The first photo is what I had asked for. The second is what I got. The third is their price list. I got a gel fill. They charged me $50 as opposed to their listed $25. My gel polish didn’t set and is bubbling up 5 minutes after leaving. Owner would notaddress concerns before I left. Shady place.

Today is my birthday, positive vibes only so I made an appointment, showed up on time with my mask & plenty of money 2 get pampered only to be told they will not do my nails. When I asked why, the lady just said sorry. I didn’t argue, I just left and said thank u... apparently they only serve white people. It’s cool, I’ll go down the street

I have a lot to say but I’ll keep it brief because I don’t like to leave negative reviews.I had an appointment and they were not ready to take me when I arrived.Rather than seating me, asking if I would mind waiting a few minutes, offering me color options, I was just treated rudely and ignored. The only person who bothered to address me barely looked up from what he was doing and they had three staff members there working on only two people.I don’t know why the service was so horrible and the atmosphere was so cold. I’ve never been there before but I am a good customer who tips well and I will certainly never be back. Very disappointing.There are much better salons less than a mile away.

Had a great experience. Cleanest shop that I have been in. I drove from Jones and 95, as my granddaughter recommended. Ill be back!!!

Long lasting nails that wont disappoint. Tweety is the best tech with a bubbly personality and everyone is friendly. They have every color you can imagine and are creative! Some reviews say they are pricey, but the quality and care are outstanding.

I’ve been coming here for over 13 years when the salon was in another location. Best in town hands down.

So I’ve been going to them for a couple months now. Almost a year. They have good service on and off and honestly they are close to my home. But recently the service has been bad. My last visit which was my absolute last visit was just not up to par. I always tell them to not file my nails down because now my nails and nail beds are super fragile ( I only get my natural nails done no acrylic) and I have told them multiple times not to do it. Each time they try to tell me that they HAVE to blah blah. I am also a cosmetologist and I know that they don’t have to file down as much. But the kicker of my last visit was that they were bringing politics into the building. Talking about it asking about voting etc and multiple customers asked them to change the Channel on the tv because it was clearly something we didn’t want to watch. I was waiting for a long amount of time and the last couple times my nails have been mediocre for the price I was paying. But like I said my nails are now brittle and breaking I got my nails done on Friday....I have 2 broken nails & 2 nails that are almost broken it’s ridiculous that I paid $65 for a polish change NOTHING ELSE. & now my nails are all broken 3 days later. They use to have a tech named tia I believe and she was amazing but since she’s left service has gone down hill.

The interior of the store is nice and the workers were friendly and I appreciated that. The bad part was the most important, the nails. I had very long and strong natural nails and wanted to get gels to help protect and harden them. One man shaped and filed my nails while a girl took over painting them and that’s where it went downhill. The base polish burned when she put it under the UV lamp but it jut tried playing it off and dealt with it. Then she started piling on the polish coats until my nails looked like a thick mess, to the point it made my nails look misshaped and gloopy. Not only that but she missed one of my middle fingers with the top coat and went back and forth literally 5 times taking it off and on and piling the polish on even more and made the thickness even worse. I told her I was going to be late to work if she kept going over it but she still went even when I asked her to stop saying it would only take 5 more minutes. Except that happened 3 times making me 15 minutes late to work. After literally 2 days my gel nails which typically last 2 weeks started scraping and becoming dull and after a week I had to take the polish off. Too bad because my nails were absolutely RUINED, and I take great care of my nails and they’ve never looked this bad after getting gels. Probably the worst manicure of my life, and a waste of $35 plus tip.

Prices are absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!! Decided to take me daughter here because they were close by and I wanted to treat her, I went in and asked for a gel manicure and pedicure for us both. I admit everyone was pleasant, however when it came time to pay the lady in front started tallying until she got to $160! I said wait hold on, explain that again.... she did. I asked to see the menu and they indeed are OVERCHARGING! If youre going to charge higher than normal prices you need to warn your customers! $85 for me and $75 for my daughter to get gel pedicures and manicures is CRAZY and Ill NEVER be back. I suggest you all go somewhere else, unless you like overpaying for ok work. Should have waited and went to my normal place and saved $125. 😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

The one guy burned my finger with the nail file machine, then played it off like it never happened and didn’t ask if I wanted my nails shorter and they are uneven and crooked but then they switched to a lady who painted my nails did a good job.Not going again.

We love this place they always treat you great and the work is top notch. I recommend the deluxe pedi and mani.

So I tried this place out because it was close by unfortunately its very pricey! I think since their located in a more expensive area they feel they can charge more. But I attended anyway thinking they may have great service. I had acrylics done with gel and it was awful I went to another salon two weeks later and they had to correct my nails and reshape them. A month passes I decided to give it another go and try a different person. As soon as I arrive theyre clearly arguing in front on everyone. I dont know about you but I dont want some upset person giving me a pedicure. It was okay, nothing special but by the next day my feet still look dry and cracked. I also decided to have my nails redone during this second visit she talked politics (you should never politics as it maybe offensive) as well as what I may assume to be the owners wife, she went around asking customers if they would like to have some candy but did not call it candy but viagra... I remained quiet, just wanting to get out of there as soon as my nails were completed. The lady charged me more to have my nail tips rounded instead of square. I have never in my life paid $10 more to have my nail tips rounded!!! I also clearly explain to make sure to no excess acrylic is left underneath the nail because of my last visit at their facility, I had the same issue. They explained to me if I wash my hands it will go away!?!?! If Im paying their expensive prices I expect my nails to be exceptional near perfection. So now 8 days have passed my feet are dry and cracked, the nail polish gel has already chipped off three nails and counting. I really wouldnt recommend this place due to my past two visits within the last two months.

The place Is 2 min from my house so I thought Id try it. I showed Tweety a picture of what I wanted and the outcome was gorgeous. She did a very good job. Thanks tweety for my sexy nails. Will definitely return!! :)
