Friendly services, clean environment, best public relations. The Nail Tech went above and beyond of their schedule for their clients in Top Spa Nails, they coming in before the shop is open or staying late after closing hours just for the clients.

I have getting my nails done by Lynn for 6 years now. The staff is friendly and polite. They are so attentive to your needs. I would never go anywhere else. This place is excellent!!!

Today is the first time I got my nails done with French tips ever. Lynn did a fantastic job cleaning my nails and painting my nails. There are so many nail shops in Vegas. But this one stands out with their attentiveness and attention to detail. Everyone is so friendly!! If you live in Summerlin, have to come to Tropicana and Hualapai. Its next to Smiths grocery store.

If you need a quick pedicure this is a good little salon. They were quick to serve me, and when I explained I was under a time crunch they were quick to get me out the door. Responsive, respective, clean, and good pricing. Not a bad little salon at all.

One of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. I asked for a hard gel fill and it seemed they had an attitude. I spoke with the manager first because as I was with the nail tech, she decided to just jump in the conversation. Saying if I dont like HOW they do nails I need to find another salon... the crazy part about it was the nail tech never even looked at my hands... maybe it was a bad day for them. Not sure. But they arent very nice or friendly people. I dont understand the rudeness..Ive never been treated this way at a salon.. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. I hope they see this review and change a few things for customers to feel welcome and heard. All I asked for was a GEL FIL, because in allergic to acrylic.. no designs no glitter.. just a solid color.
