Bewareif you want a manicure that ends with Multiple bloody fingers, artificial nails glued to your skin and your technician disregarding your voiced complaints of pain than the technician of asian descent with straight shoulder length black hair in her late 50s will provide for you.This is the experience my 13-year-old daughter had atPin up nails on Buffalo and Tropicana.

Their customer service was on point, I love my nails and how my toes turned out. I was a walk in and a friend told me about them. But there prices was outrages. I got short, coffin, pink and white ombre, with a pedicure and it came out to 122$. Never have I paid that much for a basic set...maybe if I had stones, different colors, longer length, depth detail...I was just confused with why they were so much. But in the end I paid and of course I tipped....If your a first time visitor make sure to get all the pricing before hand and other then that they were awesome. 💗👍😛😎😄 Now I know to ask before I get anything lol.

Went to get my pedicure done and the lady did not to a good job. Also it seemed like I got the wrong nail technician she was rude! Everyone else seemed nice though. Will not be going back there again

I saw the place on IG and I was like okay let me see what they are about. I am very impressed. Very professional and Holly did an amazing job. I will be back most definitely. I showed Holly a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and she did just that. I highly recommend this nail salon.

Being that I don’t live in Las Vegas, was just visiting this salon was amazing. Very clean, staff was nice and overall just a good experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I love this place! Christina has been doing my nails and brows for 10+years. Amazing every time. The salon is very clean. Hand washing upon entering the salon is a requirement here. Dividers are between the chairs as well.

I have been going to Pin Up Nail Bar since they opened and I have never have had a bad experience! It is always clean and always has good music playing. Holly started about a month or two ago and she does an awesome job on my nails and waxing my eyebrows. I’m pretty simple when it comes to my nails but she knows how to make them sparkle with glitter! You can tell she has a lot of experience and she loves what she does! Thank you Holly!

DO NOT GO HERE! I went in on May 26th with my girlfriends for a mani/pedi. I didnt mind waiting for 30 mins even through our appointment was set at 11am. My pedicure was wonderful. However, I did tell my lady that I wanted purple/clear acrylic nails. She end up giving me gel nails instead. Something I didnt ask for and end up paying $70 for everything. It hasnt been a week yet and my gel nails are chipping and damage. I will never go back to this place again.

Went in for mani/pedi with friends, we had appointments for 11, they didn’t have us back for at least 30 minutes, the lady who did my pedi cut my toe with the cuticle clippers and it got infected for the 3 days following. And when she finished my mani, she just got up and left, I wasn’t even sure where she went.My friends were up charged for gel when they asked for acrylic. And we were all charged different prices that we didn’t feel matched the quality or service.

Update: the owner Kim heard my complaints and made sure I was taken care of my last visit. The technician was sweet and thorough. I come every couple weeks so Im happy I can confidently come back to a good service!‐---‐--------‐-----------------‐-------------------------------------------I usually love my pedicures here. The last 3 times I came in the techs were friendly and helpful. I come in because I need my calluses removed and massage mostly.The guy I had was short with me. My gel is clumpy, he drained the tub before even scrubbing the bottoms of my feet, was annoyed when I asked for help with my calluses AGAIN. He dropped his tool on the floor without sanitizing it and used it on me.He rinsed my feet with cold water afterwards. When he sprayed alcohol on my toes they stung bc he cut my cuticles. The hot towel was cold at the end. Im in the beauty industry and Im super disappointed. I live 2 min away but I guess Im going back to driving across town to get my gel pedicures again.

I have been a customer of PinUp Nail Bar since the day they opened, and have always received top-notch, friendly, and professional manicure and pedicure services. Lately, I have noticed a number of bad reviews for the shop, but these reviews are from people who have never even been customers but rather who are attempting to blackmail the salon for free services. Usually very happy with their work but yesterday they cut my daughter and didnt want to do the design she picked cause they were in a hurry.

What an amazing team. They back up their manicures to the fullest. I had a gel nail peal and they fixed it no fuss. Then I broke my nail putting up my Christmas lights and they fixed no charge. Customer for life as if I wasnt already.Everytime I get my nails done (gel mani) they last easy 6 weeks perfect.

They charge really expensive and their work is poor and ugly at the end. I paid $90 for my nails yesterday and my nail is broke already. Never ever go back to this place. If you think I will get something out of writing a review you are totally wrong and you are just looking for excuses. I am so sorry for your poor job and customer service. You are unprofessional and whoever come to your salon will experience it. Here is America and I have an option to write a right review for the service I received. By having a poor customer service you will keep loosing your customers. Kicking out the customer and claiming the false information after paying $90 for nails is not a good customer service. Pin Up Nail bar is amazing. All the staff go the extra mile to make clients feel welcome. Kim does the best lash extensions. I always get compliments on her expertise on lashes and nails. The color and style choices for Mani/Pedi are limitless because all the techs are knowledgeable in all styles and techniques. The decor is relaxing and inviting. There is coffee, lashes and nails!!! Me and my gf were walk-in customers on a hot day in Vegas. Kim and her staff are very accommodating! They make guys feel comfortable getting pedicures. This is the best nail shop in Vegas by far! So clean and sanitized, and they go beyond to take care of their customers.

Where do I begin.... I’ve been getting my nails done ever since I turned 15 years old. I have never had such a horrible experience at this place. The have no idea how to deal with customers and the most important part my nails just keep falling one by one after couple of days. What a waste of money.

I always have good service. The nail techs are pleasant and experienced. Appointment times are always maintained. I highly recommend Pin Up nails and have been coming here as long as it has been opened.

I been getting my nails done here for over 3 years now. Love this place and will definitely keep going back. My husband won’t even let me try new places lol and he loves getting his pedicure here too. Kim the owner is super friendly and every time I have seen an unhappy customer she make it rite. Even with me I was unhappy about my nails once and I was able to come back in two days because I was busy and had to leave and they fix the problem. David Is my to go guy love his work. And you get the option of soda, water, coffee, tea or whatever they have to drink for free.

I LOVE this place! Ive never gotten a bad manicure, and Ive had almost every technician do my nails at least once. Ive gotten acrylics, dipped gel, and gel polish, and the finished product always looks amazing. Even when they rush, they do a great job. Im never going anywhere else!

Dont go to Micheal! He put on my sisters nail on cricket and she told him can you fix it he said its your nail now you could so till it was cricket!!! He got mad and told to pay attention like it she was moving her hands around.So she had him stop doing them.Even the girl after my sister had problems with him.A guy named David ended up doing them.. and they came out AMAZING!!!! He was very nice and understanding. He did amazing work and told his time!!My lady Kelly was very friendly and her work was amazing also!!Overall the place is clean, nice, and great people!If you go dont let micheal do your nails.

Aware and careful for going to this place!!$!This place is super expensive and they keep charging you for every little things they do on your nails. So my sister and I went to this place yesterday and they charged my sister nails for $90 with the 15% off for the first time customer. now few hours later one of her nails is broken already. When you pay alot of money you expect a high quality but we paid for something that the quality is so low and cheap. This is the picture of her nail.This is a $90 nail value!!! We just went back there to fix her nails today and the owner I think KIM who is very unprofessional and mean started to yelling and pointing on us and asked us to leave. We just wanted to fix my sister nails that she paid alot yesterday. She said I am going to call the police and this is private property. This is how they treat their customers. She claimed that she called the police and she kicked us out. We have waited for 1 hour for the police to come and we can explain our situation but I dont think she did call the police . This place is awful.

Maybe the name set the wrong expectation. However, I was disappointed to find out that pin up nail bar was identical to virtually every other nail salon, with the exception of a slightly larger facility. Their prices seem to be on the higher side of things. The work that they do is good, and they treat their customers politely. However I would recommend simply finding a place that you can trust with more reasonable prices.

I went there with my friend to fix her nail that broke. She had been there they day before and the nail snapped right off. Price wise this place is way more expensive than all other nail salons. They were so rude to her, yelling at her. All she wanted was to get the broken nail fixed. The owner Kim is extremely rude and all they care about is money and no customer service what so ever. Do no go here, you will be sorry.
