I normally do not take the time to write a review, especially a negative one because that is someones career. But, Im so disgusted that I will try to stick with the facts: 1. She was late, we had a 4pm apt. She was in the middle of doing someones hair, we waited 41 minutes. 2. Attitude was on 10, omg, how are you going to be late but yet have an attitude, she had me step out because she was not confident in her work, 20 years of experience, in what, attitude academy, wow. 3. Unprofessional, she overcharged my card, but got mad when I told her, she was cursing, until she realized she made a mistake. Long story short, she doesnt know what she is doing, she is rude, unprofessional, yelling at customers omg how are you in business for this long with that kind of attitude, at least be good at your job and you are not!l I will really wish there was an option for 0 star.

She forgot we had an appointment scheduled for 11 the day before, I agreed to reschedule it for 2, she texted me the correct address, this is not it, and said shed be there at 230 ...half a day wasted

They are clean and very professional and I am always satisfied with my hair!!!!! The owner and her son are so hospitable.

They need to learn a thing or two about time management. If I book an appointment at a certain time, it’s expected that I shouldn’t have to wait over 40 minutes for my appointment that I already booked!! Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention that there were a few others waiting as long as I was. The people who work there did not make me feel welcome at all and said about two words to me the entire time. “Come here, sit there, go there.” Of course I don’t expect a song and dance when I walk in but it was like someone had just died in there. The woman who retwisted my roots did them very crookedly, I had to go home and redo some of them so they didn’t lock and become permanently crooked and bent. Also, they were overpriced. Bad experience overall and I won’t be returning.

Had a retwist on 4 month old locs and was really pleased with the outcome. Friendly staff and the salon was nice and clean. I’ll definitely be coming back

First visit with my son for his retwist. Excellent experience, the owner and son are friendly and professional. We will be back....

Second visit I had a 12 pm appointment, got there and waited 30 mins and walked out. I was very hesitant to book her but my hair needed to get done badly. Again third appointment 11 am, I get there and she has 2 ppl ahead of me!! She didn’t start my head until after 1 pm. Again I only stayed out of desperation. Then when she’s finally done she tells me an outrageous new price and how she changed her prices because she owns the shop.
