Ive been going to Casey for my full sets for YEARS and she has NEVER disappointed!!! She knows my personal style exactly so I can trust her to freestyle art on my nails. I fall in love every time I get them done. Shes fantastic. The rest of the staff, especially Destoney and Paige, are very sweet and professional. Im always treated with the upmost respect when I visit and the new owner, Nasim, is AMAZING in conducting her business (i will never go to anyone else for my brows!!!) Highly recommend coming here for ALL your services!!!

Mary is so amazing! She did beautiful stiletto nails and started close to my inspiration photo. Someone else did my boyfriends pedicure and he was extremely pleased with the service as well

I wanted to give them 5 stars so bad. They were so nice, even stayed open working on my nails after they close. But the inconsistency of the shape of my nail.. was not so great. Also it looks like I colored my nails by myself. Paint is all over the place, and the inside of my nails still have that white stuff. And the white color that you see on top of my nails, is matte color. :( not what I expected... but theyre so nice..

The worst gel manicure and pedicure I have ever had. To begin with, it was super hot in the salon. The woman who did my nails used one of those drills to take the gel polish off, and multiple time I felt like she was burning through my nail layers. The gel clumped and my nails were uneven. Shes fixed a couple in the salon but I decided I couldnt get out of there fast enough. Never again

The charge for every bit of service you get and have the nerve to not shape your nails right ! This has been my worst set in all my life and I have gotten my nails done many places !!!!!

Just came to get my nails done and they denied me service after the older woman was gonna call her husband the young woman was going to speak and the lady says Oh, do you want to it? And then the younger woman proceeded by saying that they do not accept full set after 5pm. There was not one customer in the building and neither of these ladies wanted to do their job her statement might bhave been believable had the older lady not tried to phone her husband to do them. My business will stay at the 24/7 Posh nail lounge for 10 more. I was doing laundry here so it was logical of course.

Worst place to ever go. Thick, not even painted all the way, when I complained they said it’s their head nail tech. $115 for the worst set.

The pedicure was good. But as far as my new set of nails... not happy at all. My nails are bumpy and uneven. They look good from a far or in the dark but up close are awful. Paid 70$ for them. I went there because I saw good reviews so maybe it was just the lady I got but definitely will not be going back.

Ali & Salon would receive a zero if it were an option.The customer service was horrible upon a walking in the door. My best friend and I made an appointment for 2 p.m. which they schedule for 1 p.m. They gave us attitude about accommodating us for showing up late even though our confirmations stated 2 p.m.. A lady walked over to us and looked us and looked us up and down, like you would see in a movie. She asked us what we needed done, and instructed us to pick some colors while she hoovered next to us on a personal phone call, continuing to look us up and down.My friend and I both got mani-pedis, I the regular, she the deluxe. Her attendant rushed her service as she was finished 10 to 15 minutes before me.My attendant asked me to pay for the service before he even finished. No one else was asked to pay before their attendant was done servicing the and he tried to make small talk, as if to negate the negative energy. He then insulted me by telling me that because I was not married nor have any children that I must be single even though Im in a relationship.My friends attendant insulted her by calling her a such a big baby because she is ticklish. She also did not clean up the extra polish she left around my friends nails. Her manicure did not look professionally done.0 for professionalism0 full customer service0 for quality of service provided.I will never visit this establishment again.

Stopped here after breaking my nail earlier that morning. Mary fixed my nail and then some. The set and design I received was great! If an accident like this happens again, I now know where to go.

I went to this place because the reviews were so good. I had a horrible experience! The man that works there couldn’t get my gel polish off, he kept drilling and drilling until Mary stopped him, and told him he was using the wrong drill. As a result my nailbeds are extremely weak. Mary had a different nail technician a woman do my nails. I have been getting the dip done on my nails for over three years and never had a problem, just moved here so I was looking for a new place. My nails started cracking and breaking off the first night. I went back a few days later and Mary told me it was the polish, I kept telling her it was the nail beds. The same girl did my nails again, I had her make them really short so the nail beds wouldn’t bend and the polish crack again. Mary told her to put three coats on, I reminded her as well but she kept saying it wouldn’t look good. I told them if I had to come back again I was going to be extremely upset. Long story short of course, They are cracked again! I am not going back and wasting my time. By the way the second time that I went back I came in when Mary told me to come in and ended up waiting over an hour to get my nails redone. I feel that Mary’s employees don’t listen to her, or to the client. I won’t be giving them another chance, I guess I will have to go somewhere else and pay again. The other thing is the nail technician kept acting like it was my fault that my nail beds were so thin, she actually told me that I should leave my nails natural for a month to make them stronger and take vitamins. I work in a professional atmosphere and need to have nice nails. I just hope I can find someone that can fix this mess. $55 down the drain and a lot of hassle. I do not recommend this place!

In the process of moving from Miami, to Las Vegas— after being with my nail tech for many years, it’s very difficult for me to find someone else to do my nails the way she does at home. I saw the reviews & pictures at Nails & Salon, and loved it. The owner recommended me to her daughter, Z. As I was in there everyone asked for Z. After having a not so swell experience with another employee, the owner quickly resolved the situation and booked me with her daughter. Her daughter, Z, soaked off my nails from the first tech, and she DID THEM THANGS!!!!!! She was precise, she was clean and she made sure to shape my nails & create the designs I originally e for. Though the first experience was not as planned, the owner of this salon really turned my experience around. She was so sweet and turned a negative into a super positive. Z, thank you for your creativity, patience and CUSTOMER satisfaction. I will never do my nails elsewhere in Vegas.

Went to get my nails done here for the first time.. Lynn did my nails and GIRLLLLLLLLL THEY ARE ON POINT!!! FOUND MY NEW NAIL SHOP!!

Low quality and effort.Paid for the mid-range pedicure. My friend got the same and went first. With everything included it was supposed to take 25+ min, at least according to the menu they have. My friend finished in like 10 minutes. She rushed through everything and skimped everything. I timed mine to be exact. Total from me sitting down to putting on my shoes was 7:32 seconds. There was no longer behind us and this was the middle of the day. The massage was the same as if my 5 year old was told to wash his feet. Lasted about 20 seconds for both feet. I also warned her about a massive blister on my foot (walking too much in Vegas😎). Less than 20 seconds later, she takes the scrub brush and goes to town on it. I said ouch and told her that was my blister I just pointed out to her and she gave me a bothered look. Theres more issues, but if recommend somewhere else.Gave a couple stars because its clean and the staff overall was friendly.

So I called the salon the women who answered was so professional and so informative on what I was callin to ask she then referred me to Z the best nail tech!! She is the shape QUEEN 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯 no if ands or buts she’s extremely passionate about doing nails so her work shows through it. Definitely will be always coming here when I’m out in Vegas. New to Vegas and since Ive been here they have treated me like family, the sisters are the best, Not to mention the other nail techs do a great job Always! My husband gets his feet done here so Men are welcome!! Plus they offer a wonderful hair dresser that is a color specialist extension pro and an expert in Men cuts! On top of all that they are conveniently located close to The Strip!

Went there because it was the closest nail salon to me I forgot the lady’s name but she was older her customer service was terrible even w other customers she made me feel uncomfortable and defensive the entire time she also left my nails bloody and sore.— my nails are very pretty but shouldn’t have to go through terrible customer service to get that point.

My wife was talked into getting gel acrylics. They literally tore off after a night. We called and spoke to an employee who stated they would issue a full refund and fix the nails. We came that night and they had closed 40 minutes early, knowing we were on the way for our refund. Came back 2 days later only to have the manager or landlord deny our refund and kick us out of the store after offering a 50% refund and telling us his employee shouldnt have said that. Theyre still liable.

Never judge a book by it’s cover rings true to this gem. Neighborhood is not the best, but everything else makes up for that! They were fully booked when I called but Mary said if I could be there in 10 minutes she could squeeze me in and I just happened to be close by. To my surprise the gel color I chose was mood changing, which I’m now obsessed with! It changes between light and dark grey. Mary gave the best manicure, my cuticles were in need of some extra love! And completed it with an amazing paraffin bath and massage. She was so sweet and such a joy to talk to!

I brought my wife in for a manicure and pedicure and I saw that they did hair. We both got our hair cuts with Mrs. Victoria and our nails were so nice and cleaned up. They definitely took their time and made sure the job was done right. We really appreciated their services and they were very reasonable in their prices. We will both be regulars!

Went here to get my nails done last week when I was in Vegas for my bday. I thought this place would be cheaper and be less busy than the strips’ salons. Since I saw so many good reviews, I decided to stop by for a full set. They kept changing the price so it was over $70 which is way over normal full set price. The finished set was bulky and uneven. They look like they needed to be shaped still..it’s been a week and I need to get a fill and get the broken nails fixed. Not impressed. I would rather go to a high end place and pay the same for better service.

Took an Uber from the strip here due to the good reviews and decent prices. We were not disappointed! I was married the following day with a great mani/pedi and my Mom and sisters nails looked great too!One thing I will say is that we made reservations 2 weeks prior and they had no record as of the day before so we had to make them again.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I called at 3:30 for a 4:00 pm appointment and was not seen until 5:20. I was quoted $52 over the phone and was charged $2 extra dollars for the length which they never told be would be extra. The First Lady who started my nails was using the wrong liquid and as she drilled my nails she caught her hair in the drill. Shaping started off horrible so I asked for another tech 3 hours later my nails are done I recommend staying far away from this place! I wish I would have left when they were taking so long but I needed my nails done for a out of town trip and my normal lady was busy. This place should be closed down and license should be taken away!

In Vegas for vacation... I got my nails done back home in Florida before I came here and hated them. My first night here i messed up my toes and decided to just go get my nails and toes fixed. I called ahead and they were super friendly. Mary not only fixed my nails and toes but her, Z, the rest of the staff and customers were all awesome and instantly put me in a better mood. I HONESTLY LOVE THIS PLACE! This salon is by far the best one Ive been to! Their costumer service is fantastic, they made me feel completely comfortable, and they give best result nails for a great price! They not only do manicures, but they do many things as well; which includes pedicures, hair, eyelashes, eyebrows, basically everything beauty! Zee was the lovely lady who did my nails and I love them! She definitely helped me with the color choice and made them the exact way I pictured! I called 2 days in advance for a 10:00 am appointment. I got there at 9:30 am and waited outside until 10:15 am until a man came over and told me his sisters wouldn’t show until 11:00. This is not how you run a business. Spent money on an rideshare app and now I have to go back without any services done. Waste of time and money. Good reviews brought me to this salon but the customer service is horrendous.

I was getting my nails done and in the middle of the service the lady switched to work on another customer and the guy finished them off but wasnt doing to great. The shape and length of my nails were inconsistent. My boyfriend also went to get a haircut and they do a terrible job, they left his hair uneven and short on the back. Would never go back here or recommend this place to anyone.

A mani/pedi for a man was $55! On top of that, I didn’t get a full manicure, just a cut down & file. The people were nice, but for the price, I would have gone somewhere better.
