Sat in the car waiting for service for almost 10 minutes. Wasn’t super busy but seemed under staffed. One employee noticed us sitting there but continued what he was doing. Ended up just leaving. My husband was not happy with the level of customer service.

Overall a decent experience. Throughout the time I was there I felt more like an inconvenience than a valued customer. They werent rude necessarily, but moreso almost indifferent and emotionless. I paid for the full service including a tip and, while they did a fairly decent job on the car, I didnt smell any new scent inside and there was still dirt and unvacuumed parts like the trunk and seats. Also, I was very concerned that the gentlemen working were not wearing masks at all.When I was leaving the employee who came and got me seemed half-asleep and careless, mumbling something incoherent and indifferent along the lines of Carstheresirifyouneedanythingletmeknow...etc exactly that fast and quiet and like he read it off a index card. It was a bleak experience and Ill probably look for another place in the future.

So I went to pay for $19.99 car wash plus new car smelled. This is there work horrible!!! Wish I can post my video of this

I got the best wash I ever gotten done in my car at this place. Ty the manager there took the extra time to detail clean my car including my wheel wells, and any other areas that needed a wipe down. He was amazing! He even explained to me all the details of buying the monthly unlimited package which is a great deal especially if you have a guy like Ty working on your car! Great job Autobell! More than anything excellent service by Ty!! Definitely will be buying the monthly package and coming to this location often.

This car wash and the entire staff are polite, quick, and thorough. Ive gone to several other car washes that make me say for the money Ill do it myself. Not here the prices are reasonable and everytime I get my car back Im always impressed! Worth getting the yearly subscription. Easily pays for itself every month. Price is moderate, but compared to the competition in the are you can get better job done for less, although staff is friendly there is a lack of attention to detail.

I would give them five stars if they would keep the tip cards on hand. It seems like everytime Im there they are always out and i never have cash so i feel bad that i cant leave a tip. Anyway, always great service and Theo did an awesome job with my car!!

After 720 miles trip came to auto bell for car washing. There were many bugs, and flies on the front grill. Took 10$ wash which includes surprisingly many items beyond just exterior wash like polish, autogloss and more. However in fact almost all bugs remained on the grill and bumper. There was no pressure washing at the start as usually done in other car washes, and mostly surprised me that they dont have free vacuums, at all. So in fact the wash cannot be completed unless you pay 2-3 times more to buy hand wash. Not gonna come there again.

I dont have much to say, but i was having a bad day and i was met at the door by a young man named, oh what was it? oh yeah! Ahmad. he welcomed me in with open arms and made me feel right at home, i will DEFINETLY be coming back for more service as long as that young man is working☺️

Great job at a fair price

I was super pleased with my carwash on Tuesday (1/8)! It was my birthday and I had a super messy/dirty car so I wanted to get it looking all sparkly and shiny. I normally go to the location in Snellville, but in my past few visits they havent been the best. I dont get my car washed very often so when I do I always get the all inclusive package. The guys at West Pike Streets Autobell did AMAZING and I will definitely be back to this location. Thanks for your great work and attention to detail! :)

Decent car wash, friendly staff. $4.00 wash is a good value. Need to do a better job vacuuming interior. Services like air freshener and tire shine should be included with each package.

Just signed up for the unlimited wash 44.95 which is supposed to include interior window cleaning, normally I’m very happy with my service but today not so much. They didn’t clean my front window and I have the same stains that were there before. Also they didn’t even vacuum inside my doors. I have the same crumbs that were there before!! What’s the point of paying almost 50$ for a wash and lame vacuum? I can pay 9.99 and do this myself. Thinking of canceling.

I went in a few days ago and had to leave in a rush after the work was done and didnt get a chance to inspect the car. When I got home and checked the car the carpet still has dirt under it and the rear cupholders had good particle from my kids eating in the car. Not impressed with this location.

Purchased the manager special cleaning which is interior and exterior. I had to ask the cleaner twice to reclean my windows and they still are spots on my windows. I also notice other areas that were untouched as well. Friendly staff but BAD service. Never will return.

This place is so pitiful and ridiculous I had things stolen out of my car twice the first time it happened I just brushed it under the mat but this time something that was very important to me was stole out of my car and they are not doing nothing about it and I know for sure it was someone stole out of my car because I have to witness that remember seeing my.item before I went to get clean after I got my car back my.item was gone and now they say they.dont.have they didnt try to run cameras back or nothing this is ridiculous and I dont appreciate it at all

Employees of auto bell locked my key in the car. The employee that locked the key in the car told me it was not an issue because they were going to open the door. After I was approached by the manager Jackson Cintil, and he accused me of locking the key into the car from the lobby. He also asked if I had a key fob on me as if I locked the door on purpose. I really do not appreciate the way his approach was to me as I am a paying customer. Jackson you need to do better and stop profiling black customers when they come into auto bellOne week later, Beau Watson the district manager reached out to me and squared the situation away. Gave me some coupons with a sincere apology!Thanks Beau I will definitely be coming back to autobell

I recently came and a boy named Ahmad did a exceptional job of cleaning and making sure my car was cleaned how I wanted will be coming back to this one for sure!!

The only reason Im giving 2 stars instead of one is that the staff is friendly. This is the worst location of the autobell chains. The machine stopped while I was inside the wash. All of the other locations do a quick wipedown at the end, even on the exterior ride through. Im literally looking at the guy through dirt missed on my window and he tells me Im good to go. I like the chain but I will not be returning to this location. Id advise eveyone else to do the same.

The vaccum job was horrible, they didnt lift my mats, console wipe down was terrible, the only thing that did its job was the tunnel machine.... need employees who actually wanna work . My Lady could of did 20x better. Rather drive 30 mins to Cactus Carwash in Milton.

Wish no star was an option. This place is horrible. They locked a mans keys in the car, sent it through the auto wash and then they could not wash any more cars because the car was stuck in the auto wash.

Highly overpriced for the quality of the wash and finishing by staff. For a $22 wash, I expect better and not to need to point out the bird poop left on my side window, stuff in the door seal, or huge streaks and towel fuzz on the interior windshield. I watched as the same towel was used to wipe off tire rims and body panels, then used on Windows. Not cool. Get a $4 ride thru rinse and dont expect much more interior.

Came by Omar, Ladon did a great job on my car I came right before they closed. Gerrad told me to get the best service which was 2$25.99. I was pleased. Will come back, drove 15 mins to come here.

Average experience. I was surprised that a full service did not include the trunk. I had to ask the attendant to vacuum the leaves that were in the crevices where the trunk closes...also, there still were mud prints left on my roof as well. I tipped and left bc I was in the way of another car in line...
