A year ago I had a smog inspection done at Busy Buggy. They were very professional, friendly, a bit on the rush side. I guess thats why they are called Busy Buggy. But, the service was great. I am planning on going back because my check engine like came on. The person I spoke to says, it will (be) $50.00 to do a diagnosis check. Would go on Sunday, but he said they are not open on Sundays.

We were in Vegas on vacation and our air stopped working. We went to Busy Buggy and they got our air working quickly and charged us a great price. They recommended a few other repairs for next time. We will definitely drive back to Vegas to have them complete the future repairs.

This repair shop is not just a repair shop. This is a car spa. Marco is the most honest, fair, quick business in this city. Above and beyond for service. The lounge has cold beverages, cleanest bathroom ever and not a smell of oil or rubber in it at all.

Marco and all of the team I interacted with were courteous, quick, and clear. On a Saturday at 330 I came in telling him about a voltage sensor issue and he did a full diagnostic of the issue to make sure the work was actually necessary and not a battery issue. My car died while idling in a parking lot and when I was jumped it still died after. I was in for just the weekend and needed to start a new job Monday. After I explained that, he said he would be able to get me an alternator that wasnt his preferred at least I wouldnt have to wait for Monday.

Ive had a lot of trouble with car repair places and this place has been one of the first up front honest places I can go to. I can tell the owner has pride in helping out his customers. Because every instance I go in and take my wife and is car hes always making sure to get involved in thinking the customer and putting on that little bit of a personal touch.

My friend and I have been taking her 2003 Nissan Murano to their Nellis location and Carlos has been helpful and informative every time we take the car for service but after the recent service that we had, the check engine light came back on right after we left the shop, so we decided to take the car back to their Spring Mountain location and Marco, the owner, was very nice and helpful. Marco kept me and my Dad updated. He and his team were very thorough in determining what or where the problem was coming from. He also made some recommendations for the car and gave me a price quote for it. I called some places to get a quote for the same thing and Marcos price is way better. Their price is incomparable to others! Busy buggy is the real deal for Las Vegas locals! And I think honesty is the best way to stay in business and gain customers. Glad I found this car repair shop. This place is absolutely fantastic!! I was quoted over $700 other places to replace the head unit to fix my AC that wasnt working. Busy Buggy checked the coolant which was about a third of what it should be topped it off and fixed the head unit for about $100. All this was done same day!!Not to mention their lobby is extremely clean, they have tons of complimentary drinks and places to charge electronics while you wait.

Marco and the team were amazing at getting my car done by their quoted time with quality work. Marco also called me and sent me a video to show me another part that needed fixed while they were working on the repair. That kind of transparency does not happen many places anymore. They did what I was quoted at another shop for hundreds of dollars less! Will be back without a doubt!

My AC broke down on the way to Las Vegas. I had called around and this is the only shop that could give me a quote. They were honest, fast, and efficient. I got in the shop on Friday and they had it ready by Saturday afternoon. I would recommend this shop at anyone in Las Vegas.

Their prompt service started at 7:00am. They were professional and CDC compliant. They installed a plate to cover and protect my catalytic converter from theft. (I ordered the plate online.) I also noticed returning customers having good experiences.

I went to Meinke and they wanted $800 to fix an 02 sensor. Marco fixed it, gave me a tune up and a diagnostic test for less. They even connected my gas cap without me asking. This is great customer service. BTW the place is so clean even the restroom...AND he has complimentary beverages tea, coffee, water or soda (name brand) Plus hes handsome, respectful and professional. Never going anywhere else

Started off with these guys since October 2019 with my impala 2011. Been 8 months now and I can say they do honest work. Quick too! There have been a couple instances where I had to bring the car back for the same problems, but they got it done ASAP and didn’t charge me a dime! Ask for Marco.

Marco was great! He got me in with very short notice and took care of a quick oil change. They did a quick inspection and he told me all I needed was a front end alignment and some windshield wiper blades. I thought I needed more done to the car and told him that when I walked in. Hearing his response made me feel very confident this was an honest shop. I also found out he has another shop closer to my home which is where his new alignment equipment is. Super happy!

Marco was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable over the phone. We were going to give him a try due to a bad experience at the dealership. However the dealer came through and fixed the issue without charging labor. So I dont have a repair review yet, but plan on giving him a shot next time.

Busy Buggy is a great mechanic shop. The waiting room and restroom are clean and well-lit. They offer free drinks-water, soda, tea, and has a Keurig coffee station. In the waiting room, there is a charging station for phones or tablets, so bring your charging cable. The shop offers free wifi. The staff is friendly and informative, taking time to understand the repairs; they will even take you into the shop to show you, if you still dont quite understand. Their prices are very reasonable.The shop is near the back of the parking lot, not easily seen from the street, so look for the sign on the street. They are busy on the weekends, so go during the week, especially before noon.

I really like this place. They have never tried to upsell me. Took my car there with a nail in the tire. Other palaces were trying to get me to change out all 4 tires. They patched the tire and told me the rest were ok that i didnt need new ones

The technicians inspect every part of the vehicle. They dont try to up sell on anything. The pricing for an oil change is the best in the city. He even gave me places to go for tinting and motorcycle repair when I asked. I love this place and will only take my car to Busy Buggy. Only problem was that their free ice cream bars had melted in the freezer. It still tasted good though. AFTER READING MORE REVIEWS... I just noticed a woman named Tiffany. She claimed the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. She must have been mistaken. Busy Buggy has had the best customer service of any repair garage I have ever been to in the three states I have resided.

From my first phone call to leaving the facility, I was impressed. As a woman walking into a repair shop can be intimidating. I was treated with respect and kindness. Brakes and rotors were replaced in a very timely manner. I felt great energy within the business and it was amazingly clean. The lobby is wonderful as well with water, soda, tea and coffee (and not just any coffee), ice cream, hard candy, napkins and more. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I have ever experienced!!! I went to this shop to get my rear brake pads done in which I had my own brake pads. The ONLY thing that they did was take ONE of my tires off in which they were able to tell that I had front brakes and not rear brakes. I told them that I would buy the correct brakes and come back to them in which they told me THEY WOULD CHARGE ME $30!! THE OWNER tried to TAKE ADVANTAGE of the fact THAT I WAS A FEMALE and thought I wouldn’t know any better! After threatening to call the police they gave me my car and told me not to come back AS IF I DID SOMETHING WRONG!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!

This place is always SO busy, yet they never fail to help me in a timely manner. Ive been here for a number of repairs and have been satisfied with the service, the price and the timeliness every time. They fixed my A/C for almost $200 less than another shop had quoted. Very friendly and knowledgeable folks. Their prices are very low for the work completed. I thought I had a short in my electrical system, ended up just needing a new batteries and terminals. They couldve easily fixed the issue and made up some repair to screw me over but that wasnt the case. They were less than half the cost of other places (big chains) and fair better service. I really appreciated that the diagnosis charge was put towards the repair, not many places will do that. It saved my road trip from being cut in half. I really appreciate the service.

I just moved to Vegas from New Jersey and was very nervous about finding a new mechanic. I knew I needed to get my air conditioning fixed first thing, however, so I relied upon the great reviews that were posted about Busy Buggy. I prefer family-owned businesses and I was not disappointed. The place was very clean, professional, and the owner (Marco) could not have been nicer. More importantly, they had a great opportunity to rip me off, as my compressor (a $700+ repair) was having an issue. Instead, they assessed that it was a $12 electrical relay and I went away a very happy customer. I will definitely be back to Marco and his crew for any auto needs I have in the future as my family and I set up our new roots. Highly recommended!

We were travelling from Canada to California when my SUV started making a strange noise in the front end. I went to Busy Buggy to have my SUV looked at. I found the staff to be very honest as it was a $50.00 fix. I know nothing about vehicles, so they could have told me it was $500 and I probably would have paid it. The staff also gave my family a ride back to the hotel and then picked me up again to get the SUV (free of charge). Thanks for the great service!!!

My original review is below which I am updating based on my most recent experiences here. They used to provide reliable, honest and accurate auto care, but I no longer find this to be the case. When I came in earlier this year to have a part fixed on my car, I left with more problems than I started with and it took coming back several times over the next few months to sort it out. They did eventually see the issue after I took it somewhere else to have it looked at and diagnosed. Even then, they did not take responsibility for the issues that occurred after the initial repair and charged me for subsequent repairs. They said it was because my car was old that it was having new issues and that it was not related to their work. However, those issues occurred at the same time after the initial repair work was done. It did not seem like a coincidence. I have talked to two other people who had issues start after their car was repaired here. Marco is the owner and is both helpful and friendly. He wants to help the customers to get their car fixed, and the prices are very reasonable. He seems to have the customer’s best interests in mind. It is the work being done on my car that I do not trust. I will not be bringing my car back to them. Even if they did the work for free, it is not worth it to be concerned they will cause more damage in the process of the repairs.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Review from one year agoStraightforward, honest and caring people here. I needed an oil change while on a roadtrip from Phoenix to Salt Lake City. They got me in quickly and did a great job. Friendly and efficient. Pointed out that my brakes would need some attention before too long when I had a chance to visit my regular mechanic. I know they do because its been a long time and they squeak at times. If I lived in Las Vegas Id be a regular customer.

A Never Ending Series of Repairs. After spending many months at this mechanic I realized that as soon as I left, sometimes even the same day, something else was broken. I suspected they were harming my vehicle and took the car to an American franchise for a check engine light. My new guy reset the codes and drove the car. No codes. I met two other customers in the waiting room who also spent thousands here only to come back, sometimes within a few days for another $1,000 repair. I never leave bad reviews, because Im a forgiving person. But I feel it is my moral duty to express my experience at this shop. I will not return for another expensive, never ending repair. My car, my money, and my time was taken hostage by this vampire. - Former Customer.

I went through 6 different Shops in town and had to deal w shady tree mechanics until I found Marco, at Busy Buggy... His prices are excellent, service is excellent and has Complimentary homemade cookies and drinks... Marco if your reading this its Joe and Im coming in this weekend believe its a thermostat giving me issues but also time to re-do the front end (warranty company paying for by the way for any of you reading this). Have been twice now to this place and both times and enjoyed each experience. The first was for a fuel pump and an electrical issue with my tail light. Obviously an expensive experience, but the service was excellent and Carlos the manager is awesome. He does a great job discussing issues and challenges and educating the uneducated like myself. My second trip here was for oil/lube and to have my vehicle inspected. Again, my vehicle has some costly maintenance coming up (its an older vehicle), but Carlos does a great job explaining the issues, the urgency (if any) to resolve the issue, and doesnt try to push anything extra or over the top on you. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle here for the foreseeable future.

I went to have the rear passenger tire checked because it was leaking air, but they checked my other tires and found that both passenger tires, front and rear, needed replacement. Cool: No problem.They are very thorough.

Having my van towed into this shop because it wouldnt accelerate over 30 mph without locking up in 2nd gear, they wanted to replace a sensor on the engine and a fuel filter. When asked if it needed a fuel filter and what the fuel pressure was, they insisted it was okay, however specifications on fuel pressure I never knew came out as okay. They said there was no way to know what would actually fix the van for sure, we asked if they test drove the vehicle and duplicated the symptoms, and they insisted they had. At this point, we said to do what you have to do to fix it. $300 later, upon picking up the car and being reassured once more that it had been test driven and was running fine, I made it a block and a half and required a tow truck to come and get it, because the transmission was locking up in 2nd gear which is why we took it there in the first place. Looking at my original tow receipt and the mileage when picking it up, it hadnt been driven more than .3 miles. When I picked it up they also gave me 4 pieces of paper explaining why they cant diagnose a car, with codes like you expect to receive from auto zone. Apparently they have no technicians capable of diagnosing an automobile and following the prescribing flowcharts and service manuals but prefer to install parts like the auto zone parts salesmen recommend, and never know for sure what the codes mean. Apparently they have no one capable of telling the truth at the service counter, especially Marco who lied to me three times. Better off trying to get your car fixed under a tree in the auto zone parking lot then coming here.

This place is truly amazing. They are very informative and knowledgeable. I woke up to car problems and took it here and they started working on it right away. I have never seen a place that really took care of their customers. They drove me home and picked me up so I didnt have to wait at the shop all afternoon. They didnt charge more than what needed to be done. The diagnostic check was free when you choose to let them work on your car. I have never been more satisfied. So happy busy buggy was able to fix my AC . Coming here for now on! So far best place in Vegas!! Definitely recommend busy buggy . Worth the price & worth the wait. Was only here less than an hour. Also there waiting room is very nice, clean & has complimentary drinks.

Traveling across the country, spotted an oil leak at the hotel parking lot (the result of a shotty job at Mavis Discount Tire.) Marco (business owner) was kind, helpful, and generous in diagnosing, storing, and fixing my Mazda 3. In my opinion most other businesses would take advantage of travelers but Marco displayed world class service, and an invested interest in helping solve the oil leak. Wish I could rate higher than five stars, I highly recommend using Busy Buggy for any car repair.
