Made an appointment and when I get there Im told the guy who does diagnostics isnt there so they couldnt help me wasted my whole day I could have went else where if I knew they werent gonna be able to do it then I get a email saying sorry you couldnt make it to your appointment like I canceled it. You take our three cars to pep boys for repairs, have always been treated professionally and with honesty.

Needed to fix a tire. Was able to get it done in about 20 minutes. Great service and friendly experience all around.

The service was fine. My problem came after being told a tune up/ oil change would be a hr. 3hrs later....

They did not do a tire rotation on my vehicle that is included on my oil change. I know this because one of my rims has a scratch in it and it is still on the same location after they were done working on my car.

I went in today 3/15/21 after I had called and spoke to someone on the phone regarding the Michelin tire warranty inspection that needed to be done on my car. I asked if they knew what I was talking about and they said yes they can check it out for me and said I could go in. I did and had one of the workers who was really nice and checked my tire and said that definitely needed to be replaced but he has no idea how he would even go about making a Michelin claim. Said hes never done that before. I WAS JUST ON THE PHONE WITH SOMEONE WHO SAID THEY KNEW AND CAN GO IN FOR THE INSPECTION. So I went in just to waste my time and get no help though they should be aware since they are listed as authorized locations for these type of things. To be honest he could have gone in there and asked but they did not want to do anything on their end. I just said ok and left. Didnt want to be dealing with a business who doesnt want to help.

What a joke. How can you deal in tires but not aftermarket wheels or lug nuts? I wouldnt recommend this place. Not even in emergencies.

I stopped in for a oil change..great service!!!

Treated me great got my 4 off road tires on in about an hour offered me a Lyft while I waited.

Quick service, straight to the point. Only 1 person was ahead of me. Waited about 45 mins. Got my tires checked and got air put in the tires. Clean sitting area. Only 3 seats in lobby though.

These guys got me in and out quickly. Came in with a punctured rear drivers side tire, they patched it and found my two fronts needed to be replaced. Chris worked within my budget and even found a discount for me. They helped get me back on the road so I could make my trip today! Quick convenient and friendly, these guys are where I’m taking my car from now on!

A guy named adam pena was the only personnwho welcomed me into their shop out of all the pepboys ive called for an oil change. Everybody else said appointment only. When i got there they serviced me immediately once information about driver and car was entered. Theres a mexican restaurant right next to it while you wait also.

I received a quote for new tires from Chris. When I arrived for my appointment, Chris and Mark knew what I was there for, and took care of me quickly. The price stayed the same as over the phone! Also, I had a rounded off lug nut that they replaced, and let me know that my center cap had broken when the tech removed it. (Happens all the time, not his fault).I have had some pretty bad tire/repair shop encounters in Las Vegas. The honesty, professionalism, and hustle I witnessed at this location was awesome, and I plan to return as needed.

I give one star to Chris who went out of his way to accommodate me with my issue of coming back and forth there for three times with the same issue with my 🚗.

Made an appointment, showed up and i was told their is nobody to service my brakes (told the manager at the time what is the point of scheduling an appointment!?) his response is my tech left for the day did not take any kind of ownership to the totally unprofessional service.

Went in for wheel balance they could not get it in come to find out I had ripped boot replaced the whole part pep boys did not notice that part??every time I took it in so when I had it replaced at Honda I took it back to see if they could get it right Mngr Chris says I wish I had never sold you alignment WOW because they got it in all green and that is what I payed for my car was under warranty so they could have got paid to fix it but did notice everytimeI brought it back NOT COOL

Honestly the kindest and most helpful people Ive ever met! They helped me so much with the prices of repairing my car and always had my best interest at heart. I appreciate all of these guys so much, especially the managers there. If your car is ever having problems THIS is the Pepboys to trust! (They also gave me a cheeseburger once)

Way too expensive

I have taken two of my vehicles into Just Brakes on Nellis blvd. My experience has been no less than awesome. These guys really know their stuff. The manager, Chris, is possibly the best! He knew me by name after my first visit and always explains my best choices for my vehicles. He also gets me the best prices he can. I bring all of my cars to him and have told all my family and friends that Just Brakes is amazing. Thanks guys you have my business forever!

Extra installation and repair charges to use the hazard road tire warranty. Dont even bother buying their tires let alone their warranty.

The service was great, and it was cheaper than AutoZone. I got a brand new battery.

I was quoted a price and time for new tires. Two hours after agreed time (no big deal, right?) I went to get vehicle and they had jacked up the price by almost a hundred dollars. I refused to pay so they took a few dollars off and said that was all they could do. Tires were improperly and unevenly inflated and, when I questioned the TPS sensor not being reset, they lied and said it would reset itself. This,of course, did not happen and I had to pay someone else to do it. I strongly urge everyone to choose ANYONE else for their tire needs.

Visited another pep boys (on Craig) for new tires and an oil change. I’ll leave the review on their page for their less up. Long story short, they placed new tires and noted that I wanted an alignment after the new tires were installed...however they neglected to inform me that their technician that is able to do the alignment quit and that they were unable to do an alignment. However, they still charged me for it. They set me up with this location and the manager said he would work me in to get it done same day. Arrived and had a little wait, but I didn’t have anything to do that day anyways. After waiting for an hour or so, as they were busy, the manager came to me and said I needed some front end work done and they wouldn’t be charging me for the service as it couldn’t be done correctly. Received a refund at the original site of service. Appreciate their honesty and flexibility. Will be going there to have the front end work done soon.

I always use this location for my vehicle services. Ronnie is the technician I commonly interact with, he completes all tasks quickly, efficiently, and in a courteous manner. My appointment was 1pm hour. Upon arriving at the store the attendant told me that they only had a vacancy for 3pm I accepted and I returned at 3pm. On arrival I asked what was the difference between the synthetic oil and the conventional one he explained to me and I decided to put the conventional one and I said that I wanted the conventional one. It took me an hour to get my car. they started to change the oil the 4 they put the synthetic oil and I ask for the conventionalone and I leave there at 4:40 pm. Never again do I return in this store I am extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to a simple oil change and a horrible delay to start the service that was scheduled twice. I will not be coming back to this store.

A screw was lodged in my tire, which was leaking air, but the damage wasn’t irreparable. The problem was that it happened to me during a holiday, Labor Day, when nearly everything was closed. Despite their full schedule, the guys at Pep Boys fixed my tire on the spot and without charge, saying it was the easiest job on their plate. Thank you for being so generous with your time and skills!

Had at appointment at 10am, got there at 9:50am.And they didnt even bring my car inside until 11:15am.Only one mechanic was working at the time and the manager was busy chatting up his coworkers. (it was the manager who eventually worked on my car)

Ive been coming here for years now and Im never disappointed. No matter what my husbands car and my car are always taken care of. Jason and Lee are always up front with whats going on and what can or cant wait. I really cant say enough great things about these guys here but one thing I will say is Ill never go anywhere else.

I got new tires in February and got a flat on one of the tires, they ordered me a new one and my work hours are crazy so Josh told me if I bring it in even a few minutes before they closed they would replace it for me which they did and did a great job

Completely unprofessional!!!!!! I had previously paid for a lifetime alignment from Pepboys at another location and they did not adjust my rear toe. So I went to the Nellis Blvd location and asked if they could check my alignment and adjust my toe to 0 on all four wheels (AWD Subaru Forester). I asked for this because the tire shop showed me my rear tires were wearing unevenly because of too much toe in. the inner 3/4 of the tire was wearing considerably faster than the outer 1/4. The guy behind the service counter told me they would only adjust it if the alignment was out of spec and they do not do custom alignments. Spec for my car calls for 0 toe in the front and 0 to .24in toe in the rear. When I showed him a page from the Subaru service manual, he began lying. First, he told me it is impossible to get the toe to 0 because if they adjust one wheel, it would change the toe on another wheel. Lie #1. Then, he told me that the machine would not let his mechanic make an adjustment if it was not out of spec. Thus, if my rear wheels both had .24inches of toe, then they could not make an adjustment. Lie #2. Then, he told me that no one drives around with 0 toe in the rear wheels. Lie #3. He did all of this in a very condescending manner in front of my kids with a smirk on his face. He acted as though he was far superior to me. I threatened to leave and call his boss. He responded that he would have the alignment checked under one condition: that I stay away from the shop and not talk to his mechanic at all. I said that I would not go in his shop, but asked why he felt the need to tell me that. Was he trying to hide something? He got angry, went into the office and told me to leave. Around this time, his mechanic came inside, and I asked him directly, would it be possible for you to adjust my toe to 0? Having heard part of the disagreement, he shook his head as if to say yes, but said I dont no what you want me to say, hes my boss, nodding to the condescending rude guy behind the counter (now in the office behind the counter). As the mechanic said this, the rude guy angrily interjected, Do you think I care if he says I lie? At this point, I told him he had no business working there and needed to be fired. I then walked out. I took my car to another nonpepboys shop that had a top of the line hunter machine and would do an alignment check for free, and they confirmed that both the front and rear are out of alignment. So, $150 later and multiple trips to Pepboys, I still dont have a proper wheel alignment. Completely unprofessional!!!!

Had an excellent experience when I brought my ford transit and my f-150 truck, they diagnose my vehicles and gave me an accurate answer of what the problem was, I was given the best service and great friendly attitude. It definitely made me want to come back if I have any mire car issues in the future and I strongly recommend this place to anyone.

My mother purchased an oxygen sensor online and they pick it up in the store, 7 days later the oxygen went bad; it not working at all it’s a NTK/NJK brand. The store refused to exchange since we purchased online, he was asking a box that they are expecting us to keep the entire 90 days to return. Limited Lifetime Warranty, but hold on their “Return Policies” says “any electrical items are NOT returnable”. That’s how they rob us!Review the policy of PepBoys online, they claim to be most items are 90 days returnable, it should be “LEAST ITEM RETURNABLE ”. It’s misleading, do NOT buy any products with them. Instead, buy autozone and oreillys. They will accept refunds or exchange without hesitation nor questions.WHOEVER I spoke into the store, nothing against you. Is just the corporate policies or rule they made to rob a costumers. I hope that someday the state and city will do something about a consumer refund and exchange law. To straighten this business policies.

One of the worst car service experiences I have ever had. Not only did they misdiagnosed the true issue of my car, they made me incur additional expenses when they werent able to properly fix the genuine mechanical issue. After feeling defrauded, when I placed a call to the district manager, all he could offer was a couple of coupon cards in an effort to hopefully, get a smile on that pretty face of mine. (Pretty sure the misogynistic comments were only made after he detected my female voice tone.) Nonetheless, very disrespectful and unprofessional to say the least. Not like anything you would expect from a man who carries that title and corporate responsibility within a company. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!

Complete and total rip off. I ordered clothing from the black Friday sale online at 35% off. The company is refusing to honor my order and 35% saying they jyst got the stiff and didnt charge me even though they took my credit card number. They want me to pay again in store. Ive looked forever for this mustang jacket and am so angry that they are trying to double charge me. Dont use Pep Boys for anything.

Went in for break pad change and they just clipped the metal part that warns you when you need new pads and and didnt change a thing. 2 months later they were metal to metal and they told me I that they couldnt do anything for me because I drove so much they wore out normally. Big time scammers. Check the pads with your own eyes, make sure they actually give you the service you paid for.

Lee and Ronnie are stand up gentlemen! They go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service and take the time to explain what’s going on. I can not recommend this location and gentlemen enough!

I liked the people here. First, it was oppened on a Sunday. The team was working on a Sunday to help out their customers. The shop was clean and the employees were friendly. The prices were reasonable and the service was quick. I think the mechanics were knowlegable and competent. Good job guys.

My husband got off work this morning and found our battery dead as a door nail. So we actually went to another auto place first but they insisted they couldnt install the battery for us. So on to pep boys we went. Ronnie was the absolute nicest guy weve encountered in a long while. He was super respectful of our financial situation and very kind. He checked over our entire car for us to make sure we were driving safe on the road. He attempted to help us with the fact that our tires are as bald as a babies bottom and double checked to make sure it was in fact the battery causing the problem and not the alternator. I just cant say how nice he wasn he didnt talk down to me because I am female and even shook my hand properly. I truly enjoyed being treated like a human by a mechanic for the first time in my adult life. I would absolutely recommend going here for your automotive needs. He even made sure I got a ride home and a ride back to the shop since my car was going to take a while. They called every hour to give me updates on what was happening. As soon as we can afford some tires we will be going back to this pep boys and Ronnie in particular.

NEVER AGAIN!!! I TRIED TO HAVE TRUST IN THEM AFTER MANY YEARS AND THEIR STILL A F/UP took my car there to get a oil change everything seemed good until I found out they put a cheap oil filter in now my car now does nothing but tick and theres oil in there SMFH

I always hate myself for coming to chain mechanics like this. Go in for something simple and they WITHOUT FAIL try to upsell you into oblivion. I understand upselling, but just try to talk me into a better brake package and not the WHOLE brake system needing replaced.

I brought my car in on 11/27/2019 I had to bring it in today I had a doctors appointment at 1pm I got the complete run around I first came to the location on Nellis and bonanza then I had to go to the one on Charleston and Sacramento only for them to tell me that I had to go back to Nellis and bonanza because they put the wrong tiers on my husbands car and for me to return the guy at the desk was very rude the whole time I told him that the tier popped and I had my 2 kids keep in mind under the age of 2 I have a new born and for Chris to have a smirk on his face as I’m angry telling me that the tires are right size but at the other location they are not right I hope that if this company reads this and if something happens because these aren’t the right size tire they should hope I do t sue them because when it comes to my kids safety I sure don’t play such a shame this company

Never again I had my rotors turned and brake pads changed, I just got back from a trip to San Diego from Las Vegas and having problems found my freaking break caliper was not bolted down correctly. So after removing the driver side wheel and tire the caliper was just hanging, and these shady people where the only ones to work on my brakes since I have been in Las Vegas never again.

Ive been going to this location since 2015 and every time I go there they have good customer service skills they get me in and out they are fast and they are quick also the prices are very reasonable people please dont look at the reviews and judge this you have to go and see for yourself

This place sucks. Asked them to look at the car and give me an estimate on repairs. Made it clear we didnt want to commit to anything. One hour later they call us into the shop and tell us over 1k. Obviously way over priced! He tried to charge me for the inspection if I didn't buy brakes which he told me was going to be free. I wasn't paying for anything! I would never trust these guys with ny car and I will never go back! He knew he was in the wrong, I didn't pay for anything. He did strip my bolts on my tire putting it back together. Really unethical shop. F you Josh at Just Brakes! FYI my brother worked at Just Brakes years ago and said they always half added jobs. Such as rebuilding calipers and etc..
