I love it! The service is prompt and well done. Ms. Jennifer and Amy are great and very friendly.

The nails are okay, just be sure to pay attention when they are doing your nails. They will add services without your permission and expect you to pay for it in the end. Example, nail cut down, callous remover etc. Make sure you know what they are doing each step.

I love my nail technician Thyda. The shop is a bit worn down so if youre looking for an upscale place, this isnt it.

Very welcoming, I felt as though my nail technician was very focused on making sure that I was very satisfied with my nails. Prices were good. I’m making this my new nail spot! My nail technician name was Doe so go to him!

My first experience was so good I came back for a second time! Everyone is so nice and does a really good job. I hadnt had my nails or eyebrows done in years, because I couldnt find a reliable technician. They made me feel very comfortable here. I highly recommend!

I have been coming here for many years! I love the service, people and atmosphere. Wendy is my technician and has been for the whole time I have been coming here. She is very polite and has an unbelievable talent on what to do with your nails. I will never go anywhere else and the best part is they make me feel at home and comfortable! This is the best place in town!

I have been a regular customer for over 10 years! I absolutely love Wendy, who also happens to be the owner. She always has my eyelashes looking natural and fabulous! They recently did a makeover in the shop, so the ambiance is even better then before.

Although they were short staffed, they were able to see me w/o an appt. They did a nice job on my nails, nothing fancy just basic gel polish. Only recommendation is having someone on staff who can do more than basic level designs.

I enjoy the service I receive from Tida and Wendy. I have tried many other nail salons and have received the best results from Oh Nails. Tida pays attention to detail. Im picky and I have no complaints.

I went to get my nails yesterday when I watched her polishing my nails neatly without spillover; however they look 1-2 weeks old as if my nails have already grown out. A different woman did my pedicure and did an awesome job.My nails were very neat, but neatly deceiving. My only guess is that maybe this could be a technique to have you come back sooner.Saturday is my late date for work, so if I go back next Saturday, I’m pretty certain they will say my nails grew out. I work Sunday (today) as well during the entire time Oh Nails is open.I’ll try a new shop nearby or go back to my old 30-44 minute away.

This has to be the best service I have ever received at any nail salon this nail salon is near my job and so I tried them out. Best decision ever! Every single person I have gone to is always SUPER nice. I love them! I will go back whenever I am in laurel!

They’re nails are very cheap, the same day I got my full set (gel) one nail broke from just tapping on glass.. one week later, and all my nails are broken. I’m upset because I could have spent that money somewhere with the good quality nails. Save your self the trouble & don’t go here for acrylics!

I went here based on the distance & reviews. Arriving without an appointment, Requesting a fresh overlay & regular pedicure. Very few vibrant & current colors to select from. Slightly friendly staff but the customer service is not outstanding to newcomers. A man did my nails, cut them over half way short, broke one of my nails, re glued it & gave me a basic square look. Precise but boring. There is no WOW factor about my nails. I left feeling cheated out of $65 for the service received. Did I mention once I paid cash my change was placed on the counter? Hes lucky he was tipped at all. I wont be returning.

I love this place! I have been here at least ten times and they have consistently provided great service. All the girls are very friendly and do fantastic gel nails. I will definitely continue to have my nails done here! Keep up the great work ladies!

If I could give this a -1 star, I would. Upon entering the salon, I showed the guy standing at the register a picture of the nails I wanted for my cousins upcoming wedding. I discussed the picture with him for about 20 minutes to guarantee that he would be able to execute them exactly how the picture demonstrated. He continued to assure me that he could accomplish this look. So, I went along with him. It was a unique style that I asked for so I am unsure of the process to achieve the look I wanted. After some time, he beckoned for me to look at my nails as if he was finished. But at first glance I knew it was not right. I told him that my nails looked nothing like the picture. His co worker then begins to tell me that I should have spoken up earlier. Excuse me? Because it was a style I had never done before, I was not sure how the process would be so I assumed everything was fine until he showed me my final look and it literally looked like he put on a clear coat and that was it. I then asked him to put white nail polish on to see if that would fix this horrible disaster. But that made it even worse. My nails were lumpy and sloppy. I expect much better when paying $50 for a nail service. The customer service was terrible. I never raised my voice, and I never acted poorly. I simply stated that this is not what I asked for and is there something we can do to fix it. If he knew he could not do the look I wanted, I should have been told that from the beginning. I am not so much even upset with the nail tech who did my nails, but the other techs and the entire business for acting as if it was ok that I did not get the look that I was paying for. The guy who did my nails (even though I hated the results) was very nice about the situation, but his co worker was rude and inconsiderate. I would not recommend anyone to go here for anything.

I have been coming for some time now...until now they have done an amazing job on my eyebrows (ask for Ne)! However, I have had my nails and feet done by a young male on a regular basis and I am not satisfied and then theres no way they will allow you to change technicians. This young man does a very good job on eyelashes though...just no customer service skills!

Wont be returning. Came in for a simple gel fill in. I had coffin shaped nails told the guy I wanted to keep the same shape and left with Almond shape nails instead. Also, my nails began to chip after one day and I got gel polish to prevent chipping.

After reading reviews and looking for a nail shop close to home that was clean and did SNS nails, I decided to stop here. I was a walk in and the shop felt a bit dated. The nail job seemed ok when I left, but a day later I saw these small bubbles show up. Then 3 days later a nail started to lift. 2 days after that a couple more lifted. SNS lasts at least 3 weeks for me, so I was disappointed and questioning whether SNS was actually used or if this was just a poor job. The powder was in a cup that didnt show the brand. I have a pretty busy schedule so the day I had time to go back, I decided to just go back to my nail shop in Arlington, VA where I know the quality of work and consistency. I did not report this to the nail shop for remedy as I was not interested in returning. There may be great technicians here, so I would suggest researching the technician and their work.

A one star is generous. This nail Solon has gotten worse with every visit. Not only do they not pay attention to body language or when you are telling them you are being too rough, but they also show no respect for your time when individuals make appointments. My fiancé spent an hr waiting for this man name Doe (who knows what his real name is) and he shows up an hour late for her 10am appointment with no excuse whatsoever and was adamant about continuing his work as if he was on time, offering no discount or anything for her time being wasted at an empty nail shop. The manager finally offered a 10% discount for her time being wasted. Why even have appointments if these nail technicians are going to show up whenever they feel like it, as if people have nothin else on their schedules besides trying to take care of their nails. Getting your nails done should be a relaxing reward at the end of the day, not a burden between disrespectful management and rude employees who dont even try to accommodate customers without an argument ensuing. Thats just terrible business. Laurel has plenty of other nail shops that offer great customer service to deal with the b.s. from this particular shop. We will be taking our money elsewhere. Good luck to anyone getting their nails done here, hopefully you wont have to wait an hr after you made an appointment at an empty shop for them to look at you as if you did something wrong for speaking up.

Great quality work, my manicure lasts longer than from other salons even though I just get the normal polish. Ive been a few times now for a regular mani pedi, and the prices are good.

Got gel and the lady rushed. She put globs of gel on my nails. Literally the same night which is right now! The top layer of the polish comes right off. All I did was put my hair in a bun

I wont be returning here anymore and I suggest people should go somewhere else and to get the best value for their money.

I had my nails done here. The next day a nail is lifting. I go back to get it fixed an hour and 15 minutes before closing and the lady says “no time come back tomorrow”. Stand behind your horrible work please! I’ll never be back!
