After hearing rather negative reviews about this place from my friends and online I decided to come thru here and give this wash a try. It was 👍🏻. It cleaned my truck nicely and the vacuums were pretty strong. I always tip when I go to places like this and it was worth tipping. I’ll def be back.

I receive incredibly great service each time I get my car cleaned at Lighthouse Express. I got my car detailed and really felt like I drove off the new car lot. I like that they have the Unlimited Wash Club, its something I would consider if I didnt live so far. However, I will get my truck washed and detailed there whenever Im in the area and needing the service for my truck. Brain and his team are really, really good people to know.

It was easy to drive up use the machine to pay for my wash and come out with a sparkling clean car! Robert was very helpful from the start. He informed me about the unlimited wash monthly rate and that I could upgrade for $2.99 more. I did not get the upgrade this time but I sure will next time.I had lost the key to my car. I believe I sat it down and during the process of cleaning out my car I accidentally threw it in the trash or worst vacuumed it up. I went over to Robert and he immediately handled the situation. He looked in my car. He turned off the vacuum cleaners went through the vacuum canister. When my key still didnt turn up, he literally dug his hand in the trash until he found it! This is true consumer service. These people and this place are the absolute best. They have a great & diverse team. Well They allowed me to pressure wash my weather mats and that was very nice of them.. and then I locked my keys and phone in the car and they allowed me to use the phone. They found numbers and eventually the manager came and they opened my car no locksmith no fees just amazing customer service. The team that day was truly awesome. Keep up the great work guys. THE SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED TODAY WAS THE WORST! The older man who was working todays morning shift dealt with me so rude. After I had paid for my wash he was directing me to move my car up. As I listened to him he got mad and start yelling telling me, I was moving it in the wrong the direction so I said okay.... I turned my wheel so that the tire could line up and he still had a attitude? He knocked on my window which I felt was rude cause he could of just signaled me to put my window down. Then I had my car in neutral to actually go through the wash, and he was trying to tell me to make sure I had it in neural even though I already did. WILL NOT BE RETURNING BACK TO THIS CAR WASH DEFINITELY WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY !

I am part of the Lighthouse Car Wash clean club and come here at least once a week for a quick wash and self-vacuum. For $10 per month it’s totally worth it. You can add on things like wax or tire shine as needed for a little extra. Their location is really convenient and I like using the provided microfiber cloths to clean my windows and rims.

I usually wash my own vehicles but when I cant find enough time to do so I come here. The basic was is good to clean up surface dirt and a rinse. All the options will usually leave your vehicle with a nice shine. The vacuums are easily accessible and are pretty good at picking most things on the first passover. One time though I came for a wash and I left a little dissatisfied. I called and spoke with the manager, who explained that the soap at that time was low and when it was changed out the machine was not set correctly. He assured me that a technician was sent and that the problem was resolved, and for me not being happy with the wash he gave me 2 complimentary washes. I have already used 1 of the washes and to the mangers word the wash was 10x better than when I was there previously. I like this place. If you ever in need of a car wash and dont have the time to do it yourself I highly recommend them.

I found this place using a google search and I gotThe gold detailing package on my land rover. Robert, Brian and Chris did an amazing job, and when I say amazing it doesn’t state how great they did. I have a land rover and a large dog that sheds. Amazing job looks brand new. Would recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you guys for everything.

Favorite car wash in Gwinnett and Lawrenceville specifically. Been a satisfied customer for 7 years. They recently upgraded their car wash brushes and equipment so it is much smoother ride than before even though it was never uncomfortable to drive thru. They have free towels free air freshener now free air for tires free towels free floor mat cleaner free paper towels free all purpose cleaner and free compressed air! So much free stuff and 9.99 / month for unlimited car washes. Best deal in town. They recently added a family plan. We have 4 cars on the unlimited wash club at lighthouse car wash and only spend a small amount each month. Cheap car wash but high quality and friendly customer service by all staff. They are adding a shampoo mat cleaner for a small fee but it is much cheaper than 35 express detail to shampoo so it is worth it and great deal. They do full auto detailing so I may get a detail here for our family cars. Lighthouse express car wash is the BEST car wash in town! 5 stars

I recently got the headlight restoration service done on my car and I must say, my car looks brand new. Kudos to Robert for an outstanding job. If you need your headlights restored and looking like new, I recommend booking an appointment with Robert.

Im pretty sure we met the owner operator because he was so thorough and knowledgeable. Hubby just got a used luxury car and the owner warned him about his antenna- in fact really insisted that he try to put it all the way down before going in. I liked that he took the time to make sure nothing would break on his watch. He also gently encouraged us without pressure to get the monthly pass, which really is a good deal. The ONLY reasons we wouldt go back is because it is kind of out our way and the antenna did end up getting slightly damaged (not because of the equipment necessarily, but because hubby didnt listen). I told hubby we should probably only take the car to a hand wash place. Now, if they also offer that service, we may reconsider.

I have been a member for about 4 months now and I absolutely love it! The staff is so friendly and you seriously can’t beat the price. I am able to get my car washed once a day if I want to and I am typically in and out in five minutes if I don’t stay to vacuum. There are also tons of vacuum stations so there is always one open if I do decide to. I can’t say enough good things about this car wash and the membership they offer. It is so affordable and 100% worth it.

If you like to clean your car by yourself than this is your place. Price is reasonable and you get free cloth and glass cleaner. Just make sure you go on week day or early in the morning on weekend. Also they offer auto detailing for those times you want a complete and thorough cleaning! Saw they had several awards in their waiting room lobby for several years straight and even in 2020 during a covid pandemic year!

Great customer service and in a convenient location. The workers and management show a willingness to assist the customers efficiently and in a friendly manner. Its one of the things that sets this location apart from the other car wash locations in the area and the new washes in town which charge $10 for a single basic wash! Lighthouse offers unlimited wash plans from $9.99 a month which I can get unlimited basic washes! You do the math - its a no brainier! Or worse $5 to use their towels and window cleaner at the other new competitor nearby! Uh, no thanks but I will stick with Lighthouse Express Car Wash whos been in business as the local town favorite for over 13 years!

I have been a monthly subscriber for about 2 years now and could not be more pleased. The staff is always friendly and quick to help. Most of the times I dont need any assistance because they have all the tools you need to wash your car and keep it clean. Being an unlimited wash club member lets me wash every day of the month if I wanted but I wash about once a week and love the cost savings. The one time I had an issue with my car Brian and his staff were very helpful in working towards a positive solution. Brian especially went above and beyond my expectations to ensure I was taken care of . I am happy with my monthly membership and will be unlimited wash member for many years to come.

I am a frequent visitor of this establishment. I am advocate of the excellent customer service they provide EVERY time. A plus for me is the UNLIMITED plans they offer, the family plan discount of $5.00 off the second vehicle. Not to mention they offer FREE towels, window cleaner, vacuums, and are in the process of acquiring a shampoo machine for customers to use for aminimum fee.Since being a resident of Lawrenceville, I-noticed that 2 other car wash companies have established in the community and I can’t lie - I visited them but I had to return to Lighthouse because you can’t replace small, intimate family fell I get at the Lighthouse.

I have dealt with Lighthouse since early 2018. These people care about their clients. I had a problem. The assistant manager Robert was great to deal with. He had my problem resolved in a couple of hours, and the owner Brian called me back with the solution. Robert had explained my concern clearly, and Brian resolved it. Nice to get good service these days and times.Their location is very convenient, right beside Aldis and near Discount tire on Scenic Highway. The facility has always been kept very clean, and the vacuum and supplies are always working properly. Love this place! I have been to others and this one has more to offer for your self service cleaning! They have clean towels for people to use including general purpose spray and windex and two scents of air fresheners; The dirty towels are placed in the bin when finished. They also have a AIR BLOWER to clean your car for those hard to reach places. There are two sizes of vacuum attachments... a larger/regular size and a smaller size for between the seats. The large one is on one side and the smaller one hangs on the opposite side. Or just use their mat vacuum machine for all your mats.

I am very disappointed as I have came to this car wash for a year now. Today the front of my car, the side mirrors, and the back of my car are filthyand i paid for a tire whee l and deal as well as a bug prep.After relaying this to a worker he came over and barley wiped away anything in the front. And the pictures provided are the end result of his cleaning. I approached him again to ask if I used the bug prep station could it be run through the basic wash and he stated that I would need to pay for the basic wash. I just spent about 10 dollars and with a crappy end result I was expected to pay again. Now my husband had to re-wash the car as well as wipe down everything that they missed. TRUST ME SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

So these guys don’t play around. I brought a transfer work car here for cleaning as it was used and came from another state. Dirt all around and in the cracks, trim, etc. I’ll tell you what—it didn’t even look like the same vehicle I dropped off. In fact, these folks even patched and cleaned up the junk IN the vehicle. Very impressed! Have appointment to have my wife’s car done now as the place I used before doesn’t even come close to Brian and his crew’s quality. Thanks, guys!!!

I had only been at this location a few years ago due to living far but I told the owner today that, til this day, I still have never found a wash as amazing as his. Especially after having a terrible experience with a different car wash company, I stopped by today for full service and oh my gosh, I was way too excited with the result. I compared my white car to the one next to me that had not been serviced yet and that other white car looked beige in comparison to mine. Mind you, I had just come back from driving it 2 miles on a dirt road and then the car got rained on. The car truly looked years newer after the wash, no kidding. Once the service was done, I literally didnt want to come out of my car just because it smelled so good. I had the most relaxing drive back home. I believe the scent was called North Tree. Customer service was also on point and I could see that the guys there work really hard and focused so I couldnt recommend this place more.

They installed brand new equipment and brushes recently, so Im not afraid of their machines ruining or scratching my car, the staff is very friendly and polite, they let you use as many towels and spray bottles for the car, definitely worth $7 for my basic drive thru car wash. The new competitor down the street charges $10 for their basic wash which is a rip off. I dont regret signing up for a monthly membership here which is $9.99 for Unlimited $7 washes!!! I recently upgrade my unlimited wash plan to a family plan and have black magic tire shine and rain x washes for $19.99 and discounted additional vehicle. I occasionally upgrade my membership wash with hot wax or lava. They said they are working on getting ceramic soon too and a floor mat shampoo machine! Cant wait!!

It seems to be going downhill from when it first opened. They have a lot of competition in the area so Lighthouse needs to step up its game. They need to unclog their vacuums regularly, provide ample towels, and cleansers like the competition

I am a monthly member of the Snellville Lighthouse carwash. I would say their car washes are decent, the staff is okay, and the manager Brian is OK. I went in to cancel my monthly membership because I get off work late and was not able to get my carwash before they closed. I went into the office to cancel my membership, and the manager, Brian, told me they would be closing 1 hour later. I was pleasantly surprised, so I kept my membership. I came to learn they are a family-owned small business, so I was glad to support them. The manager told me of a multi-car family plan that was not advertised anywhere but on their social media platforms. I don’t have social media, so I never knew this existed. After talking more to the manager, I decided to change my plan to this unadvertised family plan. The manager Brian even asked me to write a review to get an incentive of a free wash. I held off to write a review because I want to see if they would close later. They did change their hours to close at 7 PM, so that is why I am now just writing this review.However, I did not understand the family multi-car plan. To my understanding, the family multi-car plan was supposed to be one price for two cars. Next month I saw two charges to my bank statement, so I went in to ask for more details. I went in the evening as I usually do to wash my car, but the manager was not there to explain what I signed up for. After two weeks, I finally got ahold of the manager. I went into the office again and was told the family plan was a discount of $5 on the second car and not one price for two vehicles. Fine. I explained my understanding to the manager, but he told me I had an attitude because I asked for something impossible. I wasn’t asking for anything but clarification on what I signed up for.The reason why I give Lighthouse carwash 3 stars is the manager saying I have an attitude and not listen to my concerns. Instead, the manager falsely claimed that I was asking for a cheaper wash. Honestly, the money is not a big deal; it is the carwash that matters. When customers go to a carwash, they want their car cleaned the way they pay for it. I have one luxury car, which I like to get a $20 wash upgraded package, and an old beater car which I use to commute to work which I want a basic $10 wash. The manager thought I wanted to be upgraded on my 20+ year Honda to the $20. No, instead of listening to me and he gave me something I never asked for. Even worse, he provided poor customer service. Hopefully, others will see this post and be cautious about not being over talked by the manager Brian at the Snellville Lighthouse Carwash location.Once again, the carwash and the services they provide are good. The hours have been extended to accommodate those the get off work late. However, any service cost, plan, membership should be visible at their business location, so there is no miscommunication about what youre getting for your wash. Also, no business, should tell a customer to stop talking because they think they have an attitude. The reason why companies, like carwashes, make a profit is that their customers support them. From my interaction, I just don’t feel like I get the support in return.

The Hot Wax & Shine wash was decent, but the reduction of stars comes from the attendant who thought it was necessary, in the time of COVID, to nearly climb into my car trying to upsell me to a monthly package. I had already declined the offer on the screen, and told him I didnt want it, but he still felt it necessary to make me roll down my window, stick his clipboard through the window and show me all the plans. Despite signs saying to stay 6ft away and wear a mask, he got right in my face and had his mask down beneath his nose. I understand hes doing his job, but Ive already said no, and I dont want you in my face or in my car, which is why I had the windows up. Putting down the window just a bit to tell him no turned into a lot more than I cared for. Next time Ill just keep my windows up and mime my response.

I cant say enough good things about this business. First of all, you gotta sign up for the monthy membership. I do the middle of the list car wash and get it for $30/month. The service is wonderful, the facility is clean and best of all the car wash actually cleans your car without scratching it. Recently they went out of their way to help get proper paperwork so I can expense the monthly expense. I wa shocked at how kind and helpful the manager, Brian, was in getting this handled for me. Support your local businesses, you wont regret it.

Cant go wrong for the price. Also, remember to choose the discount for the next wash; itll print out a discount code usually on the receipt for $3 off on the same type wash which you can use within 3 days. It comes in handy for our second car.
