Friendly workers. A very nice manager and nice quiet place to live. Overall a great community.

Great flower program. Kitchen is outdated. The stove is like half the size of a normal stove. Kitchen is small. Would rather sacrifice dinning space for more kitchen space. Maintenance man is a little odd and probably not the greatest first impression for this place. No reptiles. No birds. No grills. Cost too much for what they give. Outside is deceiving.

Mary does a fantastic job as a property manager. She is easy to work with. Maintenance also stays on top of requests.

Rent is way to high for them 1 bedroom apartments. Need a lot of updating done to them . Plus you cant work on your car in the park lot😡 plus there is to many grown adults who live there being 3 year olds tattletailing on people who has done nothing to them. And tents who are throwing there garbage all over and not in the dumpster. My son pays almost 800.00 rent Plus all his utilities. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!!!!
