They are rude and unprofessional and scandalous clerks applied my payment to the wrong phone number and then told me I gave them the wrong phone number and would not change the payment to my number I had to call boost customer care to fix it and they realized that the entire payment that was made wasnt applied to the wrong number either money was missing clerk that took the payment left the store When he realized I had boost care on the phone . and the other clerk was very rude and looked like she was on drugs. Her attitude proved me right ! When she tried to show me a notebook that the other clerk had wrote my number in and also wrote it wrong there too. But she was sure I gave him the wrong number because it was on that paper wrong. I had to explain to her if it had been in my handwriting I would accept I gave him the wrong number but since it was wrote down by the other clerk he wrote it wrong as well as put in computer wrong.
