Lady was rude and didnt want to reprocess my payment. She only wanted to apply my discount to the remaining balance. She was to busy to handle my order. They also didnt put the screen on my sons phone correctly.

Please read before taking something here. I had used this company a few years ago and had excellent service, thus why I went back on 12/2/2020 to have the screen fixed on my iPad. I was told on 12/2/2020 that it would be ready anytime after 1pm that day. I went in at 3pm and they said it was not ready to come back the following day. I was unable to go the next day but called on 12/4/2020 and was told that it was not ready again and that I could pick it up on 12/5/2020. Again, I was unable to go on Saturday 12/5 so I went on Monday 12/7/2020 only to find out that they never had the parts like they said they did back on 12/2. I was told then that there was a button issue however the button worked fine on 12/2/2020 as I showed the guy. On 12/9/2020 I went for my iPad and again its not ready. I asked for a refund and my product back that has now been torn apart more(even though they didnt have the parts)Sadly, this is not the product service or customer service this place once was. I had read a similar review that mentioned things like my experience but I wanted to give them a chance being that sometimes things go wrong. Be very cautious if you decide to use this place. They really need to be more upfront and communicate. Not once did anyone ever call me.

I took in my Asus Transformer Pad to be brought up to date, since I havent used in a while. This was in very good condition with no chips or scratches on the screen. I picked it up today, took it home and it works good. But they failed to mention they put a chip on the screen in the bottom left hand corner. Noticed it when I detached it from the keyboard. Very disappointed!

When called the lady that answer was very helpful and they are cheaper then what samsung was going to charge me to fix my phone. So 5 stars

I took in two iPads in last week, both of which had cracked screens that needed replacing. One of the iPad was in pretty poor shape. I honestly didnt know if it could be repaired. (I wish I would have taken pictures.)I was quoted between $150-$200 each for both iPads. Both iPad were repaired within 4 business days, and each them cost $150. I spoke with the owner when I went to pick them up; he explained the repairs he made, and told me to call if I had any issues.The business was clean; the staff were very polite and informative, and they are reasonably priced. I will most certainly be a returning customer, and I would highly recommend this business. Jimmy and his staff are excellent.

I took my phone in to have my screen replaced and a screen protector put on it. They did fine replacing the screen....but the screen protector was an absolute joke. They literally took glue and glued the corners which left white smudges, and if that wasnt bad enough, the rest of the protector was not even stiuck to my screen at all. It was only sticking on the two corners they glued. I took my phone back the next day and showed them the screen protector eas not even attached and they did nothing . Needless to say within a few days it came completely off and now i have another broke screen. Will never do business with this place again.

Screen was repaired then a couple weeks later phone blacks out. The phone been in case since repaired black out while on charger called them to see what steps I need to take to fix their error and the guy hung up in my face called back was told not going to repair and I need to buy a new screen. Don’t get your screen repaired by them second phone same screen problems phone blacks out and the screen will not turn on but phone will ring in which becomes their repair problem

I called last night with very specific questions concerning a repair to my model of phone and was given a price. I show up today for the repair and the price suddenly nearly tripled, from $99 to $270! Ive had car salesmen try this trick on me, but I never expected it from a simple cell phone repair business.Needless to say, I left without the repair and went to an honestly run business to have the work performed.

I was having trouble with my phone holding a charge. Just by telling my issue to the shop they were able to diagnose the issue quick. My part took a few days to come in and when it did they did a great job at replacing my battery. This phone is the HTC 10 and it is very difficult to replace the battery. Im very happy with the results. I recommend this shop for all your repair needs.

Great service and prices

I went in on a Monday for a cracked screen and broke camera lens cover Jimmy was very helpful told me parts would be in by the end of the week and take about an hour or two to fix. I took the phone in on Friday and it wasnt Jimmy working the guy told me it would be about an hour before he could get to it. It took all day I finally got my phone back at 4 and he didnt clean the camera lens before putting the wrong cover on it and my phone was stuck in safe mode and he couldnt get it out. After waiting for 30 min while he tried to unlock the safe mode I finally got mad and took my phone and left it took me about 2 minutes and you tube to unlock it. I now have a phone with an awesome camera that I cant use because its dirty on the inside. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because Jimmy was very helpful but the other guy sucked.

Cellular and Gadget Repair a great service to the area. 24 hours from cracking my screen on a Droid 4 till it was working like new. all for the piece of filing a claim on my insurance to have my replacement to be back ordered with no ETA. Jimmy is very knowledgeable and courteous.

So okay hands down the best place to go fix your phone so before there is no hope Jimmy and Keith are hands down the best people to help you they take pride in their store no one is perfect but they make sure as long as you keep in touch with them they will help you to the fullest and I say thank you for fixing my phone 📱😍

Scam. TWICE i went there once with a S3, and once with a S5 droid. charging port issues. they told me they cant fix it unless they can break the screen which will be a extra 100$. Even though opening the phone you could see a screw that would give you access. took it a mile down the road to affordable cell repair they just said charging port issue? sure thing we can fix that 40$

Do not go to this place!!! I tried to save time by not going though my insurance and just pay the extra $75 to have my phone fixed in a couple of days.They called me to tell me the phone was ready to pick up. When I got there it wasnt even charged enough to see if it was fixed. Had to give them time to charge it. Came back and it was still broke! He said he had to order another part.They called, went to pick it up, NOT CHARGED AGAIN!had the phone for a few days and the screen went black! Took it back and they said they had to order another part. This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

Took my Samsung Mega into them as well as my ipad. They had my ipad fixed in 1 day cost me $30. Than they had my charging port fixed in a week which they told ivercthe phone it would take this long which was fine because I could not use my phone anyways and I love this home. It cost $55 which us what I was told. The only problem was my speaker didnt work but I called and they told me to bring it back. I would go back there.

Never EVERRRRRRRRRRRRR go here. i took my note 3 here to get the screen fixed. the original price for that was like 175. so he offered a used screen for 100 dollars instead but never showed which one he would use. i came back and i find out the button is a completely different color than the rest of the phone and the screen has a crack in it.. i wanted a refund but he refused. i was highly dissatisfied and he did not care at all. so like i said neverrrrrrrr go here for service

I had a phone that had water damage, after searching online I found Cellular Gadget & Repair and decided to take it in and see if the phone could be fixed. Called to see what the store hours were and got a recording with the store hours as they were currently closed which is all that I needed. Within about 45 minutes the other phone rings and its Jimmy just returning the missed call he had recieved and wanting to see if he could help (I was very impressed..no other store I know of would have called to see what the missed call was about)!Took the broke phone in and let Jimmy know it was the water damaged one and he told me itd be $30 for the water repair treatment if that was all that was wrong with it and from the sounds of it it was possible it was. He also said that if it didnt repair the phone it would only be $15 which would cover his time for trying. I agreed and left it with the understanding that it might take a few hours.45 minutes later Jimmy called to let me know the phone was now working!!He was very polite and explained all questions I had, even let me know that usually it costs about $45 dollars for him to check out a broke psp (Was asking as my sister has a broke one but I couldnt remember exactly what was wrong with it).Id suggest anyone with a broke phone or other gadget/computer to take it to Jimmy first to see if he can fix it!

The tech replaced my cracked screen but somehow broke my external speaker in the process. Where i had a functional if cracked phone before i paid 110 dollars for a screen replacement and now i have a useless phone. I dont know when someone calls emails or texts unless im looking at my phone. Cant use the alarm or play music. Anything that requires the use of the external speaker is useless.

Ive heard about Cellular Gadget & repair thru a friend that noticed my issues with Iphone 4s, broken glass and power button quit working. Brought it in to the repair shop and expected to leave the phone there for a few days. The Tech asked me to have a seat, in 30 mins my phone was ready and looked every bit new as ever. They fixed my iPhone screen, but they left an air bubble over my front camera so I cant use it. To FaceTime, take pictures or anything. At least when It was cracked, I could still use the camera 😂

Service can be compared to that of and air line service. both are complete garbage.
