Worse place to tint your window, I paid 400$ to tiny my front window ONLY, I had asked him to please remove the tiny on my driver side and passenger and get them darker, and he said “sure they’ll be limo tint”, no limo tint, not satisfied extremely disappointed, then I come and tell him that I’m not satisfied and that there is a scratch on my front window and he said, “oh that as there already, I’m like, “wow, it wasn’t there when I bought my truck! WORSE PLACE TO GO!!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

Im really disappointed in this place. I hyped yall up so much I been getting service here since 2014 I havent been here in forever for a min lately and I decided to go get a device installed since I remember yall from before. First idk if yall changed bosses or what but the service I got it was koo till I got a problem that what I asked for isnt working properly. When I inquire about them checking on it I had no problem getting someone on the phone but all of sudden its hard to get someone on the phone . I called their main number, Eddie even Hector number listed on the card . I dont appreciate the level of service, my product isnt working yall know I been calling yall specially Eddie. I want my money back and Im never going here again. Something so simple turned into a big thing for no reason. Im not complaining on u being busy, my issue is every time Im told to call u a certain time yall dont answer, the service I got isnt working properly and to take the time to fix it isnt much either . I decided to go to yall instead of best buy which would of been way cheaper I found out but I chose to stay with yall and this how u treat customers. I rather u answer and say your busy or something then not answer at all. And this is time consuming. Thats why when I asked you to walk through the installment with me, everything could of been deaded right then now I gotta come back to you because its not done properly and you dont want to answer. Im over this business.

Friend of mine received horrible customer service from this place. They were totally unprofessional not answering their questions and concerns through text. My friend was more than considerate with them but they continued ignoring all the messages. Please do not bother with this place.

Had them install a DVD player in the car. I paid the full price. But it was not working properly. So I brought it back. They say it is a manufacture issue, not the installation issue. (Probably is.) But they say they cannot replace it because they do not buy them from the manufacture. Then where do they get their stuff from???
