Thank you Verns transmission for ensuring my vehicle is safe for my family to ride in. You guys got my vehicle in promptly and with the most professionalism. You even had it in for a follow up a few weeks later to ensure the safety of my vehichle knowing we have a big road trip coming up.

When the transmission on our truck was not shifting right, he fixed it for us in a day (so that I would not have to get a rental car). He charged us a completely reasonable fee. It is so great knowing I have a mechanic I can trust. I use him, my uncle uses him, my parents use him, and we are all happy. These are honest good people that will do right by you.

I dropped my car off with transmission issues. Guy has no people skills at all. He tells me hell let me know what he finds out in 3 or 4 days. Had to drop in to get any updates as he never answers the phone or returns calls. Ends up taking three weeks before he calls me letting me know its going to be 1800 to 3200 to replace with a salvaged trans or have him rebuild. Then he hits me with a $250 bill for diagnistics. I would have expected $100 at most. Pick up my car and the 1yr old battery is dead. Guy is condescending and downright unfriendly. Go anywhere else but here!!!

Called to see about an appointment and guy said they were a week behind. I said thank you and in mid sentence the guy hung up on me. No goodbye or anything just hung up on me. I guess business is so good they dont need more customers and dont mind being rude.

Honest, fair and reasonable.
