Only gave 1 star bc you cant give zero. This man had my car for almost 6 weeks and didnt even touch it! The communication was awful..I would have to call him. He lied continuously about the work he had done...how do I know it was lies? I became so aggravated with this situationthat I eventually had my car towed to another mechanic and he said NOTHING had been done to my car. So it sat for almost 6 weeks, untouched. The new mechanic had my car fixed in 2 days. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS MAN!!!!!!!!!!!

Very friendly, they are very knowledgeable and professional, I take all my vehicles here and recommend highly for anyone who is looking for a good mechanic.

I wouldnt recommend him to a corpse.I went to Hollands at the recommendation of a friend for a fuel pump. Mike did that job well but not the next. He took almost SIX WEEKS to get the job done, which he never finished. I got so tired of waiting that I went and got it back whether it was finished or not. The original problem was never fixed. Ill have it done tomorrow was his constant answer. Turns out hed been kicking the job to the side over and over again to do easier, better paying ones rather than finish ours because its a problem job. Couldnt understand why we were so mad after he told us this and Im sorry you feel that way that hed been completely screwing us over. He also about NEVER calls back when he says he will. UPDATE- found out hed never even touched the vehicle. Lied the whole time.

Ive been in Ohio for about 2-1/2 years now. A co-worker suggested I call Mike at Hollands when I needed a repair on my truck. My wife and I now bring all our vehicles to Mike any time they need anything that we arent going to do ourselves. We have no complaints whatsoever. The biggest concern with auto mechanics is honesty and Mike is about as honest as they come. We consider ourselves lucky to have been referred to Mike. Well be his customer a long time to come.

Mike is awesome and honest. I take my vehicle there every time I cant do it myself and have sent friends and family there as well. He is very busy and there are times you will have to wait to get a repair, but he has the best prices around, so just ask how long it will take...etc.

We took our car here in September as it needed new brakes and rotors and this shop was suggested to us. All was fine and well until we go to get an oil change/tire rotation at a different location. The employees there ever so graciously informed us that we desperately needed new brakes and rotors, which was very surprising since we had them done only two months ago. Come to find out that he never replaced the brakes or rotors- just the brake pads- and charges us around $300 and then claimed they look they way they do because of wear and tear. I really wish I can add pictures to show how far from the truth this statement was. Definitely wont be returning.

Unprofessional, unethical, and a WASTE OF MONEY. Mike said he fixed my car and I took my car to another mechanic in Lebanon. The mechanic showed me where Mike had not done the job correctly. Ive always been suspicious of his work. The truth comes out and Im thankful to have found another mechanic in Lebanon that gets the job done CORRECTLY

I have been a customer of Greg Holland for a long time and never had a complaint even after Mike Lawson took over the business did not have any problems until recently.Now this is a one man operation who orders parts, customer service billing which doesnt leave much time to do repair work, forget about making an appointment your car might set there from 1 to 3 weeks.My latest and last experience was with a strut replacement,which was defective and he would not honor the warranty.from a formal loyal customer.I have had enough next stop better business.

Only reason I rated a one star was because It wont allow me to rate it a zero star. Mike is NOT a man of his word. I took my car to him 3 1/2 weeks ago to hear him say everyday my car will be done tomorrow. I told him my son is walking back in forth to school and work and his reply was its 41% he is okay. But for the last 2 weeks it has been in the single digits. He told me it needed a radiator,fan and a bracket to hold together Mike said he was just waiting on the bracket and that he had replaced the radiator and fan. After almost 4 weeks I was pissed went to get my car and nothing had been done. Car had not been touched. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO MIKE!!!!!!!!!!

Mike has been working on my entire familys cars for years. Hes a great guy, offers extremely affordable prices, and gives honest evaluations of your cars condition. Wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else.
