Theyre the only place we trust our company vehicles with. You get what you pay for, and they do great work. The fact that theyre Certified or recognized by multiple vehicle manufacturers as an approved repair facility, and not partnered up with insurance companies tells you everything you need to know. They fix it the correct way, not the cheapest way. Manufacturers dont certify or recognize shops that do cheap work.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! There’s so many great things I can say but to summarize l: this place is AMAZING! Pam and Niki are hands down the BEST receptionist and staff I‘ve ever came across. Mundy’s has been taking care of my car after a wreck and they’ve been great. I can’t even tell the car was in an accident! If you have a Hyundai / Kia bring it to them as they’re certified to work on those cars which I found really reassuring. Pam has also been keeping me updated with my car and is extremely knowledgeable in her industry. She’s definitely a star on the team and Mundy’s is lucky to have such a lady at the front of their ship. I also have to say their cleanliness of their shop is impeccable in the lobby and in the back of the shop. I will be referring friends and family to this shop.

They were honest and upfront about the severity of the damages. They went above and beyond to ensure I was treated fairly and that I had accurate information for my insurance. Looking at the comments I decided to have my car taken here because I was pleased seeing the good things about this shop. I was in an accident and the companies my insurance picked out for me ratings were horrible. Although my car was a total lost and I wasn’t really at the shop like that because it was nothing they could do for my car. When I did go in to retrieve my things out my vehicle the employees was very kind and understanding of what was going on. Helped me out and all and that’s the type of service you don’t see much now a days. The atmosphere inside as well was just relaxing and peaceful making me feel at ease about the situation of my first payed off car being gone.

Mundy’s Collision went above and beyond to insure that my vehicle was not only done right, but done at the highest possible quality. Unfortunately, a mattress fell off the bed of a truck and I was unable to move in time running over it and messing up my front bumper. They repaired the bumper and all other underlying damages caused by the accident. What earned them a customer for life was not repairing the car, but their outstanding customer service! They even washed the car and fully detailed the interior. Found Mundys after looking thru all their wonderful reviews. My clear coat on my 2012 Honda Pilot was gone or damaged in several areas, and I showed up at Mundys prepared to write a substantial check for a full repaint. Imagine my surprise when Sarah inspected my car and simply said I dont think you need a full repaint we can repair and repaint only the areas that need it and buff out the rest of the paint that still looks fineShe was absolutely right! A few days later when I picked up my Honda, it looked brand new. Could not tell the painted areas from the rest. My car looks like it just came off the dealers floor! And, they detailed the entire car! Sarah was helpful at every step in the process and kept me informed of progress, AND saved me thousands of dollars!! Very knowledgeable and professional. I am in Virginia, my sister drove 6 hours to look at a rebuilt title car in the area. I did a Google search of body shops in Lawrenceville, Mundys appeared on the list. I called at noon Jason was willing to inspect before my sister made the $17,000 purchase. After being inspected by Jason and his team it was determined that the car was not suitable for purchase. They provided a detail list of the issues with this vehicle and advise us not to purchase. Grateful for his honesty and expertise. I have nothing but praise for Mundys. From the moment I got out of my car in the parking lot, I was greeted warmly, and the great experience just continued from there. All the staff at Mundys were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was allowed to go back into the shop to see my vehicle, and the workspace was immaculate. Even though the vehicle ended up being a total loss (no repairs made), their knowledge about proper sectioning/repair procedures on my particular vehicle prevented a sub-standard/dangerous repair that was recommended by a previous collision repair shop.

This was without doubt the easiest and most hassle-free experience I have had with any sort of auto service. The team at Mundy’s is very professional and pleasant. The exterior of my car looked brand new when they were finished with it. The only gripe that I have about this experience is that the interior of my car was left in a mess when I picked it up. I’m not sure what the staff was looking for, but there were things taken out of the center console in my car, and items were moved out of my trunk and thrown carelessly all over the back seats, creating a huge mess for me to clean up. Nothing was missing, and I left no valuables in the car upon drop-off, but It would have been nice if someone had even attempted to return the items to their rightful place before I picked the car up. I found that very strange and didn’t get the opportunity to ask the staff about it before I left.

Had my bumper fixed here. While waiting in there waiting area I had over heard the front desk assistants quote two customers that the cost to fix their cars would be around $2500+ for a couple scratches. Found it odd being that they just pulled does numbers out of thin air. I say all this because I was told the same pricing over the phone by the front desk assistants Our estimators are adding up the cost and they just hit $2500 and have not finished adding everything in.The work they do is good but the pricing is far from honest. After I told them I wanted to take my car somewhere else they insisted that they can work with me. Drove the car for about 2-3 days and the bumper popped off again.
