Returned later the same day to fix my fridges main board and service the drain leak. Called Thursday, and they solved my problem by Friday afternoon. Called AA as our Whirlpool Range oven was not heating up properly. Andrey answered and scheduled to come the following Tuesday. He called 1-hour ahead of time to give me a heads up on his approximate ETA and showed up 5-minutes early. He was polite and professional and had the oven fixed within one hour. Our technician arrived 30 minutes early. He wore a mask, gloves & covers over his feet. He was polite & professional. Our dishwasher wasn’t draining. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. The repair cost was not worth it and decided on just getting a new one. However, it was not in vain. My son had broken our microwave door the evening before. I asked him to take a look to see if it was repairable or did we need to buy a new one. He fixed the door (broken spring) and didn’t add an additional fee. Awesome. We will definitely use this company again if we need another repair.

My 5-year-old refrigerator stopped working. I called AA Appliance after reading Google reviews and Andrey returned my call. He scheduled my appointment the next day to arrive between 8-10 am. At 7:50, I received a call that he was on his way. He arrived in 15 minutes, donned his mask and came in to troubleshoot. My issue was a bad starter relay. He gave me options whether to go with manufacturers part or after-market and explained the differences. He completed the repair quickly and provided an immediate email receipt. He was courteous, professional and timely. A really good experience in repair for me.

Called in the morning for my dryer that stopped heating and had a tech come out later that afternoon. They were able to find the issue and fix my dryer the same day at a very cost efficient price. Had an error code on refrigerator. Gave them code texh came out and didnt do anything just looked at it and told me it was fan motor which I already knew and told them before they came out. Tech said they wanted $325 to replace a $25 part and wouldnt take but an hr to fix. Highway robbery at is best! Will never call these crooks ever again. They will try to take advantage of you do yourself a favor and find a company that wont cheat you. I wasted $60 to find out something I already knew.

I had the opportunity to work with Andre from AA Appliance. Andre was a very professional young man and did not mind explaining to me what was being done as he worked on my Sub-Zero Refrigerator Freezer. Once the part came in,  Andre returned and installed the parts, and now my unit is back to life. I give 3 stars because the tech was 30 min late appointment time was set for 8am I called at 8:20 to ask about the appointment and the tech arrived at 8:30am. My gas dryer is not getting as hot anymore. He replaced a screw stated it may be the timer so run the dryer and let him know if its skipping. Meanwhile I was charged $60 and left with the same issue.

My fridge broke down and I needed it up and running before Christmas! I decided to call AAApliance Repair and to my amazement Andrey was able to come out that same day and take care of me! Worked very quickly and was very respectful. Would recommend.
