At first it was going well and the pedicures were not bad. They weren’t thorough or worth $45 but I expected it to be over a little priced. There also seemed to be conflict among the staff and owners. The dip on my nails was never dried and I left the place with wet nails. I was expected to put my hands in front of a fan instead of using the UV light on the same table leaving my nails shape poor and the polish bumpy. The shape of the mails themselves weren’t very good looking bulky and ‘flat’. Also they waited until after the service to tell us they require us to pay with Zelle. I have no issue with this except logging into my bank account in public and sending money when we should be able to pay with card. I wouldn’t ever recommend this place to anyone. There are many more smaller issues but these are the main few I picked up on. Go somewhere else.

Nancy was so gentle and a perfectionist in everything she does. She cared about my opinion and I appreciated that. The place is serene and beautiful. Love this place!

I paid a extra 10$ for a dead skin removal… does it look gone to you? They made my big toe bleed and left paint all over my foot. It was 55$ and this is what I paid for. Garbage

My service at this salon was the best service Ive had to date at any nail shop. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. I recently traveled to Vegas and wanted to find some spa services. I didnt make it to the spa but these guys treated me like VIP.Ben gave me the best pedicure of my life. His massage was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G!!!!Tweety N. did my nails and they were just so beautiful. She shaped them to perfection and had my dry and brittle cuticles looking healthy by the time I left the shop.They both were so nice and professional and I didnt feel rushed out of the shop which happens a lot at nail salons.Thank you both guys. If/when I make it back to Vegas Ill be sure to stop in!!!!

Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes. I called ahead and they said they take walk-ins when I called earlier.I ended up leaving.They have no respect for customers time.

Made me pay in advance for the worst nails I have ever seen done and I graduated cosmotology school with these overpriced Rachet looking nails that looked like a student practiced on me. The lady was rude and very disrespectful and wasn’t wearing shoes most of the time. The other lady wasn’t wearing her mask. Reached out to them to resolve this like professionals and never heard back. At this point I’m prepared to take it to state board because of the practices and unprofessional mismanagement and negligence on their part. She couldn’t even sculpt nails and charged me 130 for something trashy and not even professional grade at all. I have pictures and people thought it was time for my two week fill the day after they were done. I would appreciate to be contacted by the owner to discuss everything. If not I will be taking action my own way. Have no idea where they get off on being a nice salon. They might have a great atmosphere but they are unsanitary rude and mistreat their customers. I might as well have had a student do my nails because she took my 140 dollars before service then did the ugliest looking nails that resembled nothing of professional at all and to charge that up front and treat me and my daughter the way she did was absolutely uncalled for. I should be recompensated for nails that broke and lifted within days of having them done. She didn’t even push my cuticles back and my nails were showing on the sides on some of them where it was emmbarressing.

BEST pedicure ever!!!!! Johnny was awesome, very detail oriented and the entire pedicure pedicure especially the leg and foot scrub and massage was well worth the $70! I’ll be back next time I’m in Vegas!

Phenomenal service that war much more affordable than the bougie places in the hotels. They have massage chairs (which I love) and their calf and shin massages were amazing after 3 days of walking all over Vegas. They guy even said hed fix me up and have me walking all day and dancing all night. He sure did.

We had been here previously on a visit to Vegas and my wife was excited to get a pedicure. We made an appointment and showed up on time. They did t have a spot for both of us... so I told my wife to go ahead. It was rushed, and poor quality compared to our previous visit. We wont be back.

Extremely overpriced for poor quality. The staff was very unfriendly and rude. When I presented the issue to the technician and upper level supervisor nothing was done about it.

I’m from Los Angeles & I came to Las Vegas to family. I was scared to find a decent nail salon because I never got my nails or feet done outside Los Angeles. I must say by far this is one of the best nail salon. My feet are nice and my eyebrows are gorgeous. I pay at least 150 for everything in Los Angeles so I don’t care about a price when it comes to beauty. This is a must go to nail salon, I will be back. Thank you

Dimitri did a amazing jobs on my pedicure. He took his time to give me the best quality. Feet look on point. Super soft and smooth. Worth every dollar.

I went here and they wanted me to pay in the middle of my manicure. The elderly couple should not be working as they clearly can no see when cutting nails they cut into my flesh it hurt so bad I just paid for what they did and left

Something changed here. No longer use liners for pedicure bath..gross. made my friend wait 25 min in the soak and only took polish off her toes just to make her wait again. Tried to charge me 10 extra bux for clear coat after having a cut down and one nail replaced. Ridiculous. The nail replaced was sloppy and whopsided. When I took off my nails I had FUNGUS on 3!! Yikes!! NEVER AGAIN! Im pretty sure theyre not up to code and the customer service is poor. They dont even offer drinks ..u have to ask ..even when u spend over 100 bux!. This place is trash! Wont be back

A great team. Came here after breaking a nail, I had just flown in from London. They managed to squeeze me in as a walk in, they did a fantastic job.

Quick and friendly very clean

I have been working hard and decided to take a vacation to Las Vegas with my family. I didnt have time to get my nails and feet done before vacation so I decided to find a nail shop in the area. I was on my way to the first place I googled and I saw Strip nails on the way. So I decided to stop there. Im so glad I did. The atmosphere was very elegant, customer service was dynamic and the technicians were talented and friendly. This will be my nail salon every time I visit Las Vegas.

I get fairly regular pedicures and this place is better than anywhere Ive been in the last four years!!! They are very friendly and personable!! The lady that did my pedicure oup me to sleep with the foot massage!!! It was AMAZING! This place has 5 star quality and service that people come to expect in Vegas. We will be back!

Excellent service. Walked in for a mani and pedi and they were able to take care of me right away. I left very pleased with my nails. Clean salon and they obviously follow proper hygiene and sanitary practices.

Visiting Las Vegas from Massachusetts, found this beautiful place, very proffesional and super clean, staff very friendly and I love my nails!!!... highly recommended!!!

Very expensive for an average job. Place is very nice but i am not paying for it to just be nice. Every little thing is extra and the employees were laughing or mocking whenever you decided not to do something because it is too expensive or was extra. Will not return.

We visited this salon while holidaying from Australia the salon is neat and tidy, We had a pedicure and manicure it was high quality and not rushed, would recommend their services.

I just had my nails done and love them! A pedi with gel polish on the toes, and express mani on my hands.

This is my second visit here, and it won’t be my last I love this place. It’s quiet elegant and it’s close to home. And considering it’s so close to the strip the prices are reasonable. It’s open late witch is perfect because of my crazy work schedule and my fav Tweety is so patient and sweet. She does a great job.

Bottom line- gorgeous nails. I made an appointment prior but still had to wait 20 minutes to be seen.

I asked if they were able to do designs and they were not. No air conditioning in building when outside temp was over 100 degrees. Very poor communication.

This place is awful I came in they discriminated me they wanted me to pay up front for all the things they were going to get done my eyebrows full set and pedicure I will never come back here they have bad customer service please go somewhere else

The gel manicure was chipping within a week. Areas not covered well on some nails and it was scratched in other areas. Staff was friendly and place was clean.
