Despite there being a busy atmosphere that would surely be stressful for staff, everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional.My partner and I spoke with a staff member on the phone who was encouraging and helpful. They clarified that we could drive through and receive services while in our car! We drove through with little to no wait.While we got our oil changed, we spoke with Nick and Joshua. They were so kind and respectful, which made our visit very comfortable. Thank you Nick and Joshua for all your help and support in a stressful situation.PS: To whoever honked their horn in line to pressure employees to rush for their sake…despite staff being on their feet all day and servicing multiple people at once… go change your own oil. Have some patience and some respect for the folks who are trying to do their job.

The moment I went into the street after the oil change my pan came lose and my transmission was out. I had to tow the car to a service center. This is going to cost me dearly. I am just cursing myself to have even considered this place for a simple oil change. I even called these guys before I came here if they have dealt with these cars before.

Although my brother already left a review on my behalf, I just wanted to say that the staff, professionalism, customer service, and timeliness were all excellent.However, I give Jiffy Lube a 1 star review due to their insanely unreasonable pricing. A typical oil change should cost somewhere around $50. I was charged an absurd amount of $92. STOP SCAMMING STUDENTS AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THEM. If I had known about this, I would have rather gone to Wal-Mart or Firestone.

I went to Jiffy Lube yesterday and it was literally the worst experience I had with any car shop. Both of the worker were so rude, I greeted them good morning they didnt even respond, one of them was not wearing a mask and would opened my door without asking if its okay. When I asked the employee to wear a mask, he said sure, then said he had a medical condition then proceeded to throw the receipt into the car instead of handing it to us. He also was ranting about how if I was wearing a mask and I believed in it so much then I dont need to worry about whether he is wearing a mask or not. I have gone to JL for the past few years but I dont think Ill ever go back to them. The two workers were rude and made me feel uncomfortable.

I went in for a regular oil change and when it was time to start my car to leave their store, it wouldnt start. They told me their battery tester wasnt working and recommend I buy a new battery for 110ish dollars. That didnt seem right to me at all. Especially because I wasnt having any car battery issues until that time with them. They also tried getting me to buy a new air filter and a bunch of other stuff. I dont know if it was just the employee I was with but they were doing some SKETCHY things there and I most likely wont go back to them.

There were 3 individuals on staff, only caught Ashleighs name, but all 3 were polite and professional. The individual who did the processing and payments was extremely helpful, recommended sales, but was not overly pushy, as Ive experienced with other service industry workers.All in all, the best experience Ive had at Jiffy Lube!

I normally don’t go to Jiffy Lube, but I needed an oil change quickly and they had a $15 off promo so I stopped in. I normally get a synthetic oil change since my car has high mileage, and I typically spend around $50-$60. I was in and out of Jiffy Lube within 15 minutes, and the total for my oil change WITH the promo was $92...Service was fast and friendly, but I won’t spend $92 when I can spend lesser elsewhere for the same service.

Have never had a bad experience at either of the Lawrence KS Jiffy Lube locations. i usually go to the store on Iowa. people are always friendly and i always get right in and out. no complaints.

Never been to a Jiffy Lube before. Went to get my oil changed here after work. Not busy at all. It maybe took 20 minutes altogether. LOVE that I dont need an appointment and they didnt try to convince me I needed other stuff done too (like other places Ive been). The lady working was very nice and really knew what she was doing. I will definitely go there again.

It was a quick in and out. It was strange going to do this while we sat inside the car while they did the service.

The staff was really friendly. They were willing to check my oil for me and help me find the best prices before they just do whatever they want.

I went in for an oil change, and I had just gotten my entire sound system upgraded. Later I found out they had taken out the wire under the hood that connected the sound system to my car speakers without asking me! I noticed days after, so they wouldnt have been able to install it because they probably threw it away, plus they dont know how to do that. I called the guy that installed it, and he said Jiffy Lube does this all the time, so I will never go back to this place again and will go to Garber next time. The only reason why this is a 3-star rate is because the manager called me, apologized, and offered a free oil change.

I went in before work, as I always do, to avoid any delay. Even though there was one car ahead of me, the crew worked me through in good time for me to make it to work on time. The only issue was the locked lobby door which trapped me in the waiting room. Thats one way to keep your customers....

I visited the location on Iowa st here in Lawrence Kansas and every employee was professional, courteous, and had good attitudes.

Arrived at 4:09 pm (they close at 5:00 pm).Heard one of the female techs say to another tech hey there is a car out there... we close in an hourSomeone (young Male) came out to talk to me at 4:19 pm.Sorry we cant fit you in today for an oil change because it takes about an hour.I pretty much solely use Jiffy lube because they get you in and out really quickly. They keep great records of service which is important as I travel a lot for work across the US. 20 minutes average per car is pretty standard. To lie though to a customer and say it takes an hour to do an oil change...tsk tsk. Seems like someone just wanted to hurry up and close shop for the day. When the regional manager is looking at monthly numbers and figuring out how to increase sales, this would be a great place to look for improvement.Ill continue to use Jiffy Lubes in the future but, will definitely never stop at this location again in my travels.

The customer service is great but they apparently don’t think they have to add oil to your car have pictures of my BONE DRY oil tank and stick. Along with mileage and jiffy lube sticker but don’t know how to post. Smh almost had me replacing my entire engine had I not told them to check my oil.

Pretty displeased with the service I got from this location. I had previously visited this place last January for an oil change and everything went fine. However, two weeks ago I visited again, as I was going on a road trip only a couple of days later and wanted to make sure everything was ready to go. Everything seemed fine, except when I drove down the street about a block and smelled oil very strongly and noticed smoke coming from under the hood. Then the check engine turned on (which it hasnt done in years). I went straight back to the store and asked them to look at the car. They lifted the hood and said it looked fine (but didnt take it back into the garage to look under the car at all) then checked the code which read too lean on idle. One guy said he saw the smoke, while the other confirmed he spilled oil during the change. They suggested I take the car to a mechanic because they didnt know what the code was, and so I did. Mazda scoped it and got the same code, and also asked if I had noticed oil dripping from a leak because there was oil everywhere on the engine. I mentioned the spillage and they confirmed that it was a mess in there and to keep an eye on any potential leaks (none have been noticed). They suggested fuel injection cleaner, which I tried and seemed to work on my trip, though Im still unconvinced that the oil change had nothing to do with the light coming on. Unfortunately, on my trip, I was left on the interstate with a windshield caked in salt because they did not fill the windshield washer fluid during the oil change, and so I had to add a whole gallon to fill the tank. Needless to say, I will take my vehicle to another establishment for the next oil change.

Weve gone here twice and its been a great experience both times. They have treated us well, and the manager is really good. He provided us coupons to give to friends, told us to come back to get the fluids in our vehicle topped off between oil changes. The first visit was quick in and out. When my husband went the last time, there were two people in front of him so it wasnt quite a jiffy but it never is at Walmart, so well take our chances.

Explained to courtesy guy I needed an oil change. He took down the miles, asked me to pop the hood and shut the car off. He escorted me to the waiting room and said he would be with me momentarily to get me checked in. 10 minutes later he came out to get me so I could enter information on the computer. Mind you, they were already working on my car. Courtesy Tech mumbled something about synthetic oil and walked off. Tech calls me back out and says it will be $100.86. For an oil change? Are you serious? When I asked for a break down of the charges, the courtesy tech (Doug) and the GM (Jonas) got defensive and rude. Jonas said, price you pay when we get you in and out in a jiffy. Jonas was very disrespectful towards me. I will never use another Jiffy Lube. Nor would I recommend to anyone.

Only other vehicle currently in the pit. (would finish other vehicle at 11:34).I find it odd they began working on my car before talking to me about oil options.11:35am- Still working. Standard two-person team (one up, one down).11:40- Adam called me out for my information. He did not harass me when I declined to offer my email or phone number. He went through their checklist of findings. Recommended the typical air filter replacement ($29.99) and a high mileage oil (I’m at 152,000). After that, upselling was failely minimal and I was not pressed overly much.11:48- On my way.Overall, I would return.

Just took my car there for a BASIC oil change. $86 later I come out to find oil dripping on the inside of my driver side door and all over the outside of my car. It is like they lterally sprayed oil all over my car!!! So pissed off right now!!! Trust me people save your money and take your cars to more professional places that actually care about other persons personal property!!!

I would not wish this on my worst enemies. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I took my VW here and they screwed the threading on my oil pan. They tried to play it off as not their responsibility or fault. My vehicle did not leak what so ever until I brought it here last week. I was told my the store manager that they torqued the bolt down prior to removal and that when that occurred the strip occurred and the pan immediately started a constant stream of oil coming out. They then refused to do the oil change and sent me on my way. When I got out to my vehicle I could see the oil pouring out. I immediately drove from there to VW dealership down the road. The dealership stated that the threads were completely gone and that if this issues existed prior to Jiffy Lube touching it I would have know and it would have been leaking horribly. From the 2 minutes my vehicle was parked in the bay at VW, enough oil poured out to create a 2 foot puddle under the vehicle. I filed a complaint with Jiffy Lube. They reached out to me and have done nothing since. They stated that they would contact the dealership to get some info but the dealer said the have not yet contacted them. The dealership the following weekend took a look at it and determine if they would be able to do a rethread, they stated that the damage was significant and rethread was impossible. Now I am looking and $2300 to pull the motor and have the oil pan replace!!!!! All because I was in a hurry and there was no line at this Jiffy Lube location. And now I no why, I again highly recommending that you AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!UPDATE - Insurance spoke with the manager Jonas and stated that he claims that my vehicle was pouring oil out when i showed up and that they didnt even touch my vehicle. The moron doesnt know that there is security cameras! What a tard.

I have been told many times by many mechanics that they cannot change my oil because of some weird wrench they need. I forewarned the people at Jiffy Lube about this before they started, and they told me they would take a look. As I was waiting in the waiting room (which is very clean), the mechanic came in with the actual part that has been causing so many problems. He told me to go to an auto parts store before my next oil change, ask for that part, and bring it back with me the next time I get an oil change. He said they would be able to replace the broken part if I brought in the replacement at no extra charge. These were the most honest and friendly mechanics I have ever encountered in any kind of shop. I highly recommend them.

Typical Jiffy Lube experience - smiley guy takes the car, tries to find a bunch of things that might need to be done, exaggerates the seriousness of every thing he finds, and tries to rack up the extra charges. $20 to replace a $1.50 light bulb that would take all of 3 minutes.Take your car to someone you trust, hard to trust Jiffy Lube who always tries to find extra work to do.

Right after getting my oil changed here my car started having issues and then the check engine light came on. Took it to a mechanic and found out these guy broke the air intake housing. Wouldnt ever recommend this jiffy lube.

Be careful if your parents dont speak english. They will automatically give them the best oil change because they dont speak english and dont comprehend whats going on.

All I needed was an oil change....The suggestion that they could change the cabin air filter for $39.99 and the engine air filter for $59.99 is nothing short of desperate. The cabin filter was $8 and the engine filter was $15 about five blocks down the road at AutoZone. I was able to unclip the four 2 long spring clips holding my engine filter housing together in a matter of about seven seconds to replace that filter, and worked just as hard untwisting the two plastic stoppers in the glove box. This fix cost a quarter of what they would have had me pay and it may have actually taken less time than I spent telling them that I didnt want to purchase those items from them.*Local tip* Humorously, AutoZone had a sign up in the filter aisle that said, Free Installation of Filters with purchase, which further demonstrates the unbelievably bad choice it would be to have this service done at Jiffy Lube.

I show up at 7am. Guy was still working on opening, which I understand since I arrived when they open. He then criticizes me for a coupon since I have a synthetic oil vehicle and I cant get the 24.99 oil change, which I had read the coupon so I already knew that, but no where does it say its only a $10 off coupon when applied to synthetic. It just says it will be slightly more expensive. Well $80 isnt slightly, thats 3 times the amount. After, its all said and done he gives me a check list of all the things they did. They supposedly added windshield washer fluid and vacuumed the floors; they did neither. So if doing 1/3 of what you expect out of a place is what you want then I say jiffy lube is the place for you.

Broke my hood latch assembly and didnt even offer to fix it or reimburse me for a new one. Just handed me the broken pieces and said yeah this happened, sorry. Also roughed up the hood latch itself--my boyfriend and I spent several hours welding it back together afterwards. They also charged me for window cleaning and carpet vaccuuming that they didnt do. I paid $45 (their cheapest oil change...) to get my car broken. If I could give zero stars I would.

Its a convienent location, but Firestone is right next door with a bigger, cleaner, nicer, smells better lobby. Came to Jiffy Lube for an oil change because Firestone was fully booked, and I am leaving for a road trip tomorrow so had no choice to come to Jiffy Lube. The lobby is tiny, played hard metal music, and reeked of horrible oniony BO. Not sure what is going on. I give it 4 stars because the staff were VeRY nice, helpful, its a convienent location, and they also did not try to oversell me on other fixes which was really nice. Another big plus was they got me in and out very fast. They need to remodel their interior and exterior if they want to stay in business because this location is really run down.

I went in to get my oil changed. Their card machine wasnt working and the manager took the card out of my hand and took it to a back room where he read the numbers off to someone on the phone. Very strange and I was not okay with this. I was very uncomfortable as he repeatedly whined that it wasnt his fault. They also opened the back door of my car after I asked them not to, because I was moving and I had boxes packed in there. Many fell out. The service was also very expensive and I didnt get a discount for the 2 hour total wait. Very unprofessional. I will never be returning.

Told me I needed an air filter so I let them install a new one since I was going on a 10 hour trip. Check engine light came on at my destination so I took the car to a dealer. Jiffy lube had taken my filter out but not installed a new one. Ruined my air flow sensor. Cost me $900 and maybe more problems in the future. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Just dont go. So what if Wal-Mart is all full and today is your only day off. I payed $80 for my oil change. I drive a GM car not a Lamborghini for Christs sake it costs 45 at most at Wal-Mart. To top it off, anti freeze refill is another $5 charge. Ha.

Came back with a $125 bill for using some oil they claimed my car needed. I guess that’s shame on me for being ignorant about my car but these guys are absolute scammers.
