Our refrigerator/freezer died and food started to spoil. With it being a fairly new refrigerator, I called LG and was informed that it would be two weeks before LG could send a tech out. However, they were able to provide me with Primal Services number. My wife called Oliver, who said he could come the same day after 5. He also instructed us on how to open a ticket with LG in case the repairs were still under warranty. Oliver came shortly after 5 and diagnosed the issue in minutes. Very neat and professional. Replaced the failed compressor (which was under warranty). I would highly recommend him and would use him again.

This is a great company and super responsive. My LG refrigerator that I purchased from Home Depot, went out last night. After calling LG Customer Service, they put me in touch with Oliver at Primal Service. I spoke to him this morning and he came to my house at 5:30 tonight and replaced the compressor that had gone bad after only having the appliance for less than two years. Oliver was very knowledgeable and efficient. He completed the job in about an hour and we now have a working refrigerator again and it was all covered by the LG warranty. Thank you Oliver.

Oliver diagnosed my problem within minutes, he was at my home for dryer problem. He suggested I call my manufacture and scheduled the repair of my LG refrigerator right away. I have had 3 other appliance servicemen here to repair the fridge, 1 made it worse and said it must be something else. Another said he does not work on LGs at all (that was scary) and one said he was only here to upgrade the logic board and it sounded like I may just need to balance out the fridge, it must be uneven! Oliver was very professional, came ready for COVID19 mask and gloves. came in and got to work! He has a very pleasant personality and very good customer service, and that says a lot. He was focused on his job and was done pretty quickly consider the compressor needed to be replaced. I have since locked his phone number in my phone and will tell all of my friends that HE IS THE BEST!!!! Thanks Primal Techs!

I did research on all of the LG-approved companies here in Atlanta and it was clear I had to go with Primal.I had two appointments, the first was scheduled next-day when I called. Oliver came out, assessed the job quickly and recommended the part we needed. For the second appointment, they were able to schedule me next-day again. Ariel was able to fix the issue quickly. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and friendly.I will be calling Primal and primal only for any future needs. For all the horror stories Ive dealt w/ regarding contractors, Primal was a welcome change.

Bait and switch dump. Posts nice items for sale then drive over an hour to get it and they just sold it. Get there and the doors arent even unlocked. Stay away from this dump.

I’ve had a really difficult W/D unit that has required several visits- fault of the unit, not the service- and every single visit has been efficient, fairly priced, and FANTASTIC customer service.I am a single woman who lives alone, and never once did I feel uncomfortable or taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge on mechanics. Each problem was explained to me, and I was always given very fair assessments as to what the cost would be to fix the unit or get a new one. Never pressured either way, but certainly given honest advice as to what they would recommend.It ended up that my unit just needed a little fixing up. We had a brand new LG washing machine, which was malfunctioning on day #1. I called LGs customer service and they referred me to Primal for repairs, at the companys expense.
