt work one time. If you are looking for a car go to the auto mall, leave then come here. The difference is night and day. My experience has been not the nagging high pressure sales and they seem to actually appreciate my business. No complaints on thier service either. I bought my truck thier new 3 years ago.

Just purchased a Buick Encore from Bill Delords. Braden was our sales person and he was great. He listen to what we were looking for and didnt pressure us to make the purchase. Other dealerships were calling me nonstop and just saw me as a sale. Bill Delords made us feel like family. We ordered floor mats when we bought the Encore and when they came in Braden came out and installed them for me. Bill Delords made us feel like family and made us feel comfortable about making our purchase that was unexpected in the first place. We will definitely purchase our next car from here.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. I bought a car from them 3 years ago, I was 21, just graduated from college and I am a single mom. I had saved $5,000 to put down on a car and I thought I could trust the salesman because he was family friend. I was told the car was 12,999 but my paperwork says I paid 17,000. I know it is my fault for not paying enough attention and not knowing what I was doing, but they completely took advantage of that fact. The driver side door lock started to get jammed about 30 days after I bought it and I would either be locked in or out of my car, I took back to have them fix it but at that time it wasnt jammed so they said there was nothing they could do. This has been a continuous problem that happens randomly, and I had to climb out of my window at 8 months pregnant to get out of the car. They did nothing and did not care. I paid 5,000 for an extended warranty on a car that only had 30,000 miles on it. At almost 60,000 miles my transmission went out, this was the only thing my warranty ended up covering, even though the issues just got worse. I replaced my motor at 63,000 miles. ALL OF THE COMPUTERS and wires got replaced right after that. Bill DeLords did not care about me the second I signed that check. Again, I should have done more research and taken someone who knew what they were talking about with me to prevent this, but knowing the guy who sold it to me made me feel like I was in good hands. I was so wrong. Not only did they over charge me and fee me to death, they were not helpful at all with any of the issues I have had. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE AT THIS PLACE.

Brought my car in for service when the air conditioner wasnt properly working properly. I suspected that it just needed to have the freon serviced but, after checking it out, the service advisor informed me that the problem was with the dehydrator unit. I was offerered a ride home while a new unit was installed and was picked back up a few hours later. The work was covered under my warranty, so there was no charge to me. The air conditioner works fine now and Im completely satisfied.

Bill DeLord is a great car dealership that is close to Dayton and Cincinnati. We have bought a new Buick and recently a CTS. The pricing and deals were one of reasons for making Bill DeLord our choice for automotive needs.The service department works hard to communicate the maintenance needs for each vehicles. For the few times where repairs are required, the service was made and repaired the first time and transportation was provided. Very little inconvenience in my busy schedule.Bill DeLord make us feel important and valuable customers. This is a difficult area for most car dealers to create and maintain long-term relationships. For our area, there are few dealers that can provide such situations.

They dont honor the warranty on your vehicle. They look for a reason to get around it where you will have to pay them out of pocket. Financing people will lie to you and tell you things to get you to shell out more money. Never again will I go there. Another car dealership just looking to get rich and dont care about customer service or repeat business.

I came in for an oil change, and to have some minor noises taken care of. The original quote I was told would be around $400. Which is pretty unsettling. But about 2 hours after my scheduled appointment, I suppose testdriving my car to listen for noise. They called back with a quote of about $1000.00 . I cancelled and request they only do the oil change. The belt that needed replaced which would cost apparently 170 dollars to replace was $30.00 at AutoZone. Oh and guess what, they ran my gas tank empty too...... sweet.

I recently had some issues with my tire losing air due to what I figured was a slow leak. I took it to Bill DeLord Buick GMC Cadillac and was amazed at how clean and professional the service area was. My service adviser Nathan was so helpful, showing me pictures and even took me back to view the tire. Turns out I had a nail in my tire near the wall and it couldnt be repaired. My tire was discontinued, so they ordered a new one, gave me a courtesy car for the night so I wouldnt be driving in a dangerous situation, and had my new tire on the car and ready for pick up the next day...even put it through the car wash so it was sparkling clean! Highly recommend!!!

Bill and his entire staff have done an awesome job of ensuing my new Cadillac was clean and perfect for the delivery. Cadillac provides a satin pink cover for the car, which Bill unveils with my new car on the show room floor! What an awesome experience!A couple of years ago my wedding ring fell under the seat and I could not find it. I brought the car to the De Lord service department where they removed the seat to retrieve my ring! The Service Manager got down on one knee and present me with my ring and the whole place rang out with shouts of joy!I highly recommend Bill De Lord for their outstanding service and integrity!

When we left the house that morning, we knew we were coming home with a new Buick. The only question, was where would we purchase it. We had previously test driven an Enclave at another dealership and the salesperson just wasnt knowledgeable or excited to see us. We decided that we would visit Bill DeLord Buick GMC Cadillac and look at their inventory.We arrived just as they were opening the doors and from the young lady who greeted us until the last person we saw, it was a pleasant experience. The enthusiasm of Tim Long was contagious as he took us on a test drive, explained the features and closed the sale. Tim did all of this without any high pressure sales. Steve did the financing paperwork and Mr. DeLord even stopped by. This is our first experience with Bill DeLord GMC in Lebanon. I must say it was a great experience. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. This was the first time my grad school daughter leased a car, and we couldnt have been more happy with the attention to detail and they way the people who helped us and made everything work for her. The Manager, Jerry Perron, was so helpful with a small issue we had so we could make it happen. Mike Bender, our sales consultant, went above and beyond to get us the best price. Just purchased a 2016 GMC Terrain from new salesman Mike Bender at Bill Delord and am very happy. I bought from Bill Delord, instead of from a closer GMC dealer, because their service department took such good care of the Pontiac that I bought from them while I was working in nearby Mason. The sales strategy at Bill Delord is to let you test drive cars until you find one you like. I test drove four different Terrains, for a total of several hours, and finally had them special order one for me. No pressure. Even after the sale, every customer gets treated like hes about to buy the most expensive Cadillac on the lot. PS: If you buy a Terrain with a V6, like I did, be sure to also get AWD, like I did. The combination of a 301 HP V6 and FWD results in excessive torque steer, at least by my standards.

Our goal was to find a dependable used vehicle that would produce lower monthly car payments. Bill introduced us to Tim Long who was very friendly and professional. He asked some excellent qualifying questions and before we knew it we were test driving a preowned Buick Enclave. A car that I dreamed of having, but didnt think I could afford. Would definitely not bring your vehicle here for service. After being on countless phone calls with GM corporate for a measly $134 known service recall #12138 on a transmission dipstick tube failure this dealership would not honor the recall because apparently someone had already claimed the warranty. GM corporate even admitted I had never received a recall notice according to their records. If the work was actually completed (never was as I am original owner) the dealership was supposed to install a foam tube in addition to replacing the dipstick to correct the vibration issue that causes the failure. Interestingly enough no foam on the broken dipstick. That should make it pretty clear recall work had never been completed. Besides a known design flaw...should be appropriately handled appropriately. As a former GM engineer and nothing but loyal GM customer for past 18 yrs its a real shame to lose loyalty for a lousy $134.

Its was December 26 2006, my wife and I were looking for her a new car. She really liked the Pontiac Torrents, and I recently moved from Lebanon, so I suggested lets go to Bill Delord. You had a great selection of cars and we were greeted by a very friendly person named Tom. My wife really like the the Maroon one, and I liked the blue, so we started the paper work on the Maroon one shortly after the test drive.I had 2001 Chevrolet Silverado, and Tom said let me know when your ready to trade in your truck and we will find something you like. I told him, Make me a good deal and Ill buy one! Meanwhile we drove our new Torrent home and I got to thinking what Tom said. I needed a 2500HD instead of my 1500, so I called Tom the very next day and said I really liked the silver one on the lot, if you still have it I want to come and take a look at it. They test drove my Silverado, offered me a good price so I drove home my new 2007 2500HD Sierra.I share this story with anyone that asked where they can find a great friendly dealership that treats their customers with respect and courtesy.Thanks for everything and keep up the good work!Rob White

Buy their tires! I bought 4, new tires from Bill Delord for my 2008 Enclave. I couldnt find the tires any where for less money. Bill Delord saved me $400 on tires.
