Best AT&T store in Lawton! Customer service is way better than the other stores and friendlier, if you want help and results make the drive it’s worth it! Santana was very helpful and friendly and so where the rest of the employees, I left very satisfied.

Best plans, best trading value, Outstanding Customer service. Marcus & Kally make customers feel comfortable and at home. Honest, kind and caring taking the time to care for each customer whether it is on the phone or in store. My favorite AT&T store in Lawton! I’ve been to the other two due to not wanting to make the drive out to 82nd however I will from now on. They keep it real and do what they can to eliminate any unwanted surprises. They also know their stuff and don’t just make up something. Great customer service! Went in today to talk about upgrading my old iPhone 7+. And Kally was so interested in what I needed and let me make all the decisions. I wish they did have some of the mag safe stuff but the selection was amazing. And reminded me to get a new charger too.

The workers at this store are amazing. Kally helped me personally the numerous times I have visited the store and she was always so very courteous, patient and helpful with all my questions and concerns.I have upgraded two phones with her in the last two weeks and she has made both transitions very smooth snd awesome. I have asked her tons of questions and she has been able to answer every single one of them.We are very pleased with our choices and the service we received and will definitely visit this location again for anything we need.

Nyesha and Santana were beyond exceptional. They told me about so many deal and incorrect information that was entered on my account. They got me set up to receive the best benefits at the best price and just gave me top of the line customer service. You don’t see that much these days so I’m so thankful I stopped in today. I feel %1000 more comfortable and knowledgeable about my tech needs with AT&T because of them.

Mr. Santana was extremely helpful and worked very hard to help my husband and I sort out the telephone issues that we were experiencing. He took his time and patiently explained everything to us. He is an excellent technician.

The staff who assistant us in getting our new account started and running, went above and beyond for us. Helping us past their work schedule time and informing us on all products and keeping us updated on every step of the way for our new accounts! The team at this location on 82ND street are amazing and ran by an amazing manager who takes pride in the customers and making them feel important which is a huge quality that is missed from other cellular companies! Being with u.s. cellular for 10 years, I was a little nervous about the switch but I’m so glad we finally made the transfer. They have given us and treated us better in the one day being in their store than US cellular has in the 10 years of being their customer.. That says and shows a lot as a company.

Santana did a great job of making the process easy to get a new phone, since I dropped my old phone in water and ruined it. In fact, he helped me save money every month with a better plan, that offered what I already had and more. Very pleased.

Ever since we went with AT&T we’ve hated it. Mainly because of lying sale reps that work in the stores that have literally messed around with our finances. After having several issues with the location on cache road I tried the store off 82nd street. And I’ve been to them 2 times now, and have not walked out of that store even slightly frustrated. They have spent their time trying to help us understand our bill, and just genuinely cared about trying to help in general. To say their staff is friendly is an understatement. Specifically wanting to recognize Diesha, there was another worker I don’t remember her name, I’m pretty sure she was also a manager, she was also African American, but they both were absolutely amazing, and kind. Of the 4 years I’ve been with AT&T, this store is our favorite we’ve been too because of them. AT&T should be proud to have them working on their team.

Store is staffed with a knowledgeable crew. They definitely take their time with making sure you get the best promotion. Store is also very clean and organized! Super easy to find everything I needed with my visit.

Called customer service for an elderly friend, who earlier in the day had my husband take her to AT&T store, but on Sheridan Rd. Was on hold for 20 minutes not once but 2 times. Hung up loaded her up and went to 82nd St Store. Walked in and Santana took care of the issue that Kenesha at Sheridan Rd couldnt take care of or didnt know how to address. Problem was the prepaid phone was not working and the $65 that was put on June 8 on the $2 a day plan Walmart suggested dropped to $27 in 2 weeks. We wanted to know why. Although we cant figure that out, her phone is working and it is all thanks to Santana.

Everyone was very knowledgeable. Respectful all customers that came in while I was there and fastest that I have ever seen. I have been an AT&T customer for over 15 years and they were the best I have had the pleasure to be help by.

BEST ATT EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Ashley B. helped us and did a phenomenal job. Super friendly, knowledgeable, if she didn’t know an answer she found out on the spot for us. Our hometown store dealt us nothing but headaches from August when switching over from Verizon. We will make the 2 hour drive for the SUPERB customer service and friendly atmosphere.

We had a great experience with Diecha! She helped us get started with my pre paid! If you need help she is a good person to go to.

We needed help with transferring contacts and photos from a faulty phone to a new one that AT&T delivered directly to our home. Diecha Turner, the manager, gave us about 90 minutes of help through a very difficult transfer. Her patience, her knowledge and her persistence saved the day! We are forever grateful that she was there to assist us---all with a smile and positive attitude that we would get it done. Thank you Diecha and kudos to you, AT&T, for having such a high-caliber person like her on your team.

Staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me transfer my service to AT&T and create the perfect plan for myself and my family. I was sent here on a recommendation from my sister, and I absolutely recommend this location to anyone. I did experience a bit of a wait on one of my visits here, but it also happened to be an iPhone launch day so I do not hold that against the staff. They greeted me anyway, and told me where I was in line when I entered.

Said they would give us an amount for our phones then they shipped them out only to tell us our new phones that we traded in were only worth 10$. So we did not qualify for the pro which in turn made our bill super highly. We tried to get help to only find out that there is nothing that could be done. Definitely would not go through AT&T with any trades or services. The whole thing is just super shady. Wish I could give. ⭐️ 0 Stars

Juan Contreras spent over an hour working to get my phone transferred from the old and the new. He is truly an asset to AT&T for his diligence and knowledge.
