We are a commercial service that operates out of a rented building. The HVAC in in our lease as our responsibility to secure a Maintenance contract for. When calling to set up a reliable service for Spring/Fall. I was asked whether we owned the building and when I tried to explain that no but it was our responsibility. I was hung up on. No Warning, mid sentence, hung up on. Safe to say I will not be using this service for any of our stores.

I called Lebanon H&A for my annual tune-up. Professional and courteous service. The tech kept me informed throughout the entire service process and was very thorough.

My AC decided to go out on Labor Day weekend. I called the competitor and their number just kept hanging up on me so I called Lebanon heating and air. They came out immediately and temporarily fixed it until I could get a new unit on Tuesday. They were quick to respond and were wonderful to work with I highly recommend them and I will be using them from this day forward.

Just finished fixing my unit 1 am Sunday Morning thought I better post the satisfaction I felt before I get the bill! Had to wait a few hours but he made it where I can cool off and get some zzzzs!

I live in Lebanon, so they didnt travel far...was at my house 10-15 minutes, didnt fix a thing, and STILL charged the full 100.00 service fee!!! Thats alot of money for essentially doing nothing!!!

***BEWARE*** *All should be aware of how this company, specifically the owners and office employee, will treat their customers.*One of the worse customer service you will receive! Called to inquire about what may be wrong with my A/C, not to request a technician or service call, but receptionist sent someone out to my house anyway without telling me there will be a service call charge, in which I found out a month and half later that I had a late notice on this service. I was also charged for services performed on my unit, that I NEVER APPROVED. I was told my unit was still under warranty, but was never told that this labor was not and was billed for it (I never received it, but received a notice). Called to speak with owner, one of the owners answered and was VERY RUDE in every response given. Was also told NOT TO CALL US BACK AGAIN!***Save your time, money and hassle! AVOID Lebanon Heating and Air Conditioning!***
