Ok so we just bought a new house and low and behold our oven door broke! I just googled Appliance care of Atlanta and they were out to my house within two days! Their technician was super knowledgeable about our Samsung appliances and also was able to look up the missing parts for our oven. We ordered the parts and they also fixed our oven door! Now we can cook 🙏🏽🙌🏽

Great Experience, friendly tech and great company overall

Called this company for my sub zero refrigerator and let me just say that they did a fantastic job. The technician was extremely professional and charged me a fair price for it. Will definitely be using this company for all my appliance needs in the future!

I’ve been a customer with Appliance Care for a couple years now and honestly working with them feels like working with a family. Whether the technician was Orest, James, Alex etc the tech was always pleasant arrived quickly and get the job done. I knew the founder personally and he was just a courteous and honest man which explains a lot about his company. Definitely recommend to all!

My refrigerator was leaking water out from the bottom. I called Appliance Care of Atlanta as it was a highly rated company based on a quick Google search. After going through a quick automated menu, I was connected directly with a service representative. She was very courteous and knowledgeable about my issues. We set up an appointment for the following day. On the day of the appointment, the repairman arrived 30 mins early as prior time and was able to diagnose and fix my problem in just a matter of hours. I was very impressed with the overall service and efficiency of this company.

Checked out my washer and refrigerator and answered any questions I had! Very efficient! I will used them again...
