They are super friendly. Intake appointment was available the same week I initially called. Therapy appointments are available in-person and via telehealth and theyre great about sending text reminders.

I don’t trust this place after reading the reviews. Still looking to find the proper place to bring my son who just went through a recent schizophrenic episode, I am really worried about where I choose to take him. I need a place that I could trust that will show my son compassion and give him the respect and proper care that he needs & deserves. I’m really worried about how the system works and afraid that he will come out of this hospital worse than when he went in.

Awful experience. They dont know what theyre doing. Go somewhere else. Didnt receive a link for my telecall. Literally called 5 times and they said it was being sent. Wasted an hour of my time plus all the effort i had to do sending forms, ids etc. Just go somewhere else.

I’ve been going here for the past 2-3 years. I absolutely love the office and my therapist. I started EMDR last year and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made.

I cannot be more unhappy with my experience here and feel as if I wasted my time even coming here. Simply put the front office staff has no respect for patients and seems completely incapable of taking ownership of their errors. Thanks to the front office staff I ended my relationship with this office and my therapist and wont be going back there. I made it very clear what I was unhappy about to my therapist on my last visit and not one person from their office management staff reached out to see what happened or to try to make any of it right. Like many medical offices in LV, poorly paid, poorly trained office staff undoes all the good work done in the back of the house.

Got a lot of great therapy there help me with a lot of my problems all in all just a great bunch of people and service.

Unprofessional, I have worked with 2 clinicians and they were late for all appointments. My therapist pushed me too hard within the 2nd visit and made me feel uncomfortable.

Darlene is an amazing person. Spent a year talking to her and she slowly worked thru my issues to find an underlying problem that needed medication. Always pleasant and listens well to my thoughts and issues. The office staff has always been nice to me also.

This place is very professional and very passionate about what they do. A place of integrity. The front desk professionals were kind and courteous. Dr Zhang very nice and takes the time to explain things when not clear.10/10

Overall good experiences, fairly busy like most of these offices but always able to schedule a follow up. Clean office, polite staff.Came for therapy and am very happy with it so far.

Friendly staff and very positive experience for my teenage son with his counselor Liz, she is easy to talk to and very supportive.

I think going to Dr. Zhang office are wonderful place to do my treatment for my problems. Her front office assistants are very sweet, friendly and kind. Also shes a very kind and funny, trying her best to make all her clients to feel comfortable whether is 1 on 1 or in a group. As for me, I feel Dr. Zhangs office is more like a second home to me very warm and comfortable. Thank you Dr. Zhang for having me as one of your client and youre the best! 😊💖💖💖

Zero. My son was denied service because my husband (step father) who has been involved his entire life apparently is not good enough. I had even wrote a letter letting them know I was unable to attend plus medical records. The manager could care less and was extremely rude. Terrible service!

Is this even a legitimate doctors office? I got some random text with my name spelled wrong saying that my appointment needed to be canceled and that I would have to call them to reschedule. What kind of way is this to do business? I dont even use text messaging so why would they text me a cancelation to a number that I didnt even give them.

Do not make your appointment on Saturdays. I waited over a month for my first appointment for them to tell me they cant verify if I actually have an employee assistance case open. Very dissatisfied and a waste of time.

First visit. Not sure how the therapist here are but as we sit in waiting room we seen multiple cockroaches

Dr. Quingfang Zhang is unprofessional and spoke to me in a condescending tone which made me feel uncomfortable and worse. I did not go back.
