Beacon pointe is truly a beacon for healing, healing and helping the troubles of the often misunderstood mentally disturbed.both young and old. (E.D., S.M.I.) along with any other diagnoses are treated like humans and listened to by fully licensed and accredited clinical staff who actually give a f#&k and have the tools and knowhow to make individualized plans of attack to help get them back on their feet and move forward successfuly. ...i should stop here and say that these statements are my own and do not reflect the opinions of beacon pointe llc, blah blah blah. But truth be told, they take medicaid and Medicare anthem, Aetna. Blue cross blue shield to name a few and have not v just great resources and information if needed to make sure people get the help they need in this convoluted health care system we find ourselves in. I like to think of it as them having backstage passes to a cool kid concert where they cut through the red tape so you get to meet and greet with the people or services that you actually need and can help with making life manageable and in control of your destiny once again or maybe for the firs time. Either way, if you are struggling and in need of mental health services who are professional and proficient at their craft and who actually give a damn, beacon pointe is the place to be. Ill wrap up my rant by saying this, mental health is real both good and bad and so are the options for help. Beacon pointe is one of the great ones. Its your life im talking about, give it the best chance you can. I did. You owe it to yourself to be happy and know there is a light you can find to lead the way at beacon pointe.

This office has been nothing less than gracious to both myself and a friend of mine. Doc is a great listener, and the staff couldnt be nicer! I never have any problems with my meds and all my appts are timely.

We try hard. Were sorry there are those unhappy with our services. We are a mental health counseling agency, not a doctors office or psychiatric clinic. Sometimes this causes confusion. Our counselors and staff truly care about our clientele and we will take all feedback seriously and try to improve.

Poor service, rude employees!! no actual scheduler, to schedule appointments for people that need appointments on time. we have to play the guessing game. This company should have stayed in Las Vegas and, never came to Pahrump. Dr Racoma was fine without them now they just like to play games with peoples medication. I’m about to give up on getting services. It’s giving me more anxiety and, stress than I need.

This Psychiatrist office and Dr Racoma is a joke. The staff is extremely rude and Dr Racoma is an idiot. How is this a psychiatrist office?!? People call or go to this office to receive help and these people are just adding to their problems. Most offices, real medical offices call to schedule appointments, not this one. You have to make call after call, leave messages, which No one returns your call. You can be out of medication for weeks, but do these people care? Nope! The people who are in need of mental or psychiatrist help are just paychecks to the office staff and the so called Dr Racoma. Doctors like this, Must be reported to the medical board to ensure they lose their ability to practice, because this is NOT helping the people out there that need psychiatrist help!

Spoke with an office manager who was EXTREMELY rude because I needed help reaching a las Vegas therapist. I have a 4yr old desperate for therapy and she didnt even listen to me! I couldnt believe how I was treated.

Michelle Halberg is an excellent LCP. After searching years without any success Michelle has proven over the last 2 years to be a good ethical counselor, even tempered, reliable, patient, understanding and very supportive. She also brought in her daughter Madison to run the appointments from the Las Vegas Beacon Pointe address and things have bern operating very smoothly ever since .The front staff in pahrump can still improve some manner wise. But operational wise, I would recommend and do so for others to join Beacon pointe. They have many therapists, BST and PBT as a all as group sessions for helping resolve most issues. I am happy there. It was rough in the beginning with so many front desk turnovers while the companies merged and Michelle pondered where she would stay. I am grateful she choose to stay with Beacon and help rebuild excellent customer service . Great Place

This facility is run like absolute garbage. Takes over an hour to see Dr. Racoma. He should be out here more than once a month. And the office smells like it hasnt been cleaned in months.
