I contacted McBride, originally, due to 24-hour service hours and on-line review ratings. My first point of contact was the owner Jerry McBride. Very nice guy and had good customer service skills. He set me with a technician named Melinda who contacted me about my issue and set a time to come to my house. She was got here when she said she would. She spent time troubleshooting the issue and then promptly fixed the problem. She was great! Very friendly, nice, funny, and willing to do whatever it took to find and fix the issues. My house built in the mid 80’s has always had some odd electrical wiring issues which she soon discovered, but she worked though those and got it done. Their prices were good and for the amount of time it took they were fair. I will absolutely make McBride my go to electrical contract for future needs. Thank you so much!

These guys are amazing. My air was not working properly over the weekend so I called them around 6 a.m. on a Monday morning and they were at my house by 8 a.m. They fixed my ac at a reasonable price. Very reliable and efficient. I couldn’t believe they were able to get there so fast. I will definitely be calling them again.

My elderly mother lost power at her house during a storm and only half came back on (not including the heat, and just a week before Christmas). I had zero electricians in my contacts list and the 3 folks I called before Jerry said it would take at least a week to come take a look. Jerry was different. He was at the house before Noon, he quickly figured out what was going on and put together a plan so I could go back to work. In my mid-20s, Jerry could have easily told me the repair would cost a couple hundred dollars, and Id have no choice but to believe him. Jerry did not do that to me and Im happy to say that my mother didnt spend a single night in the cold and that Ive now got a trusted electrician in my contacts list. Thank you, Jerry!

I called McBride Electric when my old heat pump of 13 years decided to give up the ghost and they responded within a few hours, even though their competitors couldnt get to me for another 3 days. I had removed and replaced a working heat pack unit from my house. I saved it to put in my workshop. When I got ready to have it installed, I pretty much called every one in Lebanon to come install it for me. Only one company came to give me a bid and it was more than buying a new one. All the rest either didnt call back ore just didnt want to do the small job. I finally called Jerry McBride. I didnt know him but he was referred to me by a friend. Jerry came out and gave me a VERY reasonable bid and was ready to start. It was no time before I had heat in the workshop. He even hung the unit on the wall so it didnt take up any floor space in my shop. He did excellent work at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Jerry was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and diligent. Our AC was repaired on the same day we called and he was willing to stay late in order to address all issues concerning both units. His cost and labor were very reasonably priced and I highly recommend you call him for any HVAC needs.

Had the dirty gym sock smell after turning the air on for the first time after winter. McBrides came out and cleaned the coil and checked out the rest of the system. The smell is gone and everyone is happy! Will use again.

The electrician from Mcbride electric performed a great job with the electrical in my sunroom. He ran the wiring for plugs (inside and out), Ceiling fan/wall switch, and hung the ceiling fan and put outside corner light, as well as the hooked up my fridgidaire wall hvac and special plug.
