Extremely dirty. I watch them use the same files on different peoples feet. I was asked to sit in a chair with unidentified fluid in the seat. My nails were not shaped and polished well someone did come and try to fix but by that time my experience was ruined. Go somewhere that respects you and your dollar. There are plenty of other clean and respectable places in the area. I should have read the reviews first so it is my fault too. 🤷🏾‍♀️

If i could give this place a -5 i would. This place is terrible. I asked for a coffin shape nails and i received crooked nails that were filed to small to fit my regular nails. When i told her that she said thats what they are suppose to look like. So i asked her to make them into stiletto because the coffins were just hideous. Those were worse than the coffins. When she told me the price she said $45. When i looked at the pricing they advertise it was $34. So when I said something the guy started yelling at me and started getting disrespectful so I walked out and he tried to follow me to my car and was yelling at me in my face. This place is very unsanitary and they dont care about the quality of their work. Never again will they get my service.

Nasty! Nasty! Nasty! This place is VERY unsanitary. They also double-dip when waxing. So, if someone has an infection, guess what? Youll be getting it too. The Department of Labor needs to shut this place down. I definitely will NOT be going back! Yuck!

This place is always jumping! A lot of ppl I know go here. My nail tech Hannah moved to this shop and I followed her, I don’t regret it not one bit! This salon has the some of the best colors I’ve seen in a nail salon & they have a variety of dipping powders as well. Totally recommend it! Shout out to Hannah, her sister and Cindy ! Xoxo

My daughter and I were at the salon to get SNS nails but ended up with something different. The ladies were impatient and have zero customer service. After a few minutes had pastes our nails also startes to hurt. Weve never had such a bad experience.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I think reasonable prices, friendly staff, relaxing...Ive never had an issue with anyone there, or appointments which I use to make but now I usually just walk in and they are happy to accomodate. Very talented people with a very nice selection of colors! GO HERE!

My service was rushed and every second I was asked if I wanted a gel upgrade. When my polish was being applied I was called “Plain Jane” because I didn’t want to add glitter to my nails. Before leaving I was asked if I wanted to add a tip to my bill, which was already over $70. When I offered $2, I was asked $5. The machine decided to act up and said the service (reading my card) was not available. The women proceeded to say it was declined and my card doesn’t work. Smh. Never going again!

I went in with long natural rounded nails. I was asked if I would like them cut. I replied yes, but want them to Stay rounded. She then proceeded to file squares nails and when I said something 3 employees laughed it off and said she didnt understand. I find that to be un excusable as basic manicurist should have knowledge of round vs square. Only until I got up to leave did they try to take it seriously and offer someone else. I said thanks, but no thanks.Very disappointing. Will not return.

Not clean... Owners never there to manage their business (always on vacation. Poor customer service. My daughter caught fungus under her nails. PAY ATTENTION when you get your nails done Ladies. They do not clean their nail tools in between customers. They simply rush you in and out of their chairs.

I like them.... Theyre nice and the place is so good and relaxing... I was almost to take a nap when they were doing my pedicure

I have been going here for a year now n to receive the service I did today was the absolute worst.I usually go to CICI but she was helping another customer so Michelle in the very back offered to help me., So I never think twice to do as I been but I was tired and had my kids with me, I always see people come in and either go to her or my regular person so I assume she was good.I showed pictures of what I wanted on my toes and nails then asked if she could do that she say yes let’s do your pedicure first. After my pedicure she applied polish to dry then would do design, we head to her station to get started on my nails which I got nails removed 5$, then wanted gel liquid applied on my nails instead of acrylic 35$ is the price for gel acrylic at this location, coffin shape 5$, now mind you she insisted she could do what I showed her in the pictures. I ask questions as she is removing the old nails; 1st is the price any different between gel liquid and gel acrylic “no”; 2nd what is the total for everything including a 15$ pedicure for my daughter and all that I’m getting done “102”; I didn’t mind paying the price as long as I got everything I wanted and what she claim she could do.By the end of my visit I got no designs on toes or nails which was not in my choice of pictures and a made up price for gel liquid of 45$ that’s not on their price list at all.I go every two to three weeks for nails, toes, eyebrows, n my kids sometimes an never mind paying the price which was always more than 100$ but they lost a loyal and big spending customer.

The place is dirty. The station where the lady doing my nail has stuff all over. Very unsanitary. You guys need to clean your work station. The curring light is disgusting. I will never come back to this place.

Walked in and this place was a mess. I left immediately. Does not look sanitary at all.

I went in to get a medi, pedi. I am very upset with the rushed service i recieved. With my pedicure she was charging me extra 5 just to scrub the dead skin, i have never paid extra anywhere else that i have been. The gel menicure was a mess, color all over my cuticles. I will not go there again.

NEVER GO HERE THE GUY WAS SUPER RUDE, LEFT MY NAILS SUPER THICK, and BOTH EMPLYEES LOOKED ANNOYED SHEN I WALKED IN A DISPUTED OVER WHO WOULD DO MY NAILS... I THOUGHT ID STILL GIVE THEM A CHANCE SINCE I HAVE FRIENDS THAT NAILS LOOK SO GOOD BUT IM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NEVER RETURN I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS BUT THERES NO OPTION
