Honest service and fair prices. Hard to find a good mechanic shop these days so when I found out about this place it has been my go to place for the stuff Im not able to fix on my own. By the way the whole staff are amazing. By appointment only.

Went for a quote and got a great price on the repair on the starter of my X3. Happy that I took it there, work was done on time and havent had any issues since then.

Stopped by into Precision to see about changing my engine mounts after being told at the dealership that i needed them replaced. They were so welcoming they gave me a great quote and i scheduled to have it brought in on the weekend since it would take a couple hours to be done. They worked around my schedule and i am very pleased with the work done.. No more shaking in my engine!! Overall great experience five stars :)

Well, they are by appointment only now. Used to be able to get relatively quick oil changes and other minor services without an appointment. I showed up today (Friday) but the soonest they could schedule me was Tuesday.

Brought my car here because I took it to the dealer and they told me I needed my front brakes and rotors replaced. Turns out I did not need my rotors replaced just the brakes which they gave me a great price on. I could not be any more grateful that I brought my car to precision!! They saved me so much money that i would have spent by taking it to the dealer. Will be bringing both of my cars here from now on!

These guys are the best of the best. Been taking our personal and company vehicles to these guy for almost 10 years now, and always had a great experience. They are very knowledgeable, in fact we had tried other services from other repair shops near by,and that had wasted lots of time and money. These guys have earned my trust and I have always recommended to my friends and family to give them a try.

My review isn’t about the service nor the prices . But for years when this shop was under another management the shop will take all of our street parking . Yes, all of it. Monday thru Friday and some Saturdays but st the end when your business was closed the guy that was from Belize will let us use the parking of the shop, as long as we moved the car before 7:30 am. And said they will tow it if the car was there. Sounds fair. However. You guys won’t let the neighbors park there after hours. It’s just something I wanted to bring up. If a car it’s there after 7:30 tow it !

It seems like the management changed. They’re amazing. I went in for a flat tire that no where else fixed. Not only the fixed it, they also gave me a free inspection to make sure everything was working well. Will Definitely go back.

Updated: I am very disappointed to say that Im changing my rating from 5 stars to 1 star. Precision is under new management and they are by far providing inferior customer service and ridiculously higher pricing. Louie is no longer working there but they continued to flat out lie to me that he was simply on vacation and would be returning soon. Best customer service, very professional.Accurate and fast job has been done.I went at 9am, the store was busy, I was promised that my car will be done the same day, around 3 to 4 hours . These guys are great, they really took care of my repair without any problems. I took my car to another mechanic nearby before visiting these guy, and they couldnt diagnose my car properly. Fixed things on my car that didnt even needed to be fixed.But these guys got it right the first time around. I just found my new favorite mechanic and I highly recommend!

I went in there to see if they could diagnose and repair a Check Engine light (Toyota Camry, error code P0171) . They took the car for the day and they called me back with a HUGE list of parts to replace. They said I needed to replace Throttle Body, Air Filter, Fuel Filter, Vacuum Valve, and O2 Sensor for ~1700 dollars. They didnt give any reason why they couldnt try cleaning the throttle body, they just wanted to replace it. They just want money for parts and hope one will fix it. Total ripoff. Stay away.

This people are the worst. They charge us for a job they didn’t do. They never told us that will be charge for looking at the car. They promise the car will be ready by certain hour and we called they said they didn’t star yet, so we said, don’t do the Job. When we went to pick up the car they said that they open it and change the item and then when we said don’t do it they put the old part back. We never authorized that, so they hold the car hostage until we paid the amount they ask. Very poor customer service and worst actitud toward people. Don’t use this place if you don’t want to be screwed by them.

Thank god they were close to the freeway exit. The aux belt on my Audi came apart during my morning commute to San Clemente.The shop moved quick to source the necessary parts and get me on the road. Thanks for washing my car too guys!

I would have rated this mechanic 4 or 5 stars after my first service with them. They were affordable, friendly, and honest. I took my car in for a bearing and hub assembly replacement (for which they gave me the best quote out of 5 mechanics in the area). They also gave me what I know to be an honest estimate of front/rear brake pad wear so I even had them replace my front pads.When I left I everything was running great, except that my steering wheel alignment was off (steering wheel at 1 oclock when driving straight). I thought it would be no big deal, since they told me that all their service was backed by a 1 year/12,000 mile warranty. Well, it turns out you only get the warranty service if you can prove that they caused the problem (which is very difficult!). They were very rude, unlike when I first brought in my car, and basically called me a liar, suggesting that I probably ran over a rock. Disappointing... I thought I had finally found a good mechanic for regular service.

I had a bad experience last time I took my truck in for service. The office was in the middle of new management. They quickly called me to resolve my issue . Ill be returningto wheree Ive been taking my wifes vehicles and mine too for the last 17+ years.

My boyfriend had incorrectly made some “repairs” (go to a professional) which led to some engine problems and our ‘94 Dodge B350 not running properly. We took it to a local mechanic and they suggested that we have the entire motor replaced ($4,500+).Not ready to shell out that much money we took our vehicle to Precision Auto Care Inc. They were prompt and courteous (even when we said we would come in but show up on a different day). After a couple hours I received a call that the vehicle was ready. Because the error was minor (mix up of wires) we were only charged the diagnostic fee ($85).That’s right $85 to fix the error another mechanic said would cost upwards of $4,500!That was possible because of the knowledgeable staff. My boyfriend is not allowed to do any more repairs and I will be coming back whenever there is an issue going forward :)

Best place Ive ever gone to to service my car . Extremely trustworthy friendly staff and always on time . I get my car serviced and washed with their amazing new steam wash. It disinfects the whole interior and removes all smells . My car always feels and looks new after leaving there .

This business is under new ownership and their most valuable asset, louie, was fired because he would not follow the new regimes dishonesty and aggressive scare tactics. I spoke to the new management regarding louies whereabouts now and was repeatedly lied to. The new owner also became confrontational with me and threatened me with violence if i didnt stop asking about louie. If you have been a regular to this business as i have for 17 years, please do not patronize this establishment any longer as they are no longer deserving of your hard earned dollars.
