Find another alternative dont send your children here! They dont let the kids shower if misbehave. The young women are denied personal Hygiene products when on their ministration. And the list goes on! This place is nasty!

The ladies at the front desk, the nurses, and all other medical assistants are outstanding. From providing information over the phone to the actual appointment and further proceedings through treatment, the staff is professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and respectful to the individual’s needs, which helps to achieve optimal outcomes, appreciated especially during pandemic times.

I have used never give up for about a year and a half for my son. The front staff have always been very friendly and attentive to our needs, as well as the providers. You won’t regret using their services.

My son has several diagnosis, among them is Autism and mood disorders. We were placed with a psychiatrist that was prescribing medications without ordering a full blood panel after we explained that our son suffered some issues from medication in the past. We asked for a different psychiatrist. They gave us the head of the department Dr. O. The first visit was very promising as he seemed genuinely interested in what was best for our son. He requested a new Psychological evaluation to see if his issues had changed or not. Great we thought...then 2 weeks past, three weeks, a month..repeated calls to the office that was supposed to do the test, and they informed me that they tried to get insurance approval three times. Not once did Dr O follow up with us to see what the hold up was..no communication at all except for a video chat to basically say nothing new than our first visit. We had around 20 pages of notes from our sons last psychiatrist and this office didnt bother to even read them...had no clue about his past meds, past issues...nothing. So after waiting a month I called Dr O to see if he can intervene and get this insurance issue resolved. I called to try and let him know that our son was not doing so well and needed to go back on medications...he could not be bothered to pick up the phone ONCE for two minutes to speak with me. His office kept telling me that he was with a client...Never Give Up told me I had to make a physical appointment just to simply speak with him? Who is this person that cant be bothered to return a clients call? Never Give Up, Never again...Dr O...worst Psychiatrist we have encountered...do Not use him.

Never Give Wellness Center and Never Give Up Youth Healing Center have been a truly instrumental in helping our family get on track. I really appreciated receiving a call from them to inquire if we were in need of services. During these uncertain times, reaching out to families who may be experiencing some difficulties shows how socially responsible and community conscious they are.

Nicole Cummins and the front office staff are absolutely great. Nicole is professional, concerned about the whole person over all. Coordinating office staff are kind, cheerful and prompt.

Well run, therapists are nice and do their jobs effectively compared to most other places. The office is clean and well-maintained, therapists and psychiatrists are easy to make quick appointments with, and it doesnt get very crowded in the waiting room.

My daughters therapist is really great for her. They also call every week to confirm appts or reschedule if needed. Very efficient.

My son has been at this facility being treated now for about 1 year up until today for the most part the front office has been professional and very helpful as we help our son who is 25 years old when i came in for his last visit the young lady that administers his shot was able to print out my sons his as far as the drugs times and etc because were on his account ...statements were as well...she said i give andrew his shots ..she also said i shoudnt be talking to you I reminding her that both me and my husband are on his account so you can talk to since my husband wasnt following up like I wanted him to .Im taking the lead ...her condescending remarks ..were when l ask about him she said Andrew is 25 years old and i should already know what they are I told here im at work i needed info I didnt have it and thats besides the point I dont NEED You to remind of how old he is or what i should already know perhaps someone with your demeanor would be better off not working in this type of environment ..Im appalled by your actions .This organization should think before allowing people like you to represent them on the phone or face to facethis rating is based on the service i received from your front office

Working at NGUYHC has been a great experience and opportunity for me. They offer exceptional individual and group therapy, as well as great one on one training for staff to better help change the lives of troubled youth. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to make the difference in these youths lives.

I took my child to ngu in january and they started out having plastic, hair in food they were eating then they stopped doing that but made smaller portions. the police has been called several times due to abuse with some clients. they still shower in arsenic water and some staff are verbally abusive. there are barely any activities for clients to do and the restraints they do are really unnecessary

I dont want to start off as a mean person but I want express my disappointment from the get go.1st) I had to be at the interview at 7:30pm and was given an address to a private residence that was near my home. I go there and the address was not listed. Then I called and was told that the email was sent with a wrong address and to go another 15 miles from my house.2nd) I proceeded to the address on Jones Blvd. Again I was told after I get off of the 95 south and turn right on Jones south that the address would be on the corner of Jones and the 95. It was not. I had to drive another 3 miles to the building.3rd) After I arrived I noticed several people still there for the 6:00 pm interviews. I was told by several individuals there for interviews that they have been there since 5:30 and here it was after 8pm and they have not been interviewed as of yet. There had to be another 35-40 people waiting to be interviewed.Your company needs to be more aware of what and how you do interviews. As for me and I could say this for several of the other people that either stayed or left that this was not planned out and thought though at all. If I was a bad person I would leave a very bad review on the website but I won’t. I will not accept a position from this company just for the fact of how this process was handled. Bad management and very bad customer service to the people being interview. I wonder if your employees treat your clients the same way.James SantoraSent from my iPhone

Not greeted when I come in I have to make a point to get their attention also in always waiting a minimum of an hour if not longer to be seen. Not sure why theres appointments if patients arent being seen in a reasonable time.

Awful place therapist add to issues and not resolve them.

I have been taking my daughter to therapy at this agency. They have honestly helped me quite as much as my daughter and I with her mental health. I am grateful for the help that the girls across the street have given us. They always have a good attitude and available to answer any questions and doubts that I have had.
