My neighbor recommended this company and I am thankful that he did. I called Jones Home Services to get an estimate for a new furnace and HVAC. Seth arrived at my home the next day and was able to provide me with 3 separate detailed proposals that same day. The proposals showed exactly how much each option would cost with an explanation detailing the pros and cons of each one. All taxes and anything else that could be added on were included in the estimates so there were no surprises. The installation went flawless and the technicians treated my home as if it was their own. This is a family owned and operated company and I highly recommend this company.

I must admit this company has very good ethics on installation and cleaning up after themselves. The service was excellent and I would use this service again and highly recommend them to everyone I know. They really had their work cut out for them on an all day job and they stayed until it was done. I cannot say enough about this service accept, many thanks and keep up the good work. Chad came out to our home several times to repair work done by another company. He never failed to leave everything clean and in great shape.Chad also replaced four octagon windows in the front and back of our home and left them looking better than when the house was first built thirty three years ago.Our intent is to have Jones Home Services do other jobs on our farm in the near future.We are so glad we found out about this company.

I have never been so disappointed in a service tech in my life! Jones Home Service was referred to us and although we a new to the home it became very apparent the service tech Micheal was not! He had an attitude from the moment I opened my door and we had never met before today! I had to ask him to leave after he insulted me in front of my teenage son multiple times. No one called to follow up with us and I have a strong feeling had my husband been here things would have gone drastically different despite the apparent history with our home.

Caleb Otto installed my new HVAC system for Jones Home Services. I was told a technician would arrive by 9am and Caleb was about 10 minutes early. Caleb was very professional and did an excellent job installing the new equipment. The appearance of the installation was very neat and he cleaned up afterwards so the closet was cleaner than it was when he arrived. He explained the operation of the new thermostat, how to install the filter and the overall operation of the equipment. I was very pleased with the overall experience and would highly recommend Jones Home Services and Caleb as a technician.

In regards to Jones Home Services: I highly recommend using them for Heating/Air....Plumbing...Water Heater Services...or anything else they offer! My A/C went out the Friday right before the 4th of July...I called on Saturday to get it fixed. The owner Seth immediately called me back and actually came out to fix my A/C. He did great work and charged a very reasonable rate esp. for the holiday weekend. He is very personable and showed me the problem and explained exactly what he did.....I also signed on for a maintenance agreement for twice a year to have them service my Heating/A/C on a regular basis....Adam Roberts is the guy who came out to do that service...Again...very personable and prompt and did a great job on my A/C unit! I couldnt be happier with this small business owner and I do like to support small business whenever I can! Sincerely.....Tina

Nick, Chad and Adam from Jones Home Services did a wonderful job on my bedroom remodel! They were wonderful to work with, always on time and cleaned up everyday.

Out of all the contractors I have had at my house recently Jones Home Services are the only ones that treated my house better than they would their own. They installed an HVAC system and ductwork. The installation was done to perfection. I can’t remember the young man’s name (BCSD) or his coworker’s but they made sure I had all of my questions answered and new exactly how everything worked before they left. Excellent job guys! I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

We had a Carrier Greenspeed Heat Pump installed by Michael and I couldnt be happier! What seemed to me to be a difficult set up was made effortless. He set up our Comfort Profile and schedule to fit our needs and it is virtually silent and we dont feel any temperature changes at all. Very happy with the overall experience of Jones Home Svcs!!!
