Very good experience. Super clean facility. This is the first place I’ve been that offers window cleaners and paper towels by the vacuums. That was alway lacking in my previous visits to these types of car washes. This will now be my go to car wash.

The service and swift time frames for each wash keep me coming back. I also appreciate the workout when I clean the inside of my car. Can we say #freevacuum ....

Be cautious of this company! The drive through car wash tore one of my wind deflectors off and they immediately said they were not responsible. I cancelled my monthly membership but they continued to charge for 6 months and refused to do a refund for me and the upper management did not call me as promised. The only reason I gave 1 Star is because the value is good as long they are Servicing you as a Customer but when they have done wrong and you leave them, they ignore you and keep your money. #DishonestThieves

Good ride through car wash. They recently renovated the wash system and it seems to work really well. Vacuums are strong. They seemed to stop doing the rear brushing of license plates and the recesses the roller brushes the tunnel misses.

Ive had a membership for about 5 years. I value the services this facility offers for easy access to clean your car. I recommend getting a membership here and the staff has always been pleasant and helpful at any location I go to. Keep up the good work.

Did not clean my car like other car washes. The crew that works there have bad attitudes. They do not have the air hoses like at Oasis car wash. No shaded areas. Nothing extra to clean with like towels. Bad experience and I will never go back.

Had a very minor mishap (no damage done), and they apologized immediately and gave me the $25 car wash for free. Very professional. Also, the vacuums all work, and the trash gets emptied, which is rare for car washes, sadly. Recommended.

I normally come to this wash because it’s closest to my house. But I’m not coming back after today. I simply came through the line and begin choosing my wash and a guy comes out to “assist” .. I told him that I got it as I was still choosing my add ons he proceeds to choose my options for me without asking and says “it’s my job.” I understand if a person needs assistance but I’ve been coming here the last 6 months and if I say I got it then back off like everyone else!

Ive visited this location for years, they now have a bunch of locations around around Atlanta metro area so if you travel and need your vehicle cleaned 24/7 (Uber/Lyft) the unlimited wash would pay for itself. It was a bummer to see it closed but the attendant was there to talk me through other locations 10 minutes away, Im really happy to see the updates to the machines too. Im Thankful 😊

Staff are really nice and respectful but the actual car wash needs a lot of maintenance comparing to other Ultra Car Wash locations. The vacuums barely work, they are so slow even if only half of them are on. I can never fully clean my car there always have to continue somewhere else

I only come here to wash my car because it’s easy and convenient for both auto wash and hand vacuuming. I don’t have time to be scanning for new car washes to be at. I feel safe here and will continue to give them my services till I move away or die. $8 is a damn good price and you won’t convince me or my dog otherwise. If you don’t like this place you don’t come here enough

Love this car 🚗 place. However, they need to provide more rags or cleaning device for our vehicle and fix the vacuums that are broken. After all services are not free. Keep the customers happy by upgrade your business..

This is the best car wash in Gwinnett. Fully functional, great employees, and its a clean place. Ive had to go to other washes since the remodel and I cannot say the same about other establishments

I like this one a lot better than the Sugarloaf location, could have something to do with the fact I got rear ended there 😂 But in general I just like it more, its not crazy busy all the time, easy in and out, and the attendants are friendly, very alert and efficient. Yesterday the vacuum I had wasnt very powerful, but for free no complaints. A+

I bought the monthly pass and go here at least 2-3 times a month. Good bargain, though some of the vacuums could use a little more suction power.

My car got damaged and they couldnt cover it because my car was not within the 10 year from current date. I knew my car before I went in the wash. Thats why I checked my car right after and saw it. Sad that I had to pay for a car wash and now plus the damaged it got too. Disappointed

I have a month membership. I like the location because it is convenient for me. They always have clean towels use and bottles for window cleaning. Certain vacuums does not work well enough. Staffs are very helpful.

I went there to cancel my membership in November and the attendant assured me that it was cancelled. Fast forward a few months to today and I noticed I’m still being charged for membership. I feel like I am being stolen from. Employees should be better trained to handle this type of situation, especially when dealing with someone’s money. My review will remain a 1 Star until they have handled my situation properly.

Quick, easy affordableI joined the monthly membership then realized I was not utilizing it. I have been calling since the end of February to cancel and couldnt get anyone. I figured it was due to the pandemic and let it go. April 28 I called and got someone and was assured my membership was cancelled and I would not be charged for May. Of course when May came I was charged. I called customer service and spoke with Brie. Wow! After having me on the phone for 10 minutes with numerous holds, she tells me she cancelled the membership. So, I wanted to confirm I heard her say she cancelled and it was not previously cancelled as I was informed before and boy did she lose it. She wouldnt let me get a word in to ask her my question and kept repeating she didnt know whom I had spoken with before. If she could have stopped talking she would have been able to hear my actual question which was, are you stating prior to me calling the account had not been cancelled? I informed her she needed to take up some CSR courses; I dont argue. Suffice to say I will handling through my bank. The car wash premises are nice but customer services gets a -5 for the handling of accounts and the lack of customer service.

The vacuums don’t have a lot of pressure and they are falling apart. Never have towels compared to the other car washes I’ve been to before. I tried to hold on because it’s close to my home but it’s a waste of money.

It was a quick car wash. I was pleased with how clean my car was. Im definitely going back soon. Its recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a quick wash.

The people working at this location are great. However i was double billed for many months due to their system and refused to pay the full amount ($20/month) back because their system wouldnt go back that far. Basic customer service is repaying money when your business makes a mistake. Double check any payments taken from you from this business!

I like that they offer different levels of membership and you can cancel anytime. Even the $10 unlimited wash and vacuum is nice for people who just need to keep their vehicle looking clean. At my last visit, I purchased the basic wash and added the upgrade to make it a deluxe wash, however, there were still suds on my car when I got done. And the extra money I paid for the deluxe wash didnt seem to make a difference.

It was almost closing time and there were no clean towels left, but he went out of his way to find me a clean one. Then I locked my keys in my car and he was very helpful in getting a family member to come with a key. I appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Superb customer service! The staff is knowledable and diligent with helping. Its a breeze going through and getting a quick wash. There are many car washes I can go to but I choose to drive out of my way to go to this fantastic location. The experience you will get and nice car shine will have you coming back again. You should definitely invest in the $10 a month unlimited car wash program as it is the best bang for your buck.

Worst customer service ever!! one of the stalls do not have a vacuum and asked the manager why theres no SIGN that there is no vacuum in that stalls. I have unloaded all my mats and stuff in my car to vacuum but theres no vacuum there. The reason I was there because the sign said FREE VACUUM!! The staff or the manager did do anything to fix the problem, he just said to move to other stalls in a very arrogant manner! They used to be a very good place to go to but will probably look somewhere else now for my business. Highly disappointed!

Great Car Wash Service, I usually goes their 3 locations near my house in Lawrenceville area. I got $20/Month Shine it Package. They offered me 2nd month free, so end of two month my cost was $10/month. I liked Shine it package because with My Car Shine always but Tyre shinning chemical I have to clean from bottom area of doors. So I change to clean it $10/month. Free Vacuum, a lot of spaces. Car is new always.

Super helpful and nice employees. I just love this car wash. $10 a month is a steal because I’m usually here (Pike Street Location) every weekend.

I want to let you know that today I came frustrated after I wash my car there, and it is not my first time washing my car there. You use to have a person that clean the car in certain places where the machine cant clean.Today the person who was in that position dont do that. Of course the car wasnt cleanLike it use to be. You need to take care about this because the customers dont want to come back again. At least I dont want to wash my car there any more

I have many time and have had a nice encounter. That is until the last time i went, a got home and looked at my car and seen scratches on my passenger door. I later drove by and seen i wasnt the only person with that problem because they had put up a sign informing people that their cars could get scratched.

The car wash was terrible I had to go in three times and the car was still dirty I have a Cherokee. I dont care what type of wash it is. I shouldnt have to go through more than once. Then you have to vacuum your own car. The vacuums have low pressure Im done

This is the only car wash I go to. Employees help you find your needs for your car especially when you know nothing like me in the past. The vaccum section is awesome and plus with any car wash you get a free vacuum session, can be as long as you want as long as its not too crowded. Only issue I can think of is the floor mat vacuum has never worked which it needs to be fixed asap.

Usually they take my antenna off they didnt this time and it ripped it off.

I wish I can give 0 (zero) stars. After coming a week ago and finding out that they dont run emission tests on Saturdays, I ran from work today to do it for my both cars. After reaching the Lawrenceville highway location I found out that they have from 10 to 3 pm the emission testing. But wait, I was in luck, it was 5 min to 6 pm and the west pike location was open until 6 pm for testing. When I reached the location, I saw the guy pulling the emission testing cart and I asked him to do the testing, the guy answered:The emission testing ended at six oclock, boss. I looked at the watch 6:06 pm. Really?!? I was considering buying 2 monthly memberships, but right now I am fed up by this washing car place. Awful experience.

I began a monthly membership at this car wash in August after moving to the area. The customer service at the location is excellent HOWEVER i decided to cancel because the wash isnt as good as the car wash I used to go to in Duluth. IVE SENT 4 REQUESTS THAT MY ACCOUNT BE CLOSED BUT THEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD. If you want a great wash drive a few extra miles to Extreme Car Wash in Duluth.

Purchased the unlimited car wash, I would say pretty fair price. You really cant beat $10 a month. Every employee seemed to enjoy their job which is a big plus, as well as assisting you with anything they could help you with.

Ive been coming to this car wash for years,the people are prompt to helping me at the window and always have a great attitude. Fast,local,and great monthly package rates. Id recommend it.

It is a crapshoot on whether or not all of the soap will be washed off of your car and even with several washes a week you dont ever really feel like your car is clean the staff is at best cordial but most often rude and short with all customers. If there seem to be a bit more customer service I would be inclined to tip but not for the service that you receive at this location I would rather pay just a bit more and go to one of the competitors for the Machinery seems to work better and the staff or at least friendly and will respond when spoken to

Im done with this location. What a shame, thats the nearest from my house. Everything was fine to the vacuum part; the hose didnt work, not much of a surprise. I asked the girl nicely please fix it and she was nice also to promise she would come right after. I walked back to my car, and waited. About 5-10 minutes later, no one even cared enough to come, I waved my hand and received a little bit more from the girl. No big deal, they were busy maybe. 5 minutes later, still by myself waiting for someone to come. I decided to walk to the girl and ask her again. This time the girl pointed to a near by guy ask him, okay. And sure enough, that guy told me to wait again, with addition comment you can move to the different hose. Oh well, why didnt tell me from the beginning? Why told me to wait and didnt keep the promise?? I just dont get it.They probably will categorize me as a jerk customer since Im asking for too much. But hey, I have my own principals. I pay the same price as other customers; I dont ask for a free car wash; I dont even demand a spotless car wash and ask for a second run through. And all I ask is a friendly and good service. Keep the promise. First thing first. A quick fix will take only a minute at most, Ive seen it before.Couple bucks less from me is not going to hurt this business, but I rather do business somewhere else.Im a manager of a small business also, and during rush time, do what you can, but keep your promise. Your words dont come easy. Dont just say something to calm the situation then ignore it later.Farewell

I brought my new car here to clean after a few weeks.My hood was scratched really bad. I was given an email to contact someone, which someone responded and told me to bring my car in to get waxed. Wax does not remove scratches. My hood is still damaged. Poor customer service
