Ive spoken with two therapists from here in individual sessions on a few occasions and appreciate their process as it helped me with my own particular insight to solidify some choices I was making ... I tend to be the type of person who works through problems on my own (and have for years and years), but have really appreciated the back and forth structure in talk therapy. I could go into tremendous detail, of course, but the gist is that - even with a good, sacrificial heart - sometimes counseling really is a great way to make great changes in your life and give yourself the same kind of dedication and respect you try giving others.
