If you don’t like your job don’t work there I always tip very well and usually there’s a lot not clean when There finished so I go over and tell them and help. I understand they may not get paid very well but you should do your best at any job you do no matter what. I showed one of the girls that there was still a lot on my car and she tells me oh well wow really.Just lost a customer who comes on a regular basis

Great Location. Easy to get in and out of. There wash is clean and maintained and the vacuum area is also always nice and clean and all accessories working.

I dont know why I keep going back to this place, but this will be the last time. They are not thorough and if u are not paying attention to the cleaning after the drive thru wash, ur car may not be cleaned throughly. After a cash was yesterday the same stain was on my dash and the side door. Their customer service is just not up to par

I consider myself a fairly good tipper the carwash was around $27.00 for the inside and out I gave the attendant a $10 tip had show the windshield wasnt clean nor was the dashboard. Even after that grabbed a ragand wiped down some other things. Theyre trying to do as many cars as possible as quickly as possible and thats resulting poor quality results for me anyway.

Their staff is filled with teens just trying to make it by... I decided to come here because its so close to my home and seems rather busy. I came in August and again in Feb; why is my car still dirty after waiting nearly 3 hours for detailing and carpet cleaning. Got the diamond package with carpet cleaning and I must say I was highly disappointed- back to the pleasant hill detail shop I go. I tried:(

Ive been here in the past and the service was OK. Went there this past Friday and they didnt even to bother to vacuum under the drivers seat or clean the rims thoroughly. Not impressed.

They did not take the car clean in order- 3 cars came after me was done and get out before me because they skip my car - I told the lady as fontdesk and she said because of the line is slow - so if that line is slow and i just have to stuck with the cleaners all day then they can’t do nothing about it. I have to wait for 1 hour 30 for my carAfter all it still dirty on the floor and the rims messy

They did a really good job on my car this time last time I had a few issues but they did a good job this time theyre little short-staffed which is understandable I dont have an issue with that it makes it harder for the company but they did a good job thank you

The women clean the passenger side very well, no pictures of passenger side included. However, the man did not clean it well at all, as you can see in the pictures after the clean below. The driver side was left with dust. I should have check before I left.

Pulled in for a wash and guy said there was a wait but there was no line that I could see and could not give me a estimate. I then said is there something wrong with the wash and he said no and that they close soon. He didnt expect me to say Ill wait then he was completely unprofessional. If it says open until 6pm and Im here at 5:40 and youre turning away service thats ridiculous. Its not like its a hand wash service yall press a button.

This is my go to place when I need my car cleaned they always do a great job and of course Im left satisfied. My issue today is that one of the young ladies were somewhat rude when answering my questions over the phone. Please have some phone etiquette its apart of the job.

I am a recent customer, and usually get an oil change and car wash from this business. I have always been satisfied with their work. Monday I decided to get a full detailing on my vehicle. I must say Felipe and his team were AMAZING. From their friendly customer service, to explaining everything that was going to be done in detail to my car, down to the detailing itself. My car looks GREAT, smells great and I couldnt be any happier. Professionalism at its best, You get what you pay for, and I will always make sure to bring my car for the oil change along with car wash, and any detailing, ETC.Thank You Felipe and team.

Horrible car washing, my car came out with a lot of scratches in the paint, several dirty water stains, I have doubts if the vacuum was done inside. it is the third time that I take my car to wash in this place and always very badly done. enough.

I got a hand wash and it was decent. For $40, I should have just done it myself lol.

They did a horrible job cleaning my van and I paid twice as much as the usual place I go to. The inside was still really dirty, especially the cup holders. When I tried to point it out to one of the cleaners, he just said he cleaned it and walked away.

I was in the area and needed my car cleaned and vacuumed. Pretty nice place to sit and wait while they clean your car. The manager David Bradley made sure my black on black was spotless.

I love to come to this car wash and it is the best car wash in town. This was my first time to come to this place and it was excellent service, great people with reasonable price. The owner and management team are very professional and take care of the customer. It was my first time and they did great job on my car and I will definitely come back!

$60 just to wash my van (hand wash) and Manager couldn’t understand that I was going to sit in my van and eat while they washed the outside. Other places charge around $40 or less and there’s no misunderstanding.

I have been here a few times, usually when I need my car washed quick and I do not have time, or it is too cold. On a few occasions when the line is somewhat long, someone will come out and yell that the wait is an hour and a half. One time, I stayed and it still only took 15 to 20 minutes. It feels like when they get a little busy they would rather turn people away instead of working harder to get the customers in. The drive up line has two sides, and even if you were there before someone who goes into the other side, they will get to that person first. I have seen this every time I have been there and was even told I had to wait when clearly I was in line first. The biggest problem I see is that it looks like the employees are poorly trained, and always on their cell phones. The wash itself is only okay. I own a very new black vehicle and when I get it washed, I have to take it home and touch it up, examples...wipe down windows again, go over the body with a detail cloth to get the spots they missed, clean the wheels better(I have alloy/chrome wheels that they just do not clean well), use a clean rag to go over the entire interior because of residue they left. The only reason why I left 2 stars is because I am not entirely sure that the problems are only with the employees and feel it is a reflection of the training provided by owners. It is a shame that this facility under-performed so badly, the location is great. I will not bring any of our vehicles back nor will I recommend them anymore. Also, this review was only posted due to the fact I expressed my concerns during my last visit and yet was still way under delivered.

Ive used this place a few times and theyve always done a pretty good job for me. Reasonably quick service as well. If your car isnt all that dirty, just do the basic level wash. You can get out for around $20 including tip. Please tip!! Ive never used their other services (oil change, etc.) so I cant comment on those.

After handing off my keys, the car sat there for 15 minutes before it went into the tunnel....I was first in line. My time is valuable. I asked the clerk and she just shrugged. Did not get the manager. Prices were on the high side. I will never go back. Too much better competition.

I did not enjoy my experience here. The last time I came, they even gave me a worse wash than the bronze wash of some other car wash. Today when I came, they gave me expired candy and almost lost my keys. They also forgot to call my car and we ended up waiting inside for about 40 minutes. Id advise you should stick to another car wash. I sure will.

For $36.99 I still have dark dirt spots in different areas around my car. The services are very expensive but the cleaning of the exterior and interior of the car is not thorough. For full service I expected superior services. I am appreciative the manager did allow my car to run through the wash cycle a second time which reduced the dark dirt spots but didnt eliminate it completely.

I was not please with the service. I have to ask them to go over my car again. I pay $32 for an extraclean look and they did their job in less than 5 min. The second time it was ok but not that I expected for the price I paid.

Frequent customer who has to 1 star this visit. Cashier inside was super RUDE this morning. No greeting. No eye contact. Snatching receipts. She looked disheveled, like she had a rough night, too. Ugh. This has never happened before but management needs to know.

My past couple of (and last) visits at this Carwash were not worth it. I’ve been going here for years. Seems like the service quality has declined while the prices increased. I was there 4/13/18 and I had to ask them before I pulled off, to clean something sticky from my window...but right now I’m looking at dirt all around underneath my car. I should’ve checked... but never again. Nice, clean establishment but the quality of service opposite.

I havent used their service but it appears to be a busy location. About 2 weeks ago I called to get information about a seat cleaning. The young lady who answered the phone wasnt knowledge about their service and lacked general business phone skills/etiquette. In fact her tone led me to believe she didnt want to be there. So I took my business some where else. Hence the one star.

After many times coming here I finally purchased a 30dls wash and it was really disappointing. I got the same wash as if I had paid the 20 dls one. No difference. Please just purchase the cheapest is even better

Visited the place today and bought the Exterior Express plus... I thought they will dry my car for me and tires will be polished but No... They just the car inside cleaning thing and took it out... I think $8 is too high for that, disappointed.

Horrible service. Paid for my leather to be cleaned and its shiny but definitely not clean. Tried to talk to manager, he said Id have to wait. Tried calling to leave a msg for the manager and was told I had to leave it with the cashier that was no where to be found most of the time I was there to begin with.I guess its a good place for the basics, dont waste your money on anything else at this place.

Never go there, change up workers every week, poor car wash service, paid24.99 for car wash they half cleaned the inside, didn’t wipe down the outside. Manager had to step in apologize and do it himself, he stated next time I come I get free car wash, the manager before was excellent on this because he knew his customers, I sent my son a few weeks later He went back on his word, no prob we paid. Been going here since Ive had my first car in 2012 and honestly i only ever had one very minor incident here and it was quickly resolved. The prices are a little steep but its honest work. The washes are a little inconsistent though.

Their rags made scratches all over the roof of my car and inside the passenger window, ruining the tint so bad it needs replacing. When showing the manager, I was to receive a call from the owner within a week. I filled out a claim and signed it after the manager said they should will fix it. Not only did that NOT happen but when I called again the see why I wasnt called yet, their receptionist couldnt care less, sounded like she was asleep and couldnt be bothered by the fact that their business caused damage to a customer who spend nearly $100. Its a brand new car that is less than 6 months old. Horrible accountability!

These guys get it right each time I visit this location. Service is quick and the staff is always polite.

I bring my car in to get just a WAX. I only paid for a wax, and made it clear not to wash the car just wax it. One of the workers decides he wants to run the car through the was just because. My car goes through the was and the driver side taillight lens breaks off completely. ( i just replaced the taillights a month ago). Once again the car wasnt supposed to be in there. I speak to the manager about what can be done very respectfully and get nothing but insults and disrespect in return. She tells me my car is in bad condition and there is a lot of body damage and thats why it broke off and also, this is the funny part, there is nothing inside the car-wash tunnel that can damage your car. I told her that i had recently replaced those taillights and they are new and in perfect condition so what she is saying makes no sense. After that i go up to my car and asked her to show me how its my fault. This idiot points and the sun spots on the bumper and everything around the taillight that has NOTHING to do with the taillight and says thats why the lens popped off...... I got my money back for the wax and left. Like really if i didnt pay for a wash and made it clear i didnt want a wash and one of your workers washes it anyways and something breaks you are at fault. its simple the car wasnt supposed to be in there to begin with and then try and insult me on top of that??

I love that they still detail your car and that its not automatic. A lot of these places are moving to auto-wash and they doont clean it well.

Employees are surly and confrontational. Especially the manager. Of course they were friendly to non-white people. Took the corvette to them to be cleaned and when i went to pick it up the battery was dead and my radio stations had been changed to rap station and spanish speaking channel. I listen to old school rap but on cd not radio. Manager denied any responsibility and became aggressive and confrontational when questioned about the incident. Had to buy a new battery for the car. Wont go there again. Ever.

WHAT A SCAM! Don’t go here! When I first went here I loved it(nice employee at the time even though the cashier lady was very rude), I spent around $400 on repairs for my car. I now know why. When my fiancé came in just for an oil change, he was watching the workers put something (not naming what) in his car to later tell my fiancé that he needs to get a new one!!! While this situation was happening the manager was just ignoring like nothing was happening!! I’m just so shocked because when my fiancée told me what happened and what the worker did & that’s exactly what the worker told me On what I needed to do to my car. And I wouldn’t be surprised if this is a normal thing. Something has to change here because I will never step a foot in that place ever again, neither will I recommend this place to anyone!! Ashamed that stuff like this still happens.

I have been going to this car wash for a number of years. And every time I go I experience great service! And today when i went the service I received was great like always! When I first drove up today my car was an absolute mess, inside and out. So i decided to go with a platinum wash.Once my car went thru the wash tunnel, it was parked in a finishing lane and the two workers started on it right away. I watched them work on it from start to finish, and they went to town on my car! They did so much and didnt miss a single thing! And once they seemed finished they even double checked their work. And once they had done that, one of the workers waved me down to let me know they were finished.As I walked up to my car, the man that waved me down was standing there with a smile. He greeted me right away and even asked me how my day was going. He did a quick walk thru with me on my car and asked me if everything looked good. And I thought it was outstanding! He was very professional and had great customer service!As he handed me my keys I asked him for his name and he told me his name was DAVID. I then gave David a tip that him and his partner much deserved! All though I am satisfied with any worker here due to my past experiences at this place, I think I am going to start requesting David to clean my car. Because he goes above and beyond, is very professional takes pride in his work, and has awesome customer service skills! THANK YOU DAVID FOR MY GREAT EXPERIENCE TODAY AT THE CAR WASH!!!!!
