Had them for over a decade . But since October have had nothing but problems. Theyve been out at least a dozen times and cant find the problem so they decide to blame the wiring in my house. Well I called an electrician out at a cost of 150$ who informed me that nothing is wrong with anything in my house except a switch which was not near modem. They have lied to me on 6 occasions where someone would call me . No phone calls to date. Got Hughes net and surprise I have internet that works just fine.So thanks for nothing. How about you hire more that 2 maintenance people for a town this size.

When the guy came to install my router he was very creepy. He asked if I was living alone and other personal questions I just don’t feel comfortable informing an older man about. He also was touching some of my stuff trying to put it together for me. I didn’t ask for help nor did I need it. He started talking politics and I told him I’m not interested in talking about that and I’d appreciate it if he would just install it. He got REALLY mad and stormed out. The service is also terrible. My devices would be connected to the wifi but nothing would load half the time.

Theres been constant maintenance outages. Which is extremely frustrating for those who have to work from home and need internet. Eventually this is going to cause ppl to loose there jobs. Definitely looking at switching to a new provider.

I moved into an apartment in OK after moving from SC, and had to get these guys.Theyve had to send multiple technicians to my home, put my router on a watch list for drops, change my servers that my internet was based on and I still cant get stable, good internet connection.I work from home, and since I do so, I got their highest package. That is nearly 100 dollars a month for my internet to work sometimes. The customer service is probably to worst Ive ever experienced, and thats saying something, since Total Wireless exists.Theyve come into my house, worked around wires outside of the apartment, but, I still barely get anything to work while trying to do basic things on my computer.Even if the service was good, I would not recommend something as trash as this.If you can, AVOID this provider. As soon as we move out of this apartment, Im going to make sure I get as far away from this company as physically possible.

Since is the only internet provider we dont have a choice but to hope,even the customer support person that i called to complain was having issues with her internet, everything was fine until i missed a late payment then problems started with really bad pocket loss and ping now i cant even do anything for more than 10 minutes without getting disconnected. they do answer the phone and send technicians to your house so thats a plus.

The absolute worst internet Ive ever had. We have the highest offered thats not the business one and we cant even watch Netflix or hulu without constant loading screens. We have haf them come out and check and the tech said he fixed connections or changed something and then the issue just continues. I cant wait for a different option.

I’ve had their service for almost 2 years now. It’s almost never down, and when it does go down they notify you, and it’s back up within an hour. The staff is always courteous. They’re professionals! And every time you have an issue and call them, their friendly, they teach you, they fix the problem! 10/10 would recommend!

I have NEVER been late on a payment. Today, we woke tø find our internet was not working. Im used to this, usually theyre doing maintenance or some nimrod hit a transformer and ruins it for everyone. But its been 6 hours, so we finally call in. We were told that we were disconnected for non payment. My husband told them we just paid our bill 2 weeks ago & the next isnt due till the 28th. We were informed that SOMEHOW a mysterious ADDITIONAL $51 was added onto our LAST MONTHs bill. We decide to go ahead, & keep records & just pay the money & dispute later. She then informs us, this company has stopped taking payments except on certain days - so, even if we pay the $51 balance TODAY in cash cause last I checked it was still accepted in America & I thought they got paid to work the whole week (today is a Monday & its 2 p.m.), she says the earliest we can get it turned back on is WEDNESDAY. & No, we will also not be given any type of compensation for the inconvenience either. This is ridiculous. Sorry, but were going somewhere else 🙄

Just called today to pay my bill (11/30/2020) and it turns out my two year promotion is up and my bill went up 10 bucks because of that, so now I’m paying $79.99 instead of $69.99 like I was paying....! you would think places like this would maybe give a little bit of a discount for being a good/loyal customer or at the very least keep the customer at that same dollar amount. That just doesn’t sit right with me!!! So now I’m thinking next month, I’ll look into something else...!!!

Raised their rates in both March AND April and the quality of the service has gone straight down the tubes . NON connecting channels for HOURS . NO legitimate way to contact them without getting the run around AND stall tactics . Like the THOUSANDS of ex-customers I TOO AM looking for a BETTER provider and WILL be making the switch .

I was not expecting much when I signed up but I have been very pleased. Customer service is first class and the internet speed is usually faster than advertised. Sometimes it gets slow but for the price i really dont care. Also the installer was friendly and did a good job. I dont know what people complain so much about. I am very satisfied.

I know multiple people that use this internet service and none have had any success. Connection constantly drops throughout the day. Sadly, only internet provider in our area. If you can utilize a different company - I highly recommend finding something better!

Fidelity has very friendly, knowledgeable employees (and they also can take a joke!), very personable.We appreciate the young man that came out in this heat and take the time to make sure everything worked flawlessly.We appreciated the other employees that assisted us in the process of connection, for their being able to handle talking to three out of four of our family at one time all of us telling some kind of joke! (Thank you for your tolerance!)We were even able to get setup way earlier than expected!I can honestly say (as I do with everything), my only complaint thus far, cost!Kudos to your employees FIDELITY!

After having our wifi modem for about nearly a month, we had it randomly disconnect all of our devices and not accepting the correct password. However with calling support Angelo was beyond helpful, he quickly explained what the issue was and how to fix it, while doing so he managed to optimize all of our modem settings for us so the next time it would happen we could easily just unplug the modem and not have to call in. He also graciously explained how to reset our wifi password/ username on our own since our set up technician did not explain to us how, he explained that there was an app that has a bit of issues that they are remotely and actively attempting to fix. He did however explain two different ways to login and change our wifi name and password. He also went as far as to explain how to set my computer up to using our 5g network without having to constantly change it, he explained everything step by step and patiently waiting for me and my computer to catch up. He was beyond exceptional and amazingly helpful. I truly hope that all associates can only act and treat customers new and active as well as he did. Again thank you so much Mr. Angelo for all of your help during this Horrendous pandemic.

Called to have service transferred, I was told that due to COVID no techs were allowed to come out to the house to install what was needed in order for me to transfer my service, I called another provider who didnt do our area to ask them the same and they said they went out to help a FIDELITY TECH INSTALL SERVICE THE SAME NIGHT I CALLED! So why was I told i wouldnt be able to get service until after COVID was done with? Luckily another provider told me to call back, and luckily the next consultant said that it wouldnt be an issue to have it installed and to have a tech come out. What in the world Fidelity, I almost changed service because of that, thank you lady who knew what she was talking about.

Constant service drops and the internet running between 0.5 to 10 mbps download and upload being below .07. They’ll say just reset the router but in the end this is the only service. If any other high speed provider was available I’d suggest using them.

We pay 75 dollars a month for internet and it only works part of the time and everytime I call it takes 30 minutes for them to answer and tell me everything is working on there end it must be my fault. Then after 3 or 4 calls they send someone over find an issue and try to apologise like they didnt just blame me for there issues. If there was any other options in my area I would switch in a heart beat.

Review for internet service only.Used to have problems for YEARS with unexpected dropouts and disconnects, but since they actually fixed the problem in late 2018 with the main line(s) in my neighborhood I havent experienced any dropouts (except during long duration power outages, but that is expected). One of their techs in their N.O.C. was able to determine the problem and has been smooth since. Now I dont look like a complete amateur when Twitch streaming or just gaming in general. Still would love a faster upload though. 😀Pros:- NO DATA CAPS! 👍 😁 unlike some phone company that uses DSL- Fast speeds- Good quality of service - great for gaming or live streaming- Speeds received are usually fast, 70%+ of rated tier most any time, I usually get avg 840/16Mbps down/up- Increases speeds regularly (and they did in March 2017 (50 to 125 Mb), February 2018 (125 to 250Mb) and May 2019 (250 to 1Gbit))- Customer service and service calls are mostly good- Can get decent deals even if they are only short term- Lowered prices TWICE, but had to call to get new priceCons:- Feels a bit expensive- Slow upload speed in relation to rated download speed- Only true broadband provider in LawtonMerger with CableOne pending.#RejectCableOne #SayNoToCableOne #NoTelecomMergers

When you call the local number, youre connected to a call center. The people at the call center are super nice and will help you with anything and they dont try to rush you. You can tell they care about their jobs and the customers. Its nice to also talk to a person that speaks english, too. Fidelity has good rates and you can choose any combination of packages you need for your home. They are also quick to get to you, when youre having issues.

I cant believe I dont have an option to get a cable box! Im forced to use a firestick, apple tv, or an android device! To make matters worse, these devices uses so much internet resources that it slows down the whole network! What can I do to get a cable box and use my internet resources differently. The gentleman I spoke to at Fidelity said We can get a cable box into your house Only to find out 2 weeks later (as Im waiting for a call from the local office) they do not provide such a product! I should not be forced to pay for these devices then have a lot of buffering while trying to watch Live TV. To enhance the pain, When I turn the TV on and select the Fidelity App. It is SLOWER than molasses in the winter and thats with 1 GIG speed!!!!! Oh and when I was informed of my appointment time, I had this great appointment window of 1-4 PM. I gave up half my workday to have trash delivered as a service. I bet if healthcare did the same then we would all have a great medical system. Imagine the doctor saying here is your appointment time its going to be 8-12 or 1-4.... But well call you when we are on the way I pay so much to have you these people make me use my money for their benefits!RANT COMPLETE

Connection is extremely unreliable, always dropping out. Fidelity used to send a technician to fix the damaged lines causing this issue. But now they refuse to even send any support out to investigate the issue and instead say it is a fault on your end.

These guys really impress me!They can bring speeds around very quick!And by that I mean it impresses me how inconsistent speeds are and how I can be at 100 mbps of download and drop down to less than 1. Its like being OJ Simpsons wife but you cant leave him because he provides you with things you need and you cant go without them, especially during a global pandemic. Its like being force fed horse manure until you vomit, its absolutely vile and revolting but hey, we all need to eat, right?Getting this provider is like a game of Russian roulette, but theres 5 bullets instead of one inside the revolver, and if the gun jams the bullet goes of 2 seconds after.Yeah I probably wouldnt recommend it, but atleast I can call from the providers to get told its on my end, right?Right?

Called for service help, my upstairs TV decided to quit working the other day, so I switched out other cable boxes from the other upstairs bedrooms to quickly fix the problem. Came in because I was needing to switch internet providers because I guess AT&T only offers 768kb/s at my current location. Fidelity was able to get me 50Mb/s and have installation the next day with no issues. Beyond pleased with the customer service i received and how prompt they were initiated service even with me being frustrated with AT&Ts service! Thank you.

Internet speeds are like dial-up. Constantly dropping. They replaced equipment and still drops. Its like every 3-4 minutes for hours. I shut down and reboot everything. Doesnt help. Called on a Wednesday and they couldnt get any one out until a Saturday. I swear the tech just hung the card on the door and left. I was home ALL day. Said 11:45 -my parents were even here. ( they scheduled us 1-5) No one rang the doorbell, & if they knocked it wasnt like any normal human being because we never heard anyone. Note on card said theyd return. Never did. We had door wide open. They had the nerve to document they came back at 3. Bull!! One of their techs even wanted to try to charge us $80 in the past -when its their service thats crappy! Update. They dont even deserve 1 star. I called today. Customer service said theyd check into it & call me back. She never did!! Hour & 20 min later I had to call. They cant even get anyone out again until tomorrow. I think we just need to cancel & quit wasting money on their service.

Weve had this service for 5 years because when we moved to the area we were told there was no other service for internet in the area. It has been nothing but trouble. Service drops frequently. The last time I called for service, the man insisted it was something we were doing rather than trying to schedule a support tech to come out. The poor service is not always the case, but I definitely was not satisfied with the response I received from my last call.Ill be looking for other service providers in the area since I recently found out that AT&T provodes service to this area as well.

I have been VERY impressed with this service! The technicians are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We had a few outages, but 99% of service was uninterrupted and we have a Roku TV and stream everything. I have been getting Internet access from them for almost 8 years now. While I dont really appreciate the additional fees, I have only had an outage 3 maybe 4 times. Every time it happened I was given polite and helpful service. I run several computers and even some servers so I use quite a bit of bandwidth and rarely have issues. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT, use these services in any way shape or fashion! First I can never get a continuous signal on my cable. Perfect example, I’m watching the bedlam game right now. It’s gone in and out at least 20 times! Ridiculous! Secondly, I’ve never, not once, got the internet speed I’m paying for. The most I’ve ever got is half of the 75 mbs that I’m paying for. These services cost me $200 per month. That’s $2400 a year! Do yourself a favor and get a different internet service and get yourself a fire stick. The service is trash and the support is trash!

The internet, when it is available is fast. However, it goes out daily. Customer service is willing to send people to the area to fix it but the fixes do no last. My log shows 35 outages in the last 17 days; some lasting more than a few hours. This is just a small but normal example. I would be more than happy to switch providers and pay more if there were other options available.

Then you call the 800 number and they just leave you on hold forever instead of saying they are closed. I would suggest that anyone in town go with att or anyone else. Same with the outages. Called three different times to figure out why my router does not stay online. Nobody has a real answer. $70 for 30 MB that doesnt really exist if the router cant stay connected. Upload speeds go to almost nothing, its kind of ridiculous.

Service is the worst. I recently paid my bill which is suppose to be 78 and it was 98. I looked up my bill 2 and a half weeks later and it shows I owe over 200 due to not paying my last bill. I reset my modem at least 3 times a day and they say they will give us a discount on our bill and never do. Just as they say they will check out the problem and get back with me but never do. 8 months later still have the same old problems. I pay for 75 and only get 58 on a good day. I have searched reviews for all service providers in Lawton and not one provides good service. If you go into the office and be nice you may be able to get more done than by calling. That is my best advice on a horrible situation.

Had to change bundles to save some money, called and explained this to the customer service lady. She talked me into a lower cost package but told me that since I had just paid my bill, the pro rated amount wont reflect until Januarys bill. I just got Januarys bill and it is more than it should be by $50. I called customer service and they said that it was because I broke the bundle package before it was up and I still had to pay for the balance of that package . What the hell? Of course, there isnt a supervisor to speak with.

Fidelity is only receiving 2 stars because their customer service has always been friendly. Ive had them for roughly 8 months and for the last 1-2 months Ive had to call at least once a week for an area outage, sometimes up to 6 times in a week. If I had another option for internet, I would have already switched.. aside from that the speeds are good when the service is working.

Paid for 100 Mb service, only received ~35 Mb, called to troubleshoot, they acknowledged issue with my router. We scheduled an appointment, they did not show, instead they randomly showed up three weeks later to try and fix. Then they called knowing there is an issue, and offered 250 Mb speeds. I do not trust this company to offer what they say. I tried to use DOCSIS 3.0 modem instead of their hardware and they would not hook up. Frequent outages within my area for the past 2 years that I have had to use this company. I do not recommend this company.

We mailed the check 31 January 2019. Fidelity Communicstion disconnected my internet service till 8 January 2020. Fidelity is not caring client. What a Happy New Year!

Company is growing too fast and this is evident in how unorganized they are and uneducated their technicians are. They have very poor customer service and don’t have the recourses to keep customers happy. I have been a customer since this was cablevision and it is obvious they are only focused on expanding not getting what they already have right.

I get different prices from different customer service employees and unless I have voice recorded proof, yes, its legal and I recommend it, they rarely own up to promises of previous deals, and may raise the price after one month of committing to a plan of a year. I wish there were more competition in our area. Must view, 13 channels, cable and 50 mg, lowest speed, internet should not cost the same as an electric bill. But the alternative is satellite and getting locked into man ever increasing cost for the same package, is equal to, or more than an electric bill.

Two stars because it is slightly better than satellite in bad weather. Like most companies they lure you in with a deal, problem is they dont care about their existing customers. They have no retention incentives to keep the customer base they have. The only incentive is that living in a rural area it is the only cable available. We have had them for almost 6 years and are about to cut ties. Prices are ridiculous, their packages are not enticing. I am waiting on a call back now. Last time it took three days. I know I was told one thing and now am getting the run around. they are saying the recorded call did not indicate the pricing they gave me. I know there was a call after that. It has been such a ordeal I am beyond frustrated. I have had cable from the East coast to the West and never have I been this frustrated with a company.
