I have used this company in the past and had great service. I did have an issue with a recent repair but my concerns were promptly addressed and once again I am a satisfied customer. I would not hesitate using this company again should I be in need of another appliance repair.

Terrible service on a Viking refrigerator. Staff lied constantly about shipping parts that were always ‘on their way’, and never arrived. I finally called Viking corporate parts and they had no record of a service or parts order from this company. Never again. Beware.
