Scheduled an appointment for 3:30pm, had to wait for 30mins and I wasnt able to get seated until 4:00pm. I got a full set and pedicure done. As soon as I finished, I paid & even tipped before I saw any of the work done. I meant to have a relaxing day and was not paying attention to any of the work being done. This salon has amazing reviews so I had expectations coming in but unfortunately, I was let down. I was not able to fully check my both my toes & nails until I got home. I requested plain white almond-shaped nails and they ended up looking not too good at all. The shape was not done neatly and the edges werent cleaned properly. Certain spots were missed and werent painted either. The edges on my toes werent cleaned properly either, it could also have used another coat. Certain angles of my toes, you can still see some transparent lines meaning it needed more paint to cover...

To start I had a 4:15 nail appointment to be told the tech was running 15 minutes late which I was fine with, however 45 minutes later I had to ask the receptionist exactly how much longer. Not once did she offer to check or even offer a water while waiting. We start my nails at 5:15 the tech was nice. Well went it’s time to pay I’m informed I was charged 15$ extra for the length 5 for the shape, 15$ for a French tip design and 5$ for nail art. To say the least I was infuriated. The tech didn’t inform me of none of the extra cost to also be told the receptionist was to tell me. Now this isn’t my first rodeo the actually designed nails are mine from my old tech, set with those designs were 80, with quality work. Now the first picture from Vibe Nail bar,My question how are you charging 20 for some lines? There was no French design at all? This was by far my worst first experience ever!! I wouldn’t go back now that I know they are overcharging. Not only that apparently they posting pictures of other’s people working their social media. Which is false advertisement.. I made an appointment with the tech and after discussing her nail art and her asking which designs she told me oh that’s not my work.. sometimes that use other tech nail designs..

So far not impressed with the work. Less than a week after I got a new set the acrylic started peeling off my nails. Ive never had this happen before. I dont know if it was the nail tech or the quality of the acrylic they use. I made a 2nd appointment for the fill because I want to see if it happens again. They said the tech that works on my nails is no longer there. Im hoping that the issue was the nail tech and not the products they use. However, if it happens again...I will go somewhere else.

My husband and I came there, we had different technicians. We were not satisfied and will not be back. We picked this place for the diversity, but quickly realized everyone can not do pedicures. I brought my own polish which they apply perfectly, however my manicure and pedicure was not up to par and my husbands foot was sore from his pedicure.

I love the vibe of this salon and everyone in it! Theyre all so skilled, kind, great conversationist and very accommodating. There is also a wide selection for colors and their nail polishes are rarely old (you cant tell by the color separation). The salon is very clean and stylish, and they even offer drinks here too!

I booked my appointment through their website and someone decided to cancel my appointment without any reason after I have already paid for the deposit. I had to call to re-schedule and they still didnt give any reason. I get there and got a gel manicure which 3 days later was already chipping. They refunded the money I paid for the deposit days btw. I get there and nobody said their sorry for my poor experience but whatever, I got my 3 nails fixed and thats what matter for me. The nail tech picked the color she thought was the one I have on my other nails just to find out later its not the same! I now have 3 nails blue and the rest turquoise. She asked at the end if I thought it was the right color and I said yes because I it looks kind of similar but I also thought they are the expert so they should know the difference between colors. Safe to say Im never going back.

Best nail experience and 80% out more of the staff speak fluent English and I didnt hear anyone speaking to each other in another language. The nail techs actually spoke to the clients they were attending and gave them their full undivided attention. They also do waxing, micro- blading, and a few other extra add-on services. Booking online is pretty easy too. I booked appointments for me and 2 other ladies online and they were ready for us when we arrived.

I really wanted to love this place, I really did. I absolutely adore my technician Natalie who is always sweet and does a good job.Unfortunately, their scheduler has twice sent me the time for my polish change (the second portion of my appointment) instead of my earlier appointment. So, thats me driving out twice for an appointment that I miss because I received the incorrect time.Rather than try to rectify it, apologize, or just complete whatever can be done with the time, my phone is blamed and Im turned away. I want to support a black owned business. I want to tip well and bring in more customers. I cannot do this with bad service while being made to feel that I am not valuable as a customer.I will attach photos of the nail services I have received since Natalie is really great! Just be aware that the time texted to you may be incorrect.

Unfortunately I did not have a positive experience at this nail salon establishment. My party and I visited the nail salon on 5/15/2021. The receptionist stated there would be only 1 person available to service 1 of us. After my nails were completed I was told by my nail technician that she would be able to provide service on my party as well, which confused me because the receptionist informed us earlier that they could only provide service to one of us. Maybe somebody cancelled before my service was completed.I went up to the cash register, while Tia our nail technician started working on my partys Pedicure. The receptionist asked me are you paying separately or together? I stated together. As I approach her and pulled out my wallet. She asked is he paying or are you? I came towards her with my wallet, so I thought that was a unexpected question. I paid for the 2 transactions, and I did not receive or was asked if Id like my receipt. I watched as she took the receipt from the credit card machine and staple it onto the service slip. I asked her for my copy of the receipt and her immediate answer was do you really need one?, and I answered yes please. I asked if it was okay for her to email it to me and she said okay. At this point she wasnt communicating effectively so it took longer for her to email my receipt. When I started stating my email to her she suddenly told me to spell out my whole email, and afterwards she said thats a long email she was obviously not being silly or friendly as she did not express any positive expressions.She continued to act as if she was sending the email to me and then she just stood there for a good moment. I had to ask her if she was done for her to give me an answer after watching her just standing no longer typing. She was just going to let me stand there the entire time and not inform me if the receipt was sent. I just said, Thank you anyways because I didnt want to escalate the situation.I sat down afterward waiting for my partys nail service to be completed. I noticed another customer approach the receptionist, and the receptionists attitude had completely changed from how she was interacting with me. She expressed a more fake positive attitude stating Oh did you have a good time (something along those lines)?. Mind you this customer seemed as polite as I was, the only difference was our appearance. I felt discriminated by the receptionist because of my appearance. Then a few minutes later, some other employee approached the receptionist. The receptionist started whispering, and I could hear her complaint about me asking for a receipt that wasnt even offered to me in the first place. I showed gratitude to my nail technician one more time and once more to the receptionist. Either she couldnt hear me or couldnt care less to respond to me. After I got home and checked my email, I didnt receive the email receipt after all.The only good experience I had was with my nail technician Tia Lou. She was very attentive with our services. Overall, I would not recommend anyone to visit this nail salon as long as the receptionist is still employed there.

The salon is nice, clean and has a really cute vibe buttttt.....Went for a gel manicure and deluxe pedicure. The nail tech was nice and gentle (a little too gentle for my pedicure) but just 24hours after the service my nails started to chip. I’ve never had gel chip before and usually only have to change or get a full cause my nails have grown out; but now just 7 days out I already have 4 chipped nails. Was really expecting them to last a lot longer.

Woulda been 4* but too many issues. The nails took over 2 and a 1/2 hours! they tried to up charge us for the shape and the size even though I kept asking for thinner coffin and they couldnt do it. We called in for a and asked for the price there they told us 45 each for gel full set and $5 each design yet they still tried to charge us $20 more for the shape!!They were very very nice but the nails feel like theyre gonna break really soon 😢which is not normal with acrylic nails they should feel solid.

Came in yesterday for a jelly pedi the tech didn’t start on me for over 35 minutes. The water in the pedi bowl was cold.she kept wrapping my feet in cold towels and I didn’t even get to do my Parrafin wax or hot stone and still got charged $80! So I paid 80 dollars to have gel polish put on my toes and have my feet sit in cold jelly? This place is a rip off . Then I asked receptionist if my pedi tech could do a soak off while I got my pedi and she said “oh she doesn’t do nails” buuut I sat and watched her be 35 mins late for my appointment while a she did someone else’s nails? Horrible…Never again… rip off!

Made an appointment for myself and my friend a few days in advance and our services started an hour late. My friend’s nails were messed up and after 2+ hours, she politely asked to just have everything removed and offered to pay so we could leave. It was taking a long time and we wanted to get going as we had plans for after our appointment. The tech and manager insisted we stay to have them finished. We were there for a total of 4 hours and she left unhappy with her nails. It has been 2 days and my gel manicure is already starting to chip. The staff was nice enough, it just seemed like they were too busy and possibly having an off day. It just wasn’t worth having a delayed start and being stuck there for 4 hours.

This nail salon take advantage of disabled young ladies. My granddaughter has gone there twice and both times they have quoted a price and when they get done with her nails the price is always $15 to $20 dollars over the quoted amount. Its sad for this salon to do this to disabled people.

4 stars for my first visit. 3 stars for my last two visits.The first time I went here was great to get my gel x extensions, the tech did sucha good job they didn’t need to be redone for almost 24 days! However that nail tech isn’t there anymore.The second time I got my gel x the tech Ericka was nice enough but when I went home I could see that she didn’t put the extension AT my cuticle line which meant these wouldn’t last as long.On my 3rd visit I had my gel x removed very roughly. A couple days later I could tell how POORLY this job was done. My nail looked crazy at work and I got home and realized that the they hadn’t taken everything off. I had to file it off myself and luckily I had a good heavy duty file. To this day I still have a bit of extension left on my pinky nail.They need to have experienced staff removing extensions.

Nice staff, but very poor service and probably the worst experience I’ve ever had and I get an acrylic full set all the time.I first want to state, I understand how busy a business can get and understandable if they can’t receive you right at your appointment time, but I had to wait an additional 30 minutes or so and then it took 3 hours to get the nails done which should have only taken 45-60 minutes at the max.I asked for an ombre originally and the person who was doing my nails said they couldn’t do it with gel and opted for colored acrylics. Long story short, it didn’t work out. The first color was putt on the tips of each nail and then we tried the second color on one nail. That alone took probably about an hour to an hour and a half to do. If the technician wasn’t confident to do ombré, I was already ready to do just a solid color. Their Instagram seemed like they would be able to do it.I then asked to just have the nails filled and colored with gel polish which took the remaining hour or so. Luckily the nails did come out okay, thicker than I’d like and slightly uneven if you look close, but not worth the stress of being there for 3 hours. I would say they aren’t the best nails I’ve ever had done.Would not recommend getting acrylics done here or anything along the lines of ombré unless it’s less than two fingers.Sorry for the bad review, but it was very unpleasant.

Best nail salon in the USA! Eve was my technician and she was amazing and very attentive and caring about my comfort and left my hands and feet feeling and looking their best! Also the products they use are top quality. The salon was clean and upbeat and wish they would open one in South Florida!

Just got a gel mani/pedi and facial and it was absolutely wonderful as always. This is my fourth or fifth time coming here and I won’t go anywhere else! I’ve had services by a few of the girls and they are all very sweet, I have a crazy life and I’ve been able to vent to all of them! They do such a great job, take their time and I chipped a nail one time (my fault) and they were able to get me in the same day to repair it. I was greeted by Miranda again who is always so nice and welcoming. She also makes really good vanilla lattes! The salon is beautiful and has a chilled vibe and you can tell everyone that works here is extremely customer focused. They also take COVID and sanitizing very seriously which is a plus right now.

For a first timer getting a nail treatment... fine lmao a mani/pedi, the attention to detail along with the professional teamwork shown by the duos of Lili/Natalie and Adriana/Eve was extremely eye popping. Even when running behind schedule, my fiancee and I were still able to enjoy their provided services along with obtaining insight on which venues to enjoy during our stay in the city. Went for the first time 8/1/20 and loved the experience. I’ll definitely be going back for mani/pedi services. I like that it’s not huge so although it was busy it wasn’t packed full of people and I didn’t feel rushed. Also loved that it’s black owned with a diverse staff.

Wow! Love the new salon! Stopped by on a whim 2 weeks ago and got a deluxe gel pedicure and a deluxe gel manicure and I’m super impressed with the service, my nails and the salon. First of all, not 1 nail has chipped, my hands and feet still feel soft from the scrub, all the girls are nice and attentive (they all speak English!), the salon is so pretty and is very clean. I was at the salon for a while as I added a few things onto my services and I saw how the nail techs sanitize their tools, stations and pedi area and I’m super impressed. I will be going to Vibe Nail Bar and nowhere else from now on!

I just moved into the area and saw Vibe Nail Bar chance while getting food nearby. I decided to give them a try and Im very happy that I did! From the attention to detail when doing my gel mani to the look and feel of the salon, I will never go anywhere else. I was checked in and then my nail technician Monique kindly came over introduced herself and took me over to the swatch area as I needed help me pick out colors as I can be very indecisive. Throughout my service Monique regularly checked to make sure I was happy with everything which I thought was great customer service. My nails looked great and Monique you did amazing, thank you!

My girlfriend had been begging me to get a manicure and pedicure for the last several weeks. It didnt seem like a very masculine thing for me to do, so naturally I resisted. The staff at Vibe was understanding, totally professional, and they explained all my options to me in detail (flat, shiny, etc.). After that initial apprehension faded, the experience ended up being very pleasant and relaxing. My girlfriend is super happy, and Im definitely going to make Vibe Nail Bar a part of my regular routine.

Very friendly staff. However, the dip is not applied thick enough. It’s chipped on me 3 times now. Never in my life had my dip chipped when done at my old salon. Very unfortunate because I like the atmosphere.

Staff was full of beautiful ladies with even better attitudes. I advise any man looking for a place to go to that treats you like a king this is it!

I come to Vibe every two weeks for dip mani and deluxe pedi. I love them. Alley does a great job on my nails and everyone that has done my feet always shape them exactly how I like them and it looks great. I love the owner. She is always kind and everyone that works there is always very nice. Check them out. I’m a regular.

My girl Camryn is the best! I’ve been coming here since the salon was taken over a few months ago. The nail techs are all so welcoming and I love how clean this salon is (they take their tools out of pouches every time). I got the deluxe mani/pedi and eyebrow wax and my hands and feet look extra cute. I think I’ll bring my boyfriend with me next time!

I just got my nails done here my nails look good but my thumb is still hurting from the lady and they tried to overcharge but other than that I would recommend it..I did give this 3 stars but now its 2 stars bc in less than a week I broke a nail by just drying my hands ..definitely werent thick enough
