Delivered me a car that needed tires. Tires had cuts, were bald, and depth could not be measured. Gave me the run around about replacing tires and then try to replace tires with cheapest brand that could be purchased. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership!

Went with my father to get a new 2020 Kia Rio. They told us 18,500 out the door price. At first they told us 15,000 when we were driving through the parking lot. We still thought that was real good for a new car. Well they tried to get us to finance through Kia to get all the so called discounts and rebates. When it was said and done, It was going to be 30,000 dollars! So we asked, how much cash? 18,500. My father borrowed money from his Bank, got the car for 17,300. Lesson learned, do it yourself. They tried to make it sound too good to be true, usually it is!

I want to thank Ms Belinda if Laurel Kia Ford. I recently went to Hattiesburg Kia and was not really gave the time of day. I came to Laurel Kia with a $2000 down payment she did get me approved but I didn’t want the monthly payment where it was. I went home and came back to her with a hefty down payment and got my car. I knew I could get a car at Hattiesburg with the kind of down payment I put down but no, they need to start trying to help the customer.

Horrible! I would never use them or recommend them to anyone. I made an appointment Monday for Thursday to have my car looked at because of some noises. Well I was met with the most rudest and condescending receptionist in the service department by the name of Sharon or Sandra. She didnt greet us and when she couldnt find the appointment she basically made it seem like I lied about having one. I wouldnt have drove from Hattiesburg if I didnt have one. The remarks she made and the attitude she gave definitely should have gotten her fired and I hope they have audio and not just video recordings of our interaction. The service manager I think his name was Kenny did nothing but say hell investigate which I doubt. Hands down the worst customer service experience Ive had in all my life. I would give negative stars if I could.

Kia of Laurel today was not a good day the Advisor lisa smith says quote because I refuse to get my filters change my next oil change will not be free and when I purchased the car I was told all my oil changes would be free her words is its in my contract and that I been paying for a oil change when I explained to her I have never paid for one coming there and as it seems if the policy changes cause of my choice to buy my filter else where how is this good service not to mention when the mechanic drove my car up I had to wait till she get off her cellphone out side walking around with my key in her had another guy had to approach her twice to come in to check me out and she still arguing me down on my filters well not good service I will have the service done some where else....

*EDITED*Before they opened the Kia side, I always took my vehicle to the Ford service bay for oil changes. Ive never had a problem, but Ive been here almost 2 hours for a routine oil change. I understand having bad days, but this is crazy.*EDITED*After taking so long, they offered to not charge me for the service and gave me a coupon for my next visit. I am pleased that they appreciate my business enough to admit when theyve made a mistake and offer to fix it for me.
